本文使用DC-PBH半导体激光器(LD)芯片,研制了GHz级"蝴蝶"型LD组件。组件包括LD芯片,LD背光监测pin光电二极管,半导体制冷器和一个热敏电阻。使用高频等效电路和散射(S)参数进行了LD组件的微波设计。测试了研制的组件微波阻抗和小信号高频特性。组件的电谐振频率为3.34GHz,光响应的3dB带宽大于1.5GHz.其最高调制频率可达2.7GHz。     

大型自行式伸缩舞台的设计与研究

成功地设计了大型自行式伸缩舞台，提供了球结点网架作为伸缩台体的经验实例，对该设备的受力、运动及动力性能进行了比较详尽的分析，导出了具有实用价值的动力性能判定公式，按照该公式分析同类设备的动力性能并选择设计参数，使设计更趋合理。

以IT技术和CG技术为核心的数字媒介极大推动了戏剧产业的发展,也逐渐成为戏剧生产和消费的全新推动器。本文将从景观社会症候分析的角度出发,以2012年爱丁堡国际艺术节的三部代表戏剧《瓦特》、《等待俄瑞斯忒斯：伊拉克特拉》和《2008：麦克白》的演出为例,讨论技术所带来的变革与戏剧本体、戏剧表演、剧场空间之间的关系,即影像与戏剧的关系。     

‘Van Dyck in Action’: Dressing Charles I for the Victorian Stage

Abstract

In 1872, the then relatively unproven young actor, Henry Irving, took to the stage of London’s Lyceum theatre to play the part of Charles I in a new play by William Gorman Wills. The play’s phenomenal popularity was Irving’s first major triumph as a tragedian, but what few historians have explored was that his success was largely predicated, not just upon his acting ability, but on the visual aspects of his performance, particularly his appearance as Charles I, and his costumes, which were characterized by his biographer Bram Stoker as akin to watching ‘Van Dyck in action’. This notion, that Irving was the incarnation of Charles I as painted by Van Dyck, came to dominate the visual and verbal rhetoric of the production. However, looking in detail at images of the king, and of Irving’s costumes, this article breaks down this myth, and questions the validity of such a metaphor, arguing that Irving was not so much portraying Van Dyck’s king as a Victorian idea of how Charles should appear, which chimed perfectly with the expectations of his audiences, and ensured his success.     

The Great Leap from Earth to Heaven: The Evolution of Ballet and Costume in England and France in the Eighteenth Century

The evolution of classical ballet from its accepted origins as one method of displaying status and aristocratic power in Renaissance Italy to its Romantic form, featuring professional ballerinas in white costumes dancing en pointe, took place largely during the long eighteenth century. This article discusses this transformation from the dual perspectives of choreography and costume by using the premise that these two vital elements in the presentation of ballet were co-dependent, each prompting the other to develop and evolve. Concentrating on Paris and London, it examines the relationship between court dress, fashion and theatre costume, and how this affected both the choreography and the style of dance throughout the long eighteenth century.

Helicobacter connections

After preliminary studies in 1981, Marshall and Warren conducted a study in which the new bacterium Helicobacter pylori was cultured. In that series, 100 % of 13 patients with duodenal ulcer were found to be infected. The hypothesis that peptic ulcer was caused by a bacterial infection was not accepted without a fight. Most experts believed that Helicobacter was a harmless commensal, infecting people who had ulcers for some other reason. In response, Marshall drank a culture of Helicobacter to prove that the bacteria could infect a healthy person and cause gastritis. The truth behind peptic ulcers was revealed; that is, very young children acquired the Helicobacter organism, leading to a chronic infection which caused a lifelong susceptibility to peptic ulcers. Marshall developed new treatments for the infection and diagnostic tests which allowed the hypothesis to be evaluated and proven. After 1994 Helicobacter was generally accepted as the cause of most gastroduodenal diseases including peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. As a result of this knowledge, treatment is a simple procedure, and stomach surgery has become a rarity.
