高烟气流速下湿式静电除尘器脱除细颗粒物的研究

湿式静电除尘器对PM_(2.5)等细颗粒物有着显著的脱除效果。通过改进其结构,并结合实验,探索了一种可以处理大烟气量的湿式静电除尘器。实验证明,新型湿式静电除尘器9 m长的除尘筒在60 k V电压和4m/s的风速下对PM2. 5的脱除效率可达85%。     

Mercury emissions from coal combustion: modeling and comparison of Hg capture in a fabric filter versus an electrostatic precipitator

Mercury emissions from coal combustion must be reduced, in response to new air quality regulations in the U.S. Although the most mature control technology is adsorption across a dust cake of powdered sorbent in a fabric filter (FF), most particulate control in the U.S. associated with coal combustion takes the form of electrostatic precipitation (ESP). Using recently developed models of mercury adsorption within an ESP and within a growing sorbent bed in a FF, parallel analyses of elemental mercury (Hg(0)) uptake have been conducted. The results show little difference between an ESP and a FF in absolute mercury removal for a low-capacity sorbent, with a high-capacity sorbent achieving better performance in the FF. Comparisons of fractional mercury uptake per-unit-pressure-drop provide a means for incorporating and comparing the impact of the much greater pressure drop of a FF as compared to an ESP. On a per-unit-pressure-drop basis, mercury uptake within an ESP exhibited better performance, particularly for the low-capacity sorbent and high mass loadings of both sorbents.

改进电收尘器设备运行效率的实践

简述了贵溪冶炼厂铜精矿预干燥低温电收尘器设备的现状,分析查找了存在的问题,结合生产实践有针对性地采取改进措施取得实效。     

旋风除尘器性能实验研究

对常规及导向板旋风除尘器性能随入口气流速度、入口粒相浓度而变化的关系进行了实验研究,为除尘器节能增效提供依据．     

基于动网格技术的电除尘器泄爆过程数值仿真

为研究电除尘器在泄爆过程中流场与泄爆阀的动态特性,基于动网格技术,建立了泄爆过程中流体与阀体间的耦合关系,对泄爆过程进行了三维瞬态模拟,对不同爆炸压力、阀盖行程、弹簧刚度以及气体介质温度对泄爆过程的影响进行了分析。对初始温度为2 000 K,相对压力40 kPa的空气介质,阀盖行程60 mm泄爆阀在0.152 s内完成泄爆并复位,泄放体积约为2.95 m~3。分析结果表明:随着内部压力的增大,泄爆时间随之呈线性增加;增大阀盖的行程,阀盖前期运动情况不变,中后期泄放速率增大,总体泄放时间降低,且降低趋势逐渐平缓;一定范围内改变弹簧的刚度对泄爆效果无明显影响;随着气体介质温度的降低,泄爆时间与泄放速率迅速增加,温度从2 000 K降低到300 K时,泄爆时间从0.15 s增加到0.35 s,但泄放过程最大马赫数基本不变。     

Agglomeration of particles by ac corona discharge

Improving the collection efficiency for particles smaller than 1 μm on every precipitator is important. We sought to improve the collection of these particles on an ESP due to particle agglomeration. Particles are charged by ac corona discharge in a precharger and agglomerated by a dc electric field in an agglomerator downstream of the precharger. Diesel exhaust particles were used as particulate matter for the experiments. The distribution of particle size was measured using a particle counter and a scanning electron microscope. By these methods, particles as small as 0.01 μm could be counted. Results showed the agglomeration between particles at ac corona discharge operating mode. The concentration of particles smaller than approximately 0.35 μm decreases, and that of particles larger than approximately 0.35 μm increases in the agglomerator. The agglomeration rate increases with increasing applied voltage, then saturates. These results may be due to the size distribution and to decrease of concentration by agglomeration. © 1999 Scripta Technica, Electr Eng Jpn, 130(1): 30–37, 2000     

集散控制电除尘器除尘效率确定方法的分析与建议

对集散控制电除尘器实时除尘效率的确定方法进行了分析探讨,提出了采用灰平衡法和锅炉的运行参数来计算电除尘器入口烟气含尘浓度,方便地确定电除尘器的实时除尘效率,为电除尘器安全稳定高效运行提供借鉴。     

基于神经网络的电除尘器效率在线确定方法

影响电除尘器效率的因素很多,导致电除尘器的效率难以在线确定,基于该问题提出了一种用神经网络构建电除尘器效率模型的新方法．在此神经网络模型中只需要输入锅炉蒸发量、处理烟气量、灰分、粉尘粒径和粉尘比电阻等运行参数,即可实现电除尘器效率的在线测定。仿真表明,该神经网络模型具有良好的逼近实际系统的效果,为电除尘器系统的进一步建模和优化控制提供了参考。     

600 MW级湿式电除尘器工程调试与运行调整研究

近来湿式电除尘器在国内新上项目较多,但经验不足,有必要对湿式电除尘器工程调试和运行经验进行总结。针对广东省首台投产的珠海金湾电厂600 MW级湿式电除尘器在调试及运行调整中存在的问题,通过试验研究,分析问题所在,提出了相应的技术改造及运行调整措施,使该湿式电除尘器顺利投产,并使该燃煤发电机组实现了主要污染物“超低排放”。
