Amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O thin‐film transistors (TFTs) have attracted increasing attention due to their electrical performance and their potential for use in transparent and flexible devices. Because TFTs are exposed to illumination through red, green, and blue color filters, wavelength‐varied light illumination tests are required to ensure stable TFT characteristics. In this paper, the effects of different light wavelengths under both positive and negative VGS stresses on amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O TFTs are investigated. The TFT instability that is dependent on optical and electrical stresses can be explained by the charge trapping mechanism and interface modification.  相似文献

Because of cost and time limitations, reliability experiments frequently contain subsampling, which is a restriction on randomization. A two‐stage approach can analyze right censored Weibull distributed reliability data with subsampling. However, in implementing such a method, we found that it did not address the problems of how to perform confidence intervals of low percentiles and reduce the bias of estimates. In this paper, we present a two‐stage bootstrapping approach and an unbiasing factor approach to solve the aforementioned problems. An example is provided to illustrate the proposed method. In addition, the proposed method is compared with existing methods through simulation. The resulting simulations show that the proposed method performs well in low percentiles. 激光陀螺是捷联惯导系统的理想元件,并广泛应用于航空、航天、航海以及地面定位定向等方面;但是,激光陀螺对温度十分敏感,温度的变化会造成激光陀螺零偏的变化,最终影响捷联系统的初始对准和导航精度;所以当要求激光陀螺工作在高精度的场合时,必须采取必要的温度误差补偿措施;通过对激光陀螺进行大量的温度试验,分析了温度及温变速率对激光陀螺零偏的影响规律,提出了激光陀螺温度补偿模型;经试验验证,此模型能在一定程度上改善温度对激光陀螺精度的影响,为进一步提高激光陀螺的精度打下基础。  相似文献

射频宽带功率放大器是目前功率放大器的主要发展趋势。为了提高射频宽带功率放大器的增益平坦度与效率,采用推挽结构LDmos晶体管,使用ADS软件对动态偏置电路和匹配电路进行仿真设计。详细介绍了动态偏置功率放大器的工作原理及其实现方法。实现了多倍频程带宽、确保带内增益平坦、提高功率附加效率。仿真结果表明该功率放大器对于100MHz~400MHz的信号,在整个输入功率变化范围内,功率附加效率(PAE)与传统的功放相比提高了5~15%左右。  相似文献

Abstract— The stability of oxide TFTs has been the main focus of this research and is probably the most crucial requirement for the successful application to flat‐panel displays. Although the high Fermi level of oxide semiconductors makes TFTs basically stable under electrical stress, the device reliability under diverse variations of electrical stress is affected by materials such as active semiconductors and gate insulators, processes for the formation of back/front channels and passivation layers, and device configurations among other things. How these factors affect the device reliability have been investigated and a review of the stability is presented. In addition, several categories of the light instability of oxide TFTs is presented and the origin is discussed.  相似文献

This study investigated cognitive biases toward gaming-related words and differences in cognitive performance among twelve World of Warcraft players (WWP) and thirty non-players (NP). We measured response to valenced common English and WoW jargon words using a computer-based go/no-go task. Sometimes positive valence words were the targets for the ‘go’ response, with negative-valence words as the distracters, sometimes the reverse. Target discrimination (d′) and response disinhibition (C) were calculated using a signal detection analysis. Based on questionnaire responses, there were no differences between groups in depression, anxiety, smoking or drinking, but WWP reported significantly more screen and gaming time (17.31 h/week versus 4.12 among NP). WWP had faster reaction time (RT) and better discrimination of targets from distracters (high d′) but also showed higher disinhibition (low C). WWP also showed cognitive-bias toward game-related words in the form of higher d′ for WoW jargon than common English and more disinhibition to positive-valence WoW jargon. Similar to past studies which have found alcoholics to have cognitive biases toward alcohol-related words, WWP who play frequently showed cognitive biases toward words related to the World of Warcraft game.  相似文献
