Business stream parallel processing system face the situation of the diversity of cipher service requests,the cross of serial mode and parallel mode,the intercross of different business data flow,and the demand of high speed and high reliability in security field.In order to improve the parallel processing efficiency of multi-cryptographic algorithm,load balancing was used as scheduling objective.Based on hierarchical hardware scheduling method (HHS-ACDID),considering the processing node’s storage capacity and processing speed,a load balancing scheduling algorithm was approved to support non related tasks and related tasks at the same time,which achieves the high speed cipher processing throughput.Simulation results show that the algorithm can complete dynamic scheduling of data stream system and get better load balancing effect.Compared with HHS-ACDID,the efficiency of the algorithm is improved by about 12%. 相似文献

The Lockyer Valley is an important agricultural area experiencing water insecurity, which causes a decrease in agricultural production. Regional authorities are initiating a wastewater reclamation project conveying treated municipal wastewater to water users, including potentially the Lockyer Valley. This additional (and essentially reliable) water source will change farming options and practices. A participatory modelling approach was used to analyse the consequences of changed water availability at the farm scale. This approach incorporates both farmer and scientist knowledge and gives due attention to non-technical issues like perception and acceptance. The authors developed and tested a structural model predicting personal and organizational consequences of workplace violence and sexual harassment for health care professionals who work inside their client's home. The model suggests that workplace violence and sexual harassment predict fear of their recurrence in the workplace, which in turn predicts negative mood (anxiety and anger) and perceptions of injustice. In turn, fear, negative mood, and perceived injustice predict lower affective commitment and enhanced withdrawal intentions, poor interpersonal job performance, greater neglect, and cognitive difficulties. The results supported the model and showed that the associations of workplace violence and sexual harassment with organizational and personal outcomes are indirect, mediated by fear and negative mood. This study examined the nature and extent of adolescent siblings' supportive roles and the conditions under which siblings provide support to one another about familial and nonfamilial issues. Data were collected from 185 adolescent firstborn (M age?=?16 years) and secondborn (M age?=?13 years) sibling pairs. In home interviews, siblings reported on family experiences and psychosocial functioning during the past year. In a series of 7 evening telephone interviews, siblings reported on their shared daily activities. Findings suggested that both older and younger siblings view older siblings as sources of support about nonfamilial issues such as social and scholastic activities and that siblings assume equally supportive roles about familial issues. Further, the results suggested that family background characteristics, sibling relationship qualities, and adolescents' psychosocial functioning were linked to the nature and extent of sibling support. Job and organizational changes have promoted the importance of social skill at work, yet research in this area has been limited. The authors investigated the interaction between social skill and general mental ability (GMA) in the explanation of job performance and salary, controlling for personality and demographic characteristics. The results indicated that the relationships between social skill and job performance were stronger among workers high than low in GMA. In a similar manner, the relationships between GMA and job performance were stronger among workers high than low in social skill. The interaction on salary indicated that increases in social skill (or GMA) for high-GMA (or social skill) individuals were associated with higher salary levels. It is interesting, however, that increases in social skill (or GMA) for those low in GMA (or social skill) contributed to lower salaries. This study reports an investigation of the relationships of work hours, job complexity, and control over work time to satisfaction with work-family balance. Based on data from a sample of 570 telephone call center representatives, a moderated hierarchical regression analysis revealed that work hours were negatively related to satisfaction with work-family balance, consistent with the resource drain perspective. Job complexity and control over work time were positively associated with satisfaction with work-family balance. Control over work time moderated the relationship such that as work hours rose, workers with low control experienced a decline in work-family balance satisfaction, while workers with high control did not. Results encourage greater research attention to work characteristics, such as job complexity and control over work time, and skills that represent resources useful to the successful integration of work and family demands. Reports an error in "Testing the Robustness of the Job Demands-Resources Model" by Susana Llorens, Arnold B. Bakker, Wilmar Schaufeli and Marisa Salanova (International Journal of Stress Management, 2006[Aug], Vol 13[3], 378-391). Several corrections of errata in a paper by the authors published in the 2006 issue of the International Journal of Stress Management are presented: (1) The sentence beginning on page 385, line 16 should read "To avoid identification problems, the error variance of Organizational commitment and Emotional load were constrained using the formula (1 - α) × sigma2." (2) The sentence on page 385, line 18, should be deleted. (3) Degrees of freedom for M3 in Table 2 were incorrectly reported. The correct degrees of freedom were 54. The corrected table is provided. (The following abstract of the original article appeared in record 2006-10511-007.) According to the job demands-resources (JD-R) model, job demands and resources evoke two relatively independent processes: health impairment and employee motivation. The robustness of the JD-R model was tested in two different occupational samples, the first of 654 Spanish employees and the second of 477 Dutch employees. Structural equation modeling analyses provided partial evidence for the two processes. Multigroup analyses showed that the structural paths of the model were invariant across countries, although the strength of the relationships differed. We conclude that the basic structure of the JD-R model is maintained, even when applied in different national and occupational contexts, when using different ways of gathering data (computerized versus paper and pencil), and when using slightly different measures to assess the key variables of the model. 内存计算框架的低延迟特性大幅提高了集群的计算效率,但Shuffle过程的性能瓶颈仍不可规避.宽依赖的同步操作导致大多数工作节点等待慢节点的计算结果,同步过程不仅浪费计算资源,更增加了作业延时,这一现象在异构集群环境下尤为突出.针对内存计算框架Shuffle操作的同步问题,建立了资源需求模型、执行效率模型和任务分配及调度模型.给出了分配效能熵(allocation efficiency entropy, AEE)和节点贡献度(worker contribution degree, WCD)的定义,提出了算法的优化目标.根据模型的相关定义求解,设计了局部数据优先拉取算法(partial data shuffled first algorithm, PDSF),通过高效节点优先调度,提高流水线与宽依赖任务的时间重合度,减少宽依赖Shuffle过程的同步延时,优化集群资源利用率;通过适度倾斜的任务分配,在保障慢节点计算连续性的前提下,提高分配任务量与节点计算能力的适应度,优化作业执行效率;通过分析算法的相关优化原则,证明了算法的帕累托最优性.实验表明:PDSF算法提高了内存计算框架的作业执行效率,并使集群资源得到有效利用. 相似文献
