HAO打卡是一个移动式轻量级打卡平台, 以个人和组织为两个抓手, 以人类智能(HI)、人工智能(AI)和组织智能(OI)相结合的HAO智能为技术驱动, 构建HAO打卡知识图谱, 通过提出HAO打卡闭环权限管理架构, 并辅以从粗粒度到细粒度的隐私权限管理办法, 在进行精细化考勤管理的同时保护用户的隐私, 从而推动新一代打卡系统的智能化变革. 在组织考勤分析方面, 提出四要素得分法和四要素考勤报表法, 通过打卡数据计算员工考勤得分, 生成精准全面的考勤报表, 为组织提供决策支持, 激发组织和个人的活力, 以组织智能成就智能组织.  相似文献

Beginning with the isolation of four essentially unique mathematical intervals on a continuum, we show the process by which an array of four phenomenological ideal-types can be generated which carry rather specific analytical and administrative implications. The basic vehicle of the paper is deductive inference, employed to generate successively more specific taxonomies of system types, eventuating in the four felt to be a specific interest as real-world references for the social scientist, with empirical point included wherever they can defend the deductions.  相似文献

The present study examined the effects of leadership and unit cohesion on mental health stigma and perceived barriers to care. A sample of 680 soldiers from combat support units were surveyed 3 months after their return from combat operations in Iraq. The survey included scales on psychological symptoms and perceptions of leader behaviors and unit cohesion, as well as items assessing stigma and barriers to care. The sample was used to test the independent and interactive effects of leadership and unit cohesion on soldiers’ perceptions of stigma and barriers to care. Analyses yielded significant interaction effects between leadership and cohesion in predicting stigma and barriers to care, while controlling for the effects of mental health symptoms. Soldiers who rated their leaders more highly and who reported higher unit cohesion also reported lower scores on both stigma and perceived barriers to care. Thus, positive leadership and unit cohesion can reduce perceptions of stigma and barriers to care, even after accounting for the relationship between mental health symptoms and these outcomes. In 2004, Congress created the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to enable the 16 independent government organizations that constitute the national intelligence mission to function as a single enterprise. The ODNI strategy to accomplish this transformation included the integration of personnel systems across these organizations. However, customary practices for obtaining and using personnel system and organizational consulting psychologists tend to undermine this goal by reinforcing existing fragmented and strategically misaligned human capital management systems. In this article, the authors describe and analyze the challenges confronting the organizational consulting field working in these settings and suggest ways in which the intelligence and consulting communities can collaborate to overcome these challenges and better serve the important mission of intelligence organizations. The present study examines anger within a perceived organizational support (POS) theory framework. Using structural equation modeling, the authors explored relationships among POS, anger, and workplace outcomes in a sample of 1,136 employees in 21 stores of a U.S. retail organization. At both individual and store levels, low POS was directly associated with greater anger. At the individual level, anger partially mediated relationships among low POS and turnover intentions, absences, and accidents on the job. Anger had direct and indirect effects on alcohol consumption and health-related risk taking. At the store level, anger had direct negative effects on inventory loss and turnover.
