平整机张力控制系统的改造

结合广州金莱冷轧带钢有限公司的生产实际，对平整机张力控制系统进行改造．着重介绍了改造后的平整机张力控制系统的构成及设计考虑．改造后工艺流程合理，带钢表面质量大大提高．     

钢铁精炼晶粒细化一步法初探

将自我研发从粉煤灰中分离提取微珠为主的新型钢铁用精炼晶粒细化复合材料，加入熔融钢铁液中，辅以惰性气体或机械搅动使之在数分钟内与钢液迅速反应，取样、铸坯、检测．精炼脱碳效果明显，晶粒细化等级提高，一步法实现了钢铁精炼脱碳、晶粒细化．在国内外尚属首次用此材料与方法试验研究．     

直接还原铁在我厂电弧炉炼钢中的应用及效果分析

概述了直接还原铁的特性及在我厂电弧炉炼钢中的使用情况，并将其效果作了进一步分析。     

长城特钢GCr15轧后控冷解决碳化物网状问题浅析

通过对Φ12-14mmGCr15盘元碳化物网状的理论探讨和研究，在生产过程中采用控制冷却的方式，达到控制碳化物的析出及网状级别的目的，最终解决长城特钢生产Φ12-14mmGCr15盘元网状的问题。     

A Study of Modification of M2 Cast High Speed Steel

M2 cast high speed steel was inoculated by addition of rare earth(RE)‐Al‐N, network eutectic carbides were eliminated, matrix structures were refined and the segregation of tungsten and molybdenum elements were relieved. In the condition that the hardness did not decrease, impact toughness obviously increased. Quenching at 1180 °C and three‐times tempering at 560 °C, the hardness of M2 cast high speed steel kept 65~66HRC, impact toughness reached 21.3J/cm². Modified M2 cast high speed steel had excellent thermal fatigue resistance and high temperature wear resistance. Roll made in modified M2 cast high speed steel had excellent service effect using in slit rolling mill stand of hot rolling bar mill.     

Werkstoffkennwerte für die Lebensdauerberechnung von Strukturen aus Stahlfeinblechen für den Automobilbau

Materials Data for Fatigue Life Calculation of Steel Sheet Structures for Automotive Engineering Within a joint project of the steel and automotive industry 17 steel sheet materials for automotive engineering in various delivery and forming conditions at temperatures of –40 °C, 22 °C and 100 °C were investigated. In the course of 37 test series strain controlled fatigue curves to crack initiation and stress‐strain‐curves under monotonic and cyclic loading were determined. All experimental data, hysteresis loops and determined cyclic properties are available in a database. A correlation between the mechanical properties from tensile tests and the properties from strain controlled cyclic experiments seems to be possible.

外流降膜板式蒸发器作为替代列管式蒸发器的新设备应用于氧化铝行业,其板片材质处于一个摸索选择的过程。本文就高合金不锈钢板片的失败事例进行分析,通过试验、试用,最终找到较为理想的材质。
