Solvent Extraction Calculation Model for Purex Process in Pulsed Sieve Plate Column

A new calculation code PULCO has been developed to simulate the Purex extraction process in a pulsed column. The model for the PULCO code is based on the mass transfer taking place at the interface between dispersed drops and continuous phase fluid. The following physical quantities of the moving drop are included in the model for each period of drop motion in a pulsed column:

1. Mass transfer coefficient from liquid drop to continuous phase

2. Diameter and velocity of moving drop in the pulsed column

3. Holdup of dispersed and continuous phases in the pulsed column

4. Longitudinal dispersion coefficient in the pulsed column.

To establish the validity of the PULCO code, experiments were performed using a 50 mm diameter pulsed column which had a sieve plate section height of 2 m and plates spaced 50 mm apart. The experiments were performed by CY tests with use of unirradiated U and Pu. The experimental concentration profiles fitted well with the calculated concentration profiles.

大口径油气管道环焊技术的进展及在宝钢的应用

介绍了当前管道工业的发展及管道焊接技术的进展情况,并阐明了管道全位置下向焊接技术的特性.管道环焊缝是由根焊、热焊、填充焊、盖面焊等不同焊道组成.对常用的手工焊、半自动焊和自动焊接方法在管道环焊缝不同焊道焊接时的应用以及各自特点做了介绍,还对焊接材料的选用、焊接设备的选型作了描述.宝钢铜管厂大口径直缝埋弧焊管(UOE)项目即将投产,投产后大口径焊管产品使用技术的研究势在必行,宝钢应尽快开展大口径UOE焊管的环缝焊接技术的研究,为将来的推广应用提供必要的技术支撑.     

某铜矿不同水泥标号的分级尾砂胶结充填体力学试验研究

对42.5（R）普通硅酸盐水泥和52.5（R）普通硅酸盐水泥两种不同标号的分级尾砂胶结充填体试件进行单轴抗压强度和纵波波速测定,结果表明：52.5（R）比42.5（R）的充填体的稳定性高,所以,矿山选用52.5（R）代替42.5（R）可以降低充填体的配比,从而减少矿山水泥的使用量,达到提高经济效益的目的.     

亚包晶钢圆坯表面纵裂及影响因素

本文从亚包晶钢的裂纹敏感性 ,表面纵裂形成及影响因素等方面进行讨论 ,初步阐述了亚包晶钢圆坯表面纵裂形成原因及各种因素对表面纵裂的影响     

Effect of Ga doping on micro/structural, electrical and optical properties of pulsed laser deposited ZnO thin films

Undoped and Ga doped ZnO thin films (1% GZO, 3% GZO and 5% GZO) were grown on c-Al₂O₃ substrates using the 1, 3 and 5 at. wt.% Ga doped ZnO targets by pulsed laser deposition. X-ray diffraction studies revealed that highly c-axis oriented, single phase, undoped and Ga doped ZnO thin films with wurtzite structure were deposited. Micro-Raman scattering analysis showed that Ga doping introduces defects in the host lattice. The E₂^High mode of ZnO in Ga doped ZnO thin film was observed to shift to higher wavenumber indicating the presence of residual compressive stress. Appearance of the normally Raman inactive B₁ modes (B₁^Low, 2B₁^Low and B₁^High) due to breaking of local translational symmetry, also indicated that defects were introduced into the host lattice due to Ga incorporation. Band gap of the Ga doped ZnO thin films was observed to shift to higher energy with the increase in doping concentration and is explicated by the Burstein-Moss effect. Electrical resistivity measurements of the undoped and GZO thin films in the temperature range 50 to 300 K revealed the metal to semiconductor transition for 3 and 5% GZO thin films.     

超声纵波换能器用于平测时的测距修正方法研究

研究了超声纵波换能器用于平测时的测距修正方法.首先,根据弹性波理论分析了利用平测布置代替对测布置测量波速时的实际物理意义;然后,分析了两种换能器布置方式的真实传播距离并通过设计混凝土试件切割-测量实验进行了两种布置方式的声时对比;最后,根据实验数据在对测回归直线方程的基础上提出了计算换能器平测布置修正测距的最小二乘法....     

纵轴式掘进机截割机构纵向随机振动的仿真研究

为了了解纵轴式掘进机的纵向振动特性,提高机器工作的可靠性,分析并确定截割头随机载荷的数学模型,利用拉格朗日方法建立了该型掘进机的纵向动力学模型,通过拉氏变换法对动力学方程解耦,得到了其3阶固有频率和振型.为进一步探究截割头与悬臂、悬臂与机体的刚度对截割头和悬臂振动的影响,利用虚拟激励法求得截割头、悬臂的纵向位移响应,并在ADAMS中对整机多刚体动力学模型仿真,验证了该方法的可靠性.研究结果表明：系统的纵向振动固有频率在6 Hz内,通过增加悬臂与机体的刚度能明显减小外随机激励作用下截割头和悬臂的振动.所得结论为改进掘进机设计和参数优化提供理论依据.     

Surface Modification of Biomaterials in Hard Tissue Applications

Surface modification technologies are quite common in the biomedical field to improve the mechanical,chemical, physical and biological properties of implants such as artificial joint and cardiovascular devices. In this paper, recent progress in the investigation of the bioactivity and biocompatibility enhancement of implants using plasma spraying and plasmabased ion implantation (PIII) is described. Plasma sprayed hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings are commonly used as bioactive coatings but the relatively poor adhesion between the coatings and titanium is one of main disadvantages which have limited their biomedical applications. In our recent studies, novel bioactive coatings, such as wollastonite and dicalcium silicate, were deposited onto titanium to enhance the surfaces bioactivity and biocompatibility. Our results indicate that plasma sprayed wollastonite and dicalcium silicate coatings possess excellent bioactivity as well as relatively high bonding strength. Plasma immersion ion implantation was also employed to improve the anti-corrosion and biological properties of implants.     

基于ArcGIS平台的厂区地下管网空间分析

针对大型厂区地下管网规模庞大复杂且难以管理的问题,采用了一种基于ArcGIS平台的C/S+B/S混合开发模式。把传统地理信息系统客户端管网空间分析功能提至服务器端处理,在B/S端采用碰撞检测算法对管网进行碰撞分析,同时采用高效的线性内插法计算断面分析中所需的交点高程数据。系统上线运行结果表明,该系统能够更好地对原本不可见的地下管网进行有效的空间分析,从而实现对厂区地下管网的数字化管理。
