The influence of neodymium and nickel substitution on structural and dielectric parameters was investigated in strontium-barium X-type hexagonal ferrites having composition SrBaCu2?xNixNdyFe28?yO46 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1 and y = 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1). Sol-gel method was employed for synthesizing these hexagonal ferrites. The XRD plots of all studied materials which were annealed at 1250 °C show single phase characteristics. Lattice parameter ‘c’ increased as a consequence of larger radius of rare earth ion (Nd3+) as compared to (Fe3+), while lattice parameter ‘a’ showed very small variation. The cell volume was obtained in the range 2508.32–2523.75 (Å3). The inclusion of Nd-Ni also affected X-ray density, bulk density and porosity. The FTIR spectroscopy indicated the particular absorption peaks of hexagonal ferrites and it was performed in the range of 500–700 cm?1. On account of Nd-Ni doping, the dielectric constant, dielectric loss and AC-conductivity showed decreasing trend. The occupancy of Nd3+ ions at octahedral site impedes the valence alternation of Fe3+; therefore there was decrease in dielectric permittivity. Ac conductivity has been decreased from 9.14 to 6.49 (Ω cm)?1 at frequency of 2.7 GHz. The Cole-Cole plots of synthesized materials noticeably revealed grain boundary contribution. The appearance of single semi-circle in impedance Cole-Cole graphs confirms the exceptional role of grain boundaries in the conduction process. The considerably lower dielectric parameters of investigated nano X-type ferrites propose their feasibility for high-frequency applications (phase shifters, dielectric resonators, stealth technology etc). 相似文献

Polysaccharides are the most important components of herbal biomass with a high application potential. Their thermochemical characteristics, however, have been little studied. In the present paper, an effective thermodynamic analysis was carried out with the aim of setting a method for reasonably estimating the thermochemical properties of polysaccharides such as cellulose. The properties of formation and heat capacities were estimated by general thermodynamic methods like group contribution methods as well as methods followed from synthetic polymer studies. The results were compared with those obtained by empirical correlations derived from the data for short chain carbohydrates, the only literature data available for validation. Temperature has great influence on the stacking fault energy (SFE). Both SFE and dr0/ d T for Fe-based alloys containing substitutional or interstitial atoms increase with increasing tempera-ture. Based on the thermodynamic model of SFE, the equation dr0/dT=drcn/dT+drseg/dT+drMG/dT and thoseexpressions for three items involved are established. The calculated dr0/dT is generally consistent with the experimental. The influence of chemical free energy on the temperature dependence of SFE is almost constant, and is obviously stronger than that of magnetic and segregation contributions. The magnetic transition and the segregation of alloying elements at stacking faults cause a decrease in SFE of the alloys when temperature increases; that is, drMG/dT<0 and dyseg/dT<0. Meanwhile, such an influence decreases with increasing temperature, except for the drseg/d 7 of Fe-Mn-Si alloys. 研究生物降解混源油的混合比例时的关键是根据研究对象的降解程度,选择既能抗该降解程度又能有效区分烃源岩贡献的生物标志化合物,作为估算原油生物降解前的混合比例的参数,并通过配比实验检验估算结果的可靠程度。在研究渤海PL19—3油田生物降解混源油的混合比例时,选用源自沙河街组三段和东营组下段烃源岩的典型油样,以三芳甾烷/三芳甲藻甾烷作为参数,用估算法计算了PL19—3—4井(最靠近渤中凹陷)生物降解原油混合比例,东营组下段烃源岩的贡献约占30%,该井以南的PLl9—3—2井、PL19—3-8井和PL19—3—5井东营组下段烃源岩的贡献逐步下降,最低约占10%。图4表3参15 相似文献

Harmonic contribution determination is the premise on which the improvement of power system harmonic management is based. Calculating the harmonic impedance accurately is the key issue in harmonic contribution determination. The fluctuation method is a mature method for calculating the harmonic impedance in engineering applications. However, this method is ineffective when the background harmonic fluctuation is dominant. To make up the deficiency of the fluctuation method, the partial linear regression model for the harmonic impedance calculation is proposed in this paper, and then a two‐stage method is derived for the unbiased estimation of the model. The method proposed in the paper can calculate the harmonic impedance whether or not the background harmonic fluctuation is dominant, and then the harmonic contribution can be determined.
