行为经济学——一门新兴的学科

进入９０年代以来，经济的发展又一次推动着经济理论的发展和演变．新经济的现象不断出现，使得经济学靠模型和计算机未能找到解决问题的答案，正统经济学再次受到严峻的挑战．与此同时，行为经济学，以人类的行为作为基本研究对象的经济理论，正逐步发展起来．本文将介绍行为经济学的产生和发展、主要理论观点以及一些行为分析对中国社会经济发展的启示．     

Calculating Gross Domestic Product as a Function of Labor and Capital

A model of calculation of gross domestic product (GDP) is determined with the use of macroeconomic regularities: the GDP is expressed in terms of the Cobb-Douglas production function depending on the number of workers and on the amount of capital in the production sphere; the function of real equilibrium wages depending on capital intensity of labor in the production sphere in case of full employment of population; the function of supply of labor depending on income from capital per head of population and on condition of maximum utility of housekeeping; the functions of demand for labor depending on real wages.

通过对重庆市农村劳动力质量的现状分析 ,探讨两种农村剩余劳动力转移模式的利弊和可行性。指出通过农业产业的发展带来的农业增长才是实现农村剩余劳动力转移的根本途径     

影响企业信息技术外包决策的因素研究

对于众多的中小企业，信息技术外包是一种实现企业信息化的有效方式．结合目前信息技术外包的发展情况，分析了影响企业实施信息技术外包的因素，最后给出了企业实施信息技术外包的基本决策过程．     

生产函数的数据标准化和社会必要劳动

为了定量地解决社会必要劳动的概念及其对商品价值的决定问题，提出了生产函数的数据标准化方法，推导出标准化平均生产函数，并将实物量、劳动量和价值量3种统计总量联系起来进行统一分析。运用数学模型说明了最终决定商品交换价格的是其价值——社会必要劳动，商品效用和供求关系只是其催化剂。     

Emotional display rules as work unit norms: A multilevel analysis of emotional labor among nurses.

Emotional labor theory has conceptualized emotional display rules as shared norms governing the expression of emotions at work. Using a sample of registered nurses working in different units of a hospital system, we provided the first empirical evidence that display rules can be represented as shared, unit-level beliefs. Additionally, controlling for the influence of dispositional affectivity, individual-level display rule perceptions, and emotion regulation, we found that unit-level display rules are associated with individual-level job satisfaction. We also showed that unit-level display rules relate to burnout indirectly through individual-level display rule perceptions and emotion regulation strategies. Finally, unit-level display rules also interacted with individual-level dispositional affectivity to predict employee use of emotion regulation strategies. We discuss how future research on emotional labor and display rules, particularly in the health care setting, can build on these findings. 发挥高校工会作用 努力构建和谐校园

中共中央总书记胡锦涛在十七大报告中指出：“必须在经济发展的基础上,更加注重社会建设,着力保障和改善民生,推进社会体制改革,扩大公共服务,完善社会管理,促进社会公平正义,努力使全体人民学有所教、劳有所得、病有所医、老有所养、住有所居,推动建设和谐社会。”高等院校在构建社会主义和谐社会中将发挥重大的作用。高校工会组织是党领导下的群众组织,是党联系群众的桥梁和纽带,要善于发挥自己的基本职能作用和群众组织及文化活动等优势,为构建和谐校园做出积极贡献。     

基于CDIO的服务外包人才培养模式探索

传统教育模式下培养出的学生不能很好地满足服务外包企业需求,其原因是基于理论的教学模式缺乏对学生综合素质和实践能力的培养。将CDIO工程教育理念引入到服务外包人才培养中,探索培养工程实践能力的教学理念和教学方法,培养服务外包所需的高素质应用型人才,不断完善高校服务外包人才培养体系。将高等教育与工程教育相结合,能有效加强学生的工程基础知识、个人能力、人际团队能力和工程系统能力。
