混编集成末端防空群指挥跨度研究

针对确定指挥跨度缺少定量依据的问题,研究基于信息化指挥手段的混编集成防空群指挥跨度定量分析 方法。定性分析影响混编集成指挥跨度的指挥主体、指挥对象及指挥手段等因素;在管理学格拉丘纳斯公式的基础 上,引入信息化效率因子、指挥难度指数和协同难度指数修正该公式,计算混编集成情况下指挥控制工作关系数, 衡量指挥控制工作的复杂程度,与传统编成经验值相比较,并以首都地区某末端防空群为例进行计算。结果表明： 混编集成指挥跨度为6,可为确定多型防空兵器混编集成指挥跨度提供一定的理论依据。     

基于Entropy-TOPSIS 方法的目标威胁动态评估与仿真

为解决在目标威胁评估方法中,确定各属性的权重时受主观因素和高机动目标影响大的问题,提出一种 改进的多属性决策目标威胁评估方法。综合模糊理论和多属性决策理论,通过构造隶属度函数规范化属性值,基于 熵值法求解属性权重,应用TOPSIS 理论进行目标威胁评估,构建不同的态势实例,采用静态数值计算和动态模拟 仿真的方法对算法进行验证。仿真实验结果验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。     

Functionalized Poly(phenylene ether) with high thermal stability as flexible dielectrics and substrates for organic field-effect transistors

Extensive research efforts are devoted into seeking the thermally and mechanically durable dielectric materials for flexible electronics. In this work, a series of sulfonylated poly (phenylene ether)s (PPEs) were synthesized and served as gate dielectrics in the flexible OFET devices with crosslinked poly (2-allyl-6-methylphenol-co-2,6-dimethylphenol) (APPE) as substrate. The chemical structure, thermal, morphology, and dielectric properties were investigated, and the corresponding OFET devices were accordingly fabricated and characterized. We found that the discrepancy in sulfone content of PPE-xS renders the difference in thermal stability, surface polarity and dielectric constants. Among them, PPE-9kS with the highest sulfone content of 63% shows the best dielectric properties in the flexible OFET devices with hole mobility (μ_p) of 0.45 cm² V⁻¹ s⁻¹, outperforming its parent polymer without sulfone group (PPE-9k) with μ_p of 0.14 cm² V⁻¹ s⁻¹. Besides, the flexible device with PPE-9kS as dielectric exhibits highly retained device performance after cyclic bending or thermal treatment, which indicates the decent mechanical and thermal durability. The present study documents a practical methodology to fabricate a high-performance flexible OFET with excellent thermal and mechanical stability.     

Advance in Using Plasma Technology for Modification or Fabrication of Carbon-Based Materials and Their Applications in Environmental,Material, and Energy Fields

Plasma technology is an eco-friendly way to modify or fabricate carbon-based materials (CBMs) due to plasmas’ distinctive abilities in tuning the surface physicochemical properties by implanting functional groups or incorporating heteroatoms into the surface without changing the bulk structure. However, the mechanisms of functional groups formation on the carbon surface are still not clearly explained because of the variety of different discharge conditions and the complexity of plasma chemistry. Consequently, this paper contains a comprehensive review of plasma-treated carbon-based materials and their applications in environmental, materials, and energy fields. Plasma-treated CBMs used in these fields have been significantly enhanced in recent years because these related materials possess unique features after plasma treatment, such as higher adsorption capacity, enhanced wettability, improved electrocatalytic activity, etc. Meanwhile, this paper also summarizes possible reaction routes for the generation of functional groups on CBMs. The outlook for future research is summarized, with suggestions that plasma technology research and development shall attempt to achieve precise control of plasmas to synthesize or to modify CBMs at the atomic level.     

某型地空导弹武器系统的潜在效能评估

针对某型地空导弹武器系统的效能问题,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评估方法,建立了武器系统潜在效能评估模型,并提出了计算效能评估结果可信度高低的简捷的综合分析评价方法与数学模型。最后通过数学模型对某型地空导弹武器系统的潜在效能进行评估,得到了合理的数值,检验了模型的可靠性。说明了上述模型可用于定量描述系统的潜在效能,又可以用于类似系统之间的效能比较,为地空导弹武器系统的研制、试验和使用等提供决策依据。     

模糊交货期Job-Shop调度问题模拟系统研究

建立了交货期约束下Job-Shop调度问题的模型,以工件模糊交货期满意度函数为目标值,设计了一个基于遗传算法的模拟系统。通过一个具体的实例,验证了该算法的可行性。与其他同类研究相比,具有较好的满意度和收敛性。
