高含水率杨木单板室温胶合的脲醛树脂胶研究

在实验室条件下 ,以传统脲醛树脂胶的生产工艺为基础 ,加用氨基取代羧酸类化合物。新配方制得脲醛树脂胶 ,用DSC分析了树脂固化反应热过程 ,对含水率在 12 % -2 0 %杨木单板进行了室温胶合研究     

Development of flexible organic light‐emitting diode on barrier film and roll‐to‐roll manufacturing

To come out with a successful organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) lighting business, it is very important to have clear differentiation of OLED from LEDs. Flexible OLED has merits, such as capability to be mounted on the curved wall, which is not easy for LEDs to achieve the feature. There are several approaches to make flexible OLEDs especially among those plastic barrier films that can bring high level of flexibility, which could not be achieved by any conventional lighting method. In this paper, barrier films with various water vapor transmission rate values, including 10^{? 6} order, are applied, and the conditions to have almost no dark spot growth under 85 °C and 85% high temperature/humidity test are shown. Flexible OLED panels are manufactured with the world's first roll‐to‐roll equipment using plastic barrier film.     

CO2／酚基树脂的合成实践

本文对ＣＯ２／酚基树脂──冷芯盒工艺用树脂的合成工艺进行了一定程度的实验研究，提出了可行的几种有机合成方法，并从理论分析入手，对该类树脂的分子结构类型进行了设计和预测。     

Stabilization And Tracking Of Underactuated Surface Vessels In Random Waves With Fin Based On Adaptive Hierarchical Sliding Mode Technique

Trajectory tracking and roll stabilization are both vital practices in ship motion control. Trajectory tracking is a kind of low‐frequency control, while roll stabilization by means of fins is a kind of high‐frequency control. However, they have been studied separately previously; most tracking control of underactuated surface vessels in the previous studies do not account for roll stabilization by means of fins. In reality, however, they are an integral system. In this paper, a simple control strategy is proposed to achieve trajectory tracking and fin roll stabilization simultaneously. Four degrees of freedom derived from a six degrees of freedom mathematical model of a surface vessel is considered, including surge, sway, roll and yaw. Surge force, roll moment and yaw moment are considered as control inputs, while position, yaw angle and roll angle are controlled. The number of control inputs is fewer than the outputs to be controlled. Therefore, we are dealing with an underactuated problem. An adaptive hierarchical sliding mode control technique is employed to deal with the underactuation. Stabilization of underactuated surface vessels is studied as a special case. Random waves are applied to test the robustness of the designed controllers. Lyapunov stability theory is used to show the stability of closed‐loop system. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.     

Development of a high‐resolution RGBW flexible display using a white organic light‐emitting diode with microcavity structure and that of a side‐roll touch panel

In this study, white organic electroluminescent devices with microcavity structures were developed. A flexible high‐resolution active‐matrix organic light‐emitting diode display with low power consumption using red, green, blue, and white sub‐pixels formed by a color‐filter method was fabricated. In addition, a side‐roll touch display was developed in combination with a capacitive flexible touch screen.     

用木质素磺酸铵作标准化试剂提高单偶氮、双偶氮酸性染料的冷水溶解度的方法

一般的酸性染料溶解度较小,而本文所介绍的单或双偶氮酸性染料,实际上是以碱金属盐的形式存在,由于加入了（按重量计）80％～30％的木质素磺酸铵,改善了室温的冷水溶解度。木质素磺酸铵既作为标准化试剂,用来调节高强度染料到稳定的商品染料,同时又能提高染料在室温时冷水溶解度。     

四辊冷轧机基于机理与工况相结合的工作辊磨损模型研究

在大量的现场试验与理论研究的基础上,充分考虑到冷轧生产过程中的设备与工艺特点,将磨损机理与轧制过程中实际磨损数据的测量结果有机结合,建立了一套既考虑机理又考虑工况、不但适用于对称磨损而且适用于不对称磨损的工作辊预报模型,并将其应用到宝钢冷轧薄板厂1220五机架冷连轧机的生产实践,有效的保证了工作辊磨损的预报精度,为辊型设计、板形控制奠定了坚实的理论基础,提高了产品的板形质量,为企业创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。     

8407模具钢表面渗铝的研究

为了防止模具表面产生热疲劳裂纹,通过冷喷涂在8407钢试样表面形成了一层铝涂层,再进行扩散处理,在试样表面形成了渗层.通过理论分析确定低温渗铝的工艺参数,并与渗铝实验进行检验,重点研究了扩散温度和扩散时间对渗层质量的影响.结果表明,8407钢经过冷喷涂铝后再进行扩散处理能够实现低温渗铝.在550℃下扩散4 h左右形成的渗层质量比较理想.     

Mechanical performance and texture characteristic of an IF steel containing Nb and Ti by double cold rolling

Single cold rolling and double cold rolling were applied to hot rolled strips with different reduction ratios. The evolutions of {100},{111} and Goss face texture during double rolling were investigated by comparing the orientation distribution function(ODF) of the double rolled sample with that of the single rolled one. 一种板形检测值处理方法的开发及应用

介绍了一种用于接触式分段板形仪的板形检测信号处理方法及处理流程．用该方法处理板形检测信号不需要计算带钢在板形仪上形成的包角．该法编制成程序后,作为一个模块被应用在一台可逆冷轧机的板形控制系统中．轧机投入运行后,生产稳定,并取得了良好的板形控制效果,平均板形偏差控制在5I以下,表明该方法是稳定、有效的,可以用于工业生产．
