高职院校实施素质教育的路径

高职院校作为培养高级应用型专门技术人才的基地和摇篮．肩负着重大的历史使命。在新形势下．高职院校要树立以人为本的教育观念、注重学习实践创新能力培养、坚守德才兼备的根本性原则。如此．方能切实地实施素质教育。     

Increasing the number of psychologists of color: Public policy issues for affirmative diversity.

This article identifies the key issues involved in the debate about affirmative action. The June 2003 Supreme Court decisions allowing consideration of race to ensure that there is a "critical mass" of African American, Latino/Latina, and Native American applicants to higher education are addressed. Social psychologists have identified key myths and provided clarifications about the need for and consequences of strategies used to promote equal opportunity for persons of color and women. A brief history of affirmative action and of the problems it was designed to solve is provided. The accomplishments, benefits, and compelling interest of diversity and affirmative action are described, as well as the concerns and counterpoints. The lack of a substantial applicant pool in psychology hinders progress toward diversity. Alternative strategies for remedying this lack beyond affirmative admissions policies in psychology are briefly discussed. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)

本文通过比较和分析美、英、日三国高等教育大众化扩张的重点，归纳得出此三国高等教育大众化扩张重点皆放在非正规普通大学的层次类型上，并认为这一现象对我国高等教育大众化建设很有借鉴意义，我国当前大众化发展的重心应该适当下移，应该以专科层次的高等职业技术教育为重点，走民营化道路。

建设优质的电大网络教育资源及其服务是电大远程教育长远发展的一大重要课题，通过对电大网络教育资源及其服务现状的调查，文章提出利用网格技术实现电大网络教育资源的整合优化模式，分别从网格系统框架、基本原则、组织形式、整合模式等方面阐述电大网格系统的建设，各电大网格节点统一规划、分工协作，在网络教育理论指导下或进行资源开发，或着重开发网格服务．实现电大网络教育资源的全面共享。

传统的学校正在走向多种类型的学校，单纯的学校教育正在走向终身教育，各种形式的网络教育的兴起，使人们获得教育的机会越来越多、越来越平等。而从事计算机教学的教师无疑可以借此获得最大收益。     

Methodology for evaluating a novel education technology: a case study of handheld video games in Chile

Many school systems, in both the developed and developing world, are implementing educational technology to assist in student learning. However, there is no clear consensus on how to evaluate these new technologies. This paper proposes a comprehensive methodology for estimating the value of a new educational technology in three steps: benefit analysis, through the administration of a well-designed experiment; cost analysis, which incorporates costs to weigh against the benefits; and feasibility analysis, which introduces real-world concerns that may affect the ability to actually implement the technology. To illustrate the methodology, a case study from Chile is used where portable educational video games were introduced into first and second grade classrooms with the aim of improving learning in mathematics and language. This paper demonstrates the importance of all three steps in the evaluation process and provides a framework for future analyses.     

色彩教学中创作意识引导的意义

文章结合毕业创作课程的体会,从毕业创作的"果"反思色彩教学中的"因",将毕业创作课程发现的问题进行"因果"反思,提出为什么要在色彩教学中引导学生的创作意识。通过在色彩教学过程中的思考与实践,探讨如何能更好地引导以增强学生的创作意识。文章认为基础教学与创作脱离,会导致学生缺少在绘画实践和主观情感表达的领悟,教学的最终目的是通过课程训练来开发学生的创造性思维,增进绘画技能的同时也应多关注学生自身表达的欲望。
