浅议酒钢科技项目管理工作

科技项目的实施是促进企业技术进步的有效手段之一，如何管好科技项目，使其为公司生产经营建设发挥技术支撑作用，将是企业管理的一项重要工作。本文主要介绍酒钢科技项目管理的现状，分析加强科技项目管理对企业研发及生产经营的必要性和重要性，提出加强科技项目管理的措施和方法。     

SAPPHIRE: A toolkit for building efficient stream programs for medical video analysis

This paper describes the design and implementation of SAPPHIRE – a novel middleware and software development kit for stream programing on a heterogeneous system of multi-core multi-CPUs with optional hardware accelerators such as graphics processing unit (GPU). A stream program consists of a set of tasks where the same tasks are repeated over multiple iterations of data (e.g., video frames). Examples of such programs are video analysis applications for computer-aided diagnosis and computer-assisted surgeries. Our design goal is to reduce the implementation efforts and ease collaborative software development of stream programs while supporting efficient execution of the programs on the target hardware. To validate the toolkit, we implemented EM-Automated-RT software with the toolkit and reported our experience. EM-Automated-RT performs real-time video analysis for quality of a colonoscopy procedure and provides visual feedback to assist the endoscopist to achieve optimal inspection of the colon during the procedure. The software has been deployed in a hospital setting to conduct a clinical trial.     

Effect of Delays in Afterheat Removal on Consequences of Massive Air Ingress Accidents in High-Temperature Gas Cooled Reactors

Massive ingress of air into the core of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor is among the accidents with a low occurrence frequency, but there are still gaps in understanding with respect to its consequences. In the present paper, massive air ingress combined with a delayed start of the afterheat removal system is investigated and compared to air ingress, accidents with normal operation of the afterheat removal procedure. A computer programme REACT/THERMIX used for these accident analyses is described. For a high-temperature gas cooled reactor with a pebble bed core, it is shown that massive air ingress has no real safety endangering consequences even if the operation of the afterheat removal system is delayed by 6 h.     

Maternal mental health and integrated programs for mothers with substance abuse issues.

To examine the impact of integrated treatment programs (those with substance use treatment and pregnancy-, parenting-, or child-related services) on maternal mental health, we compiled a database of studies of integrated programs published between 1990 and 2007 with outcome data on maternal mental health. There were 18 cohort studies, 3 randomized trials, and 2 quasi-experimental studies. Of the five studies comparing integrated to nonintegrated programs, three studies provided enough information to allow for them to be combined in a meta-analysis. The average effect size was 0.23 (95% CI = 0.15 to 0.31, SE = 0.04), p Q = 5.66, p = .059. This meta-analysis is the first systematic quantitative review of studies evaluating the impact of integrated programs on maternal mental health. Findings suggest that integrated programs may be associated with a small advantage over nonintegrated programs in improving maternal mental health. This review highlights the need for further research with improved methodology, study quality, and reporting to improve our understanding of how best to meet the mental health needs of mothers with substance abuse issues. Predicting potential deadlocks in multithreaded programs

In a multithreaded program, competition of threads for shared resources raises the deadlock possibility, which narrows the system liveness. Because such errors appear in specific schedules of concurrent executions of threads, runtime verification of threads behavior is a significant concern. In this study, we extended our previous approach for prediction of runtime behavior of threads may lead to an impasse. Such a prediction is of importance because of the nondeterministic manner of competing threads. The prediction process tries to forecast future behavior of threads based on their observed behavior. To this end, we map observed behavior of threads into time‐series data sets and use statistical and artificial intelligence methods for forecasting subsequent members of the sets as future behavior of the threads. The deadlock prediction is carried out based on probing the allocation graph obtained from actual and predicted allocation of resources to threads. In our approach, we use an artificial neural network (ANN) because ANNs enjoy the applicable performance and flexibility in predicting complex behavior. 实践性是全日制专业学位研究生教育的基本特点。结合本校现阶段化学工程领域全日制专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,从专业课程教学改革与实践、发展和完善相对开放的实验体系以及提高指导教师自身素质等方面,探讨了化工类专业学位研究生实践能力培养模式的构建。     

以社会需求和学生就业为导向加大毕业设计改革的力度

阐述了目前国内高校毕业设计工作的具体现状,指出了毕业设计改革的紧迫性和重要性.通过对大学毕业生分配工作变化过程的回顾,提出了以社会需求和学生就业为导向进行毕业设计选题的改革,同时,在毕业设计期间,开设相应的毕业设计专题讲座,加深学生对即将从事的工作行业背景的了解,增强相关的专业基础及技能,毕业设计课题紧密结合其具体工作实际.通过试点后情况表明这一改革已初见成效.     

峰形拟合程序包CPOWDER及其在粉末衍射中的应用

研制了一个由多个峰形拟合程序、蒙特卡罗法分峰程序、背底处理程序、绘图程序、模拟谱图生成程序和半高宽拟合程序组成的Ｘ射线和中子粉末衍射峰形拟合程序包ＣＰＯＷＤＥＲ,并将其应用于粉末衍射法结构测定和嵌镶块尺寸及微观应变测定研究中。     

测量仪器的Internet校准

概述测量仪器Internet校准的基本概念及特点,讨论Internet校准用便携式传递标准、相关功能软件及安全策略等关键技术,在此基础上,指出Internet校准目前需要解决的问题和未来可能的研究方向。
