计算机学科教师实践能力发展探究

本文根据计算机学科的特点以及培养应用型人才对专业教师工程实践能力的要求,阐述了新形势下提高教师工程实践能力的意义。在分析了计算机专业教师在实践能力方面的现状和问题之后,文章依据系统思考模式的思想,提出发展和提高专业教师实践动手能力的途径和措施,比如改善教师的组成结构、减少不必要的评比与考核等。这些改革的目标是建设一支既具有较高文化素质、业务技能素质,又具有较强动手实践能力的专业教师队伍。     

应用型本科院校软件工程专业人才培养模式改革与实践

针对高校应用型软件培养动手能力弱和职业素养差的问题,重庆文理学院大胆改革应用型软件人才培养模式,融合计算机科学与技术专业规范和Aptech课程体系,将目前软件企业中应用最为广泛的软件开发技术植入课程体系,有效地提升了学生专业技术能力和职业素养,提高了应用型软件人才培养的针对性和时效性。本文介绍了这一改革过程。     

软件技术人才培养现状及对策

软件人才的培养是发展我国软件产业的关键,培养足够数量的、高素质的信息技术人才是实现社会信息化的保证。本文对我国软件人才培养的学历教育和社会培训机构提供的非学历培训现状进行分析,指出高等学校应该在培养目标的调整、师资力量的配备、实践环节的提升等方面进一步加强;而非学历培训则应该更注重培养具有国际视野的高层次人才,同时应该提倡有行业针对性的专业教育。     

计算机本科教育的实践教学模式研究

高校毕业生就业问题在金融危机下显得尤为突出,但问题本身由来已久,引发该问题的原因很多,笔者在本文中针对本科计算机教学模式与市场需求之间的矛盾进行分析,并提出几点建议,其中主要介绍NIIT模式对计算机本科实践教学改进的意义。     

在高职学院开设嵌入式应用技术专业

随着嵌入式技术的飞速发展,对各层次人才的需求量也在迅速增长,高职院校在嵌入式领域的人才培养处于起步阶段。本文针对嵌入式领域适合高职层次的岗位,给出"偏软"和"偏硬"两个培养方向的课程设置方案,建议采用项目教学法实施双目标教学,强化学生的职业技能和职业核心能力训练。     

Evaluating online solutions for experiential support of distance learning by teachers in China

This paper describes and assesses the development of an online solution for the experiential support of distance learning by teachers. Three hundred and forty-eight randomly selected K-12 teachers participated in this pilot study using the online learning environment designed in this research. Teachers' products, surveys, and interviews were collected and analysed. Results showed that the teacher-learners could learn as well as in face-to-face learning in an earlier implementation of the course. The learning support system as designed fits teacher-learners' needs. They benefited from learning communities formed online as well as face-to-face. More support for online discussion and example cases are needed to support experiential learning. Suggestions are made to improve the design of the learning support system and the pedagogy for experiential teacher learning.     

高校计算机基础课程多维立体化教学研究与实践

信息化的社会对大学生要求不断提高,计算机基础课程改革就势在必行。多维立体化教学改革提出了与各专业结合、分类分层次以及网络化多个角度出发进行计算机基础教学的改革,并从课程体系、教学手段、教学方法、教学评价体系等方面阐述了该教学模式。通过对11级、12级部分学生进行具体教改的实施,教学效果显著,提高了学生的专业计算机素养,为培养能适应新时代需要的复合型人才奠定基础。     

基于工作过程导向的课程开发研究与实践

工作过程是“在企业里为完成一件工作任务并获得工作成果而进行的一个完整的工作程序,是一个综合的、时刻处于运动状态但结构相对固定的系统”。结合计算机多媒体技术专业,对基于工作过程导向的课程开发与建设思路、内容举措等进行剖析与探讨。     

Structured Reactive Controllers

Service robots, such as autonomous office couriers or robot tourguides, must be both reliable and efficient. This requires them to flexibly interleave their tasks, exploit opportunities, quickly plan their course of action, and, if necessary, revise their intended activities. In this paper, we show how structured reactive controllers (SRCs) satisfy these requirements. The novel feature of SRCs is that they employ and reason about plans that specify and synchronize concurrent percept-driven behavior. Powerful control abstractions enable SRCs to integrate physical action, perception, planning, and communication in a uniform framework and to apply fast but imperfect computational methods without sacrificing reliability and flexibility. Concurrent plans are represented in a transparent and modular form so that automatic planning processes can reason about the plans and revise them. We present experiments in which SRCs are used to control two autonomous mobile robots. In one of them an SRC controlled the course of action of a museum tourguide robot that has operated for thirteen days, more than ninetyfour hours, completed 620 tours, and presented 2668 exhibits.     

运用建构性评价理论促进教师的专业化发展

教师专业化发展已成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,受到许多国家的重视,也是当下教育改革实践提出的一个具有重大理论意义的课题。而评价是促进教师专业化发展的重要组成部分。本文就传统评价的弊端和建构性评价的优势,提出运用建构性评价来促进教师的专业化发展。
