在运动想象脑-机接口系统中,常采用高密度导联获取脑电信号,导致实验准备时间长,系统运行速度慢,性能变差等问题。针对上述不足,本文提出了一种基于遗传算子的蜂群算法用于导联优选,引入交叉和变异算子以提高蜂群算法的邻域搜索能力。通过对第四届国际BCI 竞赛 Dataset 1中四名被试者(a,b,f和g)的59导联运动想象数据进行导联优选,用多类CSP算法和支持向量机对优选导联数据进行特征提取和分类识别。结果表明所提出的算法在大大降低了导联维数的同时,也得到了比采用全部导联更高的分类识别率,验证了本文所提算法的实用性和有效性。  相似文献

脑部MRI图像自动分割是计算机技术运用于医学上的一个典 型工作,脑部图像分割技术对于人类研究脑部疾病具有重要意义。虽然有一些非常广泛应用 的图像分割方法,如阈值法、区域增长法、聚类法等,但在脑部MRI图像分割中,这些方法 都 没有图谱法具有更为实际的医学研究与临床价值。本文回顾了脑部图像配准、分割的发展历 程,介绍了图谱分割算法的发展及基本原理,以及当前比较前沿的多图谱分割系统的组成和 应用。最后本文对图谱法脑部自动分割在实际临床医学中的应用前景作了总结和展望。  相似文献

血氧超慢信号与脑神经递质的超慢振荡特点具有平行性与同源性。应用940 nm单波长近红外对管,检测识别耳颞穴的透射信息,可以帮助理解脑神经血管耦合的机制,同时发现新信号的特征以支持脑认知研究。具体工作包括:①基于输出能量的最大值寻优探头传感角度;②基于软件SPSS11.0统计描述谎实数据差异显著性的P分数;③利用Agilent54624A型示波器内嵌的FFT功能,提取近红外透射信息中0~100 mHz的超低频特征,以便显示谎和实的差异性。研究工作进一步细化了专用的近红外耳穴信息识别系统,为整机的SoC化奠定了基础。  相似文献

Cognitive deficits and behavioral changes that result from chronic alcohol abuse are a consequence of neuropathological changes that alter signal transmission through the neural network. To focus on the changes that occur at the point of connection between the neural network cells, synaptosomal preparations from post‐mortem human brain of six chronic alcoholics and six non‐alcoholic controls were compared using 2‐D differential in‐gel electrophoresis (DIGE). Functionally affected and spared regions (superior frontal gyrus, SFG, and occipital cortex, OC, respectively) were analyzed from both groups to further investigate the specific pathological response that alcoholism has on the brain. Forty‐nine proteins were differentially regulated between the SFG of alcoholics and the SFG of controls and 94 proteins were regulated in the OC with an overlap of 23 proteins. Additionally, the SFG was compared to the OC within each group (alcoholics or controls) to identify region‐specific differences. A selection was identified by MALDI‐TOF mass spectrometry revealing proteins involved in vesicle transport, metabolism, folding and trafficking, and signal transduction, all of which have the potential to influence synaptic activity. A number of proteins identified in this study have been previously related to alcoholism; however, the focus on synaptic proteins has also uncovered novel alcoholism‐affected proteins. Further exploration of these proteins will illuminate the mechanisms altering synaptic plasticity, and thus neuronal signaling and response, in the alcoholic brain.  相似文献

A novel method for acquiring serial images suitable for three-dimensional reconstruction of vascular networks in the whole brain of mouse was developed. The brain infused with a White India ink-gelatin solution was fixed and embedded in paraffin containing Sudan Black B through xylene also containing Sudan Black B. Each sliced surface of the paraffin block was coated with liquid paraffin and its image was serially acquired. Coating with liquid paraffin extremely improved the quality of the image. The series of serial images was free of distortion and a three-dimensional image was reconstructed without the problem of the alignment and registration of adjacent images. The volume-rendered image indicated three-dimensional distribution of blood vessels in a whole brain. No ghost or shadow was observed on a volume-rendered image of the White India ink-gelatin infused brain. The z-axial resolution examined on the orthogonal sections reconstituted from serial images obtained at an interval of 5 mum showed no cross talk, indicating that the z-axial resolution was no larger than 5 mum. A proper understanding of the vascular system in a whole brain is indispensable to reveal the development of the vascular system in the brain of normal and genetically manipulated mouse and vascular alterations in pathological situation, such as stroke and neurodegenerative disease. Although simple and inexpensive, this method will provide fundamental information on the vascular system in a whole brain.  相似文献

Fast SE imaging provides considerable measure time reduction, high signal-to-noise ratios as well as similar contrast behavior compared to conventional SE sequences. Besides TR and TEeff, echo train length (ETL), interecho time , and-space trajectory determine image contrast and image quality in fast SE sequences. True proton density contrast (CSF hypointense) and not too strong T2 contrast are essential requirements in routine brain MRI. A Turbo SE sequence with very short echo train length (ETL=3), short TEeff and short interecho time (17 ms), and TR=2000 ms was selected for proton density contrast; a Turbo SE sequence with ETL=7, TEeff=90 ms, =22 ms, and TR=3250 ms was selected for T2-weighted images. Using both single-echo Turbo SE sequences yielded 50% measure time reduction compared to the conventional SE technique. Conventional SE and optimized Turbo SE sequences were compared in 150 patients resulting in very similar signal and contrast behavior. Furthermore, reduced flow artifacts in proton density—and especially in T2-weighted Turbo SE images—and better contrast of high-intensity lesions in proton density-weighted Turbo SE images were found. Slightly reduced edge sharpness—mainly in T2-weighted Turbo SE images—did not reduce diagnostic reliability. The aim of this study was to reproduce the delayed (secondary) cerebral energy failure previously described in birth-asphyxiated newborn infants and to investigate relationships between primary insult severity and the extent of the delayed energy failure. Phosphorus (31P) magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) at 7 T was used to study the brains of 12 newborn piglets during an acute, reversible, cerebral hypoxic-ischemic episode which continued until nucleotide triphosphates (NTP) were depleted. After reperfusion and reoxygenation, spectroscopy was continued for 48 h. High-energy metabolite concentrations returned to near normal levels after the insult, but later they fell as delayed energy failure developed. The time integral of NTP depletion in the primary insult correlated strongly with the minimum [phosphocreatine (PCr)]/[inorganic orthophosphate (Pi)] observed 24–48 h after the insult. (Linear regression analysis gave slope –8.04 h–1; ordinate intercept=1.23;r=0.92;P<0.0001.) This model is currently being used to investigate the therapeutic potential of various cerebroprotective strategies including hypothermia.  相似文献

针对医学图像中病灶区域尺度不一、边界模糊和周围组织强度不均匀所导致的分割精度降低问题,提出了一种基于双解码器的脑肿瘤图像分割模型。为了增强特征的表征力,提出了高阶微分残差模块并使用不同空洞率的扩张卷积用于提取特征编码,提高了网络模型的分割性能;引入上下文语义信息感知模块(multi scale dilation, MSD),从不同的目标尺度中提取更多的精细信息,提高了对结构细节信息的捕获能力,同时减少了编解码器之间的特征差异;在空间解码路径中使用选择性聚合空间注意力模块(spatial aggregation attention module, SAAM),增加了对有效空间特征的权重比例,减少了无效的特征干扰。在脑肿瘤数据集上进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,所提算法的Dice系数、平均交并比、敏感性、特异性、准确率等指标分别为:93.35%、90.71%、91.15%、99.94%、96.75%。  相似文献
