以对新时期我国社会阶层分化的主要特点的分析为基础,着重对转型时期我国社会阶层分化及其对我国社会政治生活的复杂影响进行了理论分析,并作了对策性研究。     

基于风险态度可变的投机行为研究

本文通过分析不同风险条件下人们对待风险持不同态度这一观测事实，建立了一个新的风险态度描述模型，该模型可以解释当前我国危害性投机行为广泛存在这一现象．在认识风险态度的基础上，分析投机行为的实质和诱导因素，并据此给出关于防范危害性投机行为及鼓励风险承担的创新行为的对策思考．     

民主革命与中国政治现代化的关系

扩大参政是中国政治现代化的内容和民主革命的政治本质．因此，中国共产党领导的民主革命是中国社会现代化的有机组成部分．从中国现代化的角度来看，中国共产党领导的民主革命，实际上是中国长期现代化过程中，在参政扩大化、建立国家权威(新权威)和实现民族独立方面的体现，是中国现代化建设的基本前提．     

Testing a Self-Determination Theory Process Model for Promoting Glycemic Control Through Diabetes Self-Management.

A longitudinal study tested the self-determination theory (SDT) process model of health behavior change for glycemic control within a randomized trial of patient activation versus passive education. Glycosylated hemoglobin for patients with Type 2 diabetes (n=159) was assessed at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months. Autonomous motivation and perceived competence were assessed at baseline and 6 months, and the autonomy supportiveness of clinical practitioners was assessed at 3 months. Perceptions of autonomy and competence were promoted by perceived autonomy support, and changes in perceptions of autonomy and competence, in turn, predicted change in glycemic control. Self-management behaviors mediated the relation between change in perceived competence and change in glycemic control. The self-determination process model fit the data well. Moderators of the Relationships Between Coworkers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Fellow Employees' Attitudes.

The authors developed and tested the prediction that the relationship hetween coworkers' organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) and fellow employees' attitudes depends on the supervisors' abusiveness. Results of a longitudinal study using data collected from 173 supervised employees at 2 points in time (separated by 7 months) suggested that coworkers' OCB was positively related to fellow employees' job satisfaction and affective commitment when abusive supervision was low. However, when abusive supervision was high, coworkers' OCB was negatively related to job satisfaction and was unrelated to organizational commitment. The results of a 2nd study were consistent with the idea that the attributions employees make for their coworkers' OCB explains the moderating effect of abusive supervision on the relationship between coworkers' OCB and job satisfaction. Links Between Sex-Typed Time Use in Middle Childhood and Gender Development in Early Adolescence.

The authors studied sex-typing in the kinds (e.g., sports, handicrafts) and social contexts (same- vs. other-sex companions) of children's free time activities, and the links between sex-typed activities and gender development over 2 years. Participants were 200 White, working- and middle-class children (103 girls, 97 boys; mean age = 10.86 years). In annual home interviews, children rated their self-esteem, gender role attitudes and sex-typed personality qualities, academic interests, and school grades. During 7 nightly phone interviews each year, children reported on their activities. Boys were more sex-typed than girls in their peer activities, and children were least sex-typed in their activities with siblings. An Exploratory Examination of Student Attitudes Toward "Impaired" Peers in Clinical Psychology Training Programs.

Do psychology students view their training programs as doing enough to appropriately identify, accommodate, and possibly dismiss students who manifest significant impairment? This study reports the general findings of an exploratory survey distributed to clinical psychology graduate students. Overall, students viewed impairment as a highly sensitive and inadequately addressed issue. Students commonly reported frustration with and concern for impaired colleagues. A few respondents indicated that the terms impaired and problem student were insensitive and that greater attention needed to be given to "impaired" training contexts. 随着网络的迅速普及,各种各样的网络交流平台不断涌现,给人们及时交流提供了很大便利,而以微博为代表的微媒体就是这样网络化了的交流平台。微博等微媒体的快速发展已经成为网上信息传播、交流的不可忽视的力量,不仅成为人们之间信息共享的重要交际工具,同时对在校大学生的日常生活学习、思想、价值观等都产生着深刻影响。本文拟在探讨"微时代"下微博等微媒体对大学生思想政治教育带来的挑战和机遇的基础上,研究"微时代"下大学生思想政治教育的创新,以期为今后我国大学生思想政治教育的进一步提高提供一点有益借鉴。
