A terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)imaging system can obtain high-dimensional signals with substance fingerprint information.By introducing geometric algebra,a novel signal analysis approach to THz-TDS signals is developed based on an optical physical mechanism.Using this approach,signals are represented with vectors in the high-dimensional real vector space.Geometric distribution properties and algebraic relationships of THz-TDS signals are deduced.It is proved that every complex refractive index of substances relates to a unique 2-blade,the vectors corresponding to the samples of the same substance are collinear and belong to the intrinsic 2-blade of the substance.When decomposed through the conformal split with respect to a 2-blade,THz-TDS signals of high dimensionality can be related to vectors in a 2-dimensional subspace.Based on the conformal split properties we deduced,two criteria for substance identification on the basis of THz-TDS signals are proposed.Accordingly,a novel substance identification method via the conformal split is presented.In the method,the 2-blade related to each "known" substance is calculated with two vectors corresponding to THz-TDS signals measured from samples of the substance but with dierent thicknesses.Using the conformal split with respect to those 2-blades,an identified vector corresponding to a THz-TDS signal is linearly related to the vector in a 2-dimensional subspace.The substance of a sample can be identified using criteria on the projected vectors in the subspaces.This method can contribute to accurate classification and identification.Finally,two experiments are presented that show the feasibility and accuracy of this method. 相似文献

Global hydrodynamic characteristics, liquid mixing and gas‐liquid mass transfer for a 63 L split‐rectangular airlift reactor were studied. Correlations for gas holdup and overall liquid circulation velocity were derived for the air‐water system as a function of the specific power input; these were compared to data and correlations for reactor volumes between 4.7 L and 4600 L. A partial recirculation of small bubbles in the riser was observed when Ugr > 0.03 m/s, which was attributed to the use of a single‐orifice nozzle as the gas phase distributor. The dimensionless mixing time and the overall axial dispersion coefficient were nearly constant for the range of gas flow rates studied. However, values of KL/dB were greater than those reported in previous studies and this is caused by the partial recirculation of the gas phase in the riser. While scale effects remain slight, the use of a gas distributor favouring this partial recirculation seems adequate for mass transfer in split‐rectangular airlift reactors. 相似文献

传统的岩心图像修补方法往往无法对不同宽度的待修补域达到理想效果,并且难以对待修补区域做出选择,这在实际应用中很难满足需要。针对这些问题,提出基于联合一阶与二阶全变差(Combined TV-TV2)的交互式岩心修补方法。该方法首先进行均值漂移对图像进行预分割,然后使用基于区域合并的交互式最大相似度算法确定待修补的区域,最后以联合TV-TV2修补模型为基础,应用分裂Bregman迭代进行求解。实验结果表明,待修补的区域能够被确定,而对于不同宽度的修补区域,该算法能够获得满意的修补效果。 相似文献

The simulation and experimental studies of an aperture‐coupled wideband dual segment rectangular dielectric resonator antenna with metamaterial for C‐band applications are presented in this paper. The antenna consists of Alumina (Al2O3) ceramic as upper segment and Teflon as lower segment. The combination of circular‐shaped coplanar split‐ring resonator and conducting strip has been used as metamaterial superstrate. With the use of metamaterial superstrate, the bandwidth of the antenna is increased by 48% through simulation and 22% experimentally. The broadside radiation pattern of the antenna is converted into directive radiation pattern with reduced beamwidth when metamaterial superstrate is used. The peak gain of the antenna is also enhanced by 33% through simulation and 31% experimentally with the use of metamaterial superstrate. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article discusses a technique based on combination of multimode resonators (MMR) and complementary split ring resonators (CSRR) to design multi notch‐bands ultra wide‐band (UWB) band‐pass filters (BPF). The proposed structure consists of two parallel multimode resonators, resulting in a dual notch‐band UWB BPF, integrated with a single cell of CSRR to realize the third notch‐band. The mechanism of realizing the notch‐bands is mathematically presented and a triple notch‐bands UWB BPF is designed, simulated and fabricated. The overall size of the proposed filter is reported to be around 36 × 7.7 mm2 where a size reduction of around 35% is demonstrated in comparison to the conventional filter. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. All_to_All操作是一种重要的集合操作.目前的商用Infiniband网络中没有有效的拥塞控制机制.通过实验研究了2种典型的All_to_All算法在Infiniband网络中的性能,发现这些算法在传输大于32KB的大消息时会在网络中产生严重的拥塞,从而导致网络带宽利用率仅有30%~70%.尝试通过将大消息拆分成小消息、调度小消息的发送来减少网络拥塞.在任意2对进程间都建立可靠的连接,为每个连接都维护一个正在处理的发送请求计数器.当该计数器超过某个阈值后,认为这2个进程间的通信链路上发生了拥塞,此时停止向该连接的发送队列投递新的发送请求,以避免拥塞扩散到整个网络.实验结果表明该优化算法可以改善网络的拥塞程度;相比现有算法带宽利用率可以提高10%以上,最多可以提高20%. 相似文献
