Role of perfectionism and personality disorder features in response to brief treatment for depression.

Using data from the Treatment of Depression Collaborative Research Program (TDCRP), the authors compared the role of patients' perfectionism and features of personality disorder (PD) in the outcome of brief treatment for depression. Data were extracted as to patients' intake levels of symptoms; perfectionism; and PD features, measured as continuous variables, as well as their symptoms at termination; their contribution to the therapeutic alliance; and their satisfaction with social relations. Poorer therapeutic outcome was demonstrated for patients with elevated levels of perfectionism and odd-eccentric and depressive PD features. Patients' contribution to therapeutic alliance and satisfaction with social relations were predicted by perfectionism but not by PD features. Results highlight the central role played by patients' personality in the course of brief treatment for depression. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

施工系统中混凝土拌和工厂位置选择综合评价模型

在大型水利水电工程施工系统中，混凝土拌和工厂位置选择涉及大量不确定性因素，本文用可能性－满意度来描述决策者对不确定性估计的主观性和管观性，论述了可能性与模糊集，满意度与信任度的对应关系，给出了可靠性－满意度的计算方法。以系统分析的层次性原理为基础，建立了厂址选择的综合评价模型，通过一个实例分析，得到几点结论。

多资源公平调度器在Hadoop 中的实现

目前Hadoop的作业调度算法都是将系统中的多类资源抽象成单一资源,分配给作业的资源均是节点资源中固定大小的一部分,称为插槽。这类基于插槽的算法没有考虑到系统多资源的差异性,忽略了不同类型作业对资源的不同需求,因此导致系统在吞吐量和平均作业完成时间上性能低下。本文研究了多资源环境下公平调度算法在Hadoop中的实现,设计了一种多资源公平调度器MFS(Multi-resource Fair Scheduler)。MFS采用了DRF(Dominant Resource Fairness)调度思想,使用需求向量来描述作业对各类资源的需求,并按照需求向量中各资源的大小给作业分配资源。MFS能更加充分有效地使用系统的各类资源,并能满足不同类型作业对资源的不同需求。实验表明相比于基于插槽的Fair Scheduler与Capacity Scheduler,MFS提高了系统的吞吐量,降低了平均作业完成时间。     

基于基因表达式的克隆选择算法求解JSP问题

针对作业车间调度问题的特征,提出一种基于基因表达式的克隆选择算法。在这个方法中,采用基因表达式编程算法中的编码方式来表示调度方案,同时为了提出的方法具有更强的全局搜索能力,运用克隆选择算法作为搜索引擎。最后,验证提出的方法的有效性,对7组Benchmark实例进行测试。实验结果表明,基于基因表达式的克隆选择算法在求解作业车间调度问题中是非常有效的。     

Scheduling Optimization Modelling: A Case Study of a Woven Label Manufacturing Company

Production scheduling involves all activities of building production schedules, including coordinating and assigning activities to each person, group of people, or machine and arranging work orders in each workplace. Production scheduling must solve all problems such as minimizing customer wait time, storage costs, and production time; and effectively using the enterprise’s human resources. This paper studies the application of flexible job shop modelling on scheduling a woven labelling process. The labelling process includes several steps which are handled in different work-stations. Each workstation is also comprised of several identical parallel machines. In this study, job splitting is allowed so that the power of work stations can be utilized better. The final objective is to minimize the total completion time of all jobs. The results show a significant improvement since the new planning may save more than 60% of lead time compared to the current schedule. The contribution of this research is to propose a flexible job shop model for scheduling a woven labelling process. The proposed approach can also be applied to support complex production scheduling processes under fuzzy environments in different industries. A practical case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.     

Creativity in non‐routine jobs: The role of transformational leadership and organizational identification

An increasing number of individuals work in jobs with little standardization and repetition, that is, with high levels of job non‐routinization. At the same time, demands for creativity are high, which raises the question of how employees can use job non‐routinization to develop creativity. Acknowledging the importance of social processes for creativity, we propose that transformational leaders raise feelings of organizational identification in followers and that this form of identification then helps individuals to develop creativity in jobs with little routinization. This is because organizational members evaluate and promote those ideas as more creative, which are in line with a shared understanding of creativity within the organization. To investigate these relationships, we calculated a mediated moderation model with 173 leader–follower dyads from China. Results confirm our hypotheses that transformational leadership moderates the relationship between job non‐routinization on employee creativity through organizational identification. We conclude that raising feelings of social identity is a key task for leaders today, especially when working in uncertain and fast developing environments with little repetition and the constant need to develop creative ideas.     

IETM技术在便携式工卡系统中的应用研究

从飞机制造的角度出发,以IETM技术为基础,以带Windows 7操作系统的便携式终端为硬件平台,研究开发应用于某机机载机电设备装配指导的交互式电子工卡系统。文中主要介绍了系统设计的背景知识、开发架构和软硬件实现方法,结合XML和SQL数据库技术创作符合GJB6600标准的应用系统。该系统的成功研制和投入使用可将电子信息技术的最新研究成果用于生产实践,既可有效地减轻生产一线工作人员的劳动强度,又能极大地提高飞机数字化制造效率。
