We report a high performance orange organic light-emitting diode (OLED) where red and green phosphorescent dyes are doped in an exciplex forming co-host as separate red and green emitting layers (EMLs). The OLED shows a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 22.8%, a low roll-off of efficiency with an EQE of 19.6% at 10,000 cd/m2, and good orange color with a CIE coordinate of (0.442, 0.529) and no color change from 1000 to 10,000 cd/m2. The exciplex forming co-host system distributes the recombination zone all over the EMLs and reduces the triplet exciton quenching processes. 相似文献

The ability to process and dimensionally scale field‐effect transistors with and on paper and to integrate them as a core component for low‐power‐consumption analog and digital circuits is demonstrated. Low‐temperature‐processed p‐ and n‐channel integrated oxide thin‐film transistors in the complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) inverter architecture are seamlessly layered on mechanically flexible, low‐cost, recyclable paper substrates. The possibility of building these circuits using low‐temperature processes opens the door to new applications ranging from smart labels and sensors on clothing and packaging to electronic displays printed on paper pages for use in newspapers, magazines, books, signs, and advertising billboards. Because the CMOS circuits reported constitute fundamental building blocks for analog and digital electronics, this development creates the potential to have flexible form factor computers seamlessly layered onto paper. Based on green energy prediction and storage, a novel green base station (GBS) offloading model is proposed and can be employed with multiple objectives in this paper to save energy. By predicting the value of green energy collected by GBS and updating the residual energy of each GBS, we can obtain the maximum number of users that each GBS can offload theoretically. Then, the optimum number of users should be calculated in order to achieve different network performance. Eventually, under the restrictions of the maximum number of users and the optimum number of users, we can finish offloading for traditional base station in the network. Simulation results demonstrate that through the proposed GBS offloading model, we can fulfill compromise between maximizing green energy utilization and load balancing in the offloading process, and the effect of energy saving is remarkable. The core of cognitive radio paradigm is to introduce cognitive devices able to opportunistically access the licensed radio bands. The coexistence of licensed and unlicensed users prescribes an effective spectrum hole‐detection and a non‐interfering sharing of those frequencies. Collaborative resource allocation and spectrum information exchange are required but often costly in terms of energy and delay. In this paper, each secondary user (SU) can achieve spectrum sensing and data transmission through a coalitional game‐based mechanism. SUs are called upon to report their sensing results to the elected coalition head, which properly decides on the channel state and the transmitter in each time slot according to a proposed algorithm. The goal of this paper is to provide a more holistic view on the spectrum and enhance the cognitive system performance through SUs behavior analysis. We formulate the problem as a coalitional game in partition form with non‐transferable utility, and we investigate on the impact of both coalition formation and the combining reports costs. We discuss the Nash Equilibrium solution for our coalitional game and propose a distributed strategic learning algorithm to illustrate a concrete case of coalition formation and the SUs competitive and cooperative behaviors inter‐coalitions and intra‐coalitions. We show through simulations that cognitive network performances, the energy consumption and transmission delay, improve evidently with the proposed scheme.
