Solid solutions of 2H -SiC/AlN can be prepared at temperatures less than 1600°C by rapid pyrolysis ("hot drop") of mixtures of [(Me3Si)0.80((CH2=CH)MeSi)1.0(MeHSi)0.35] n (VPS) or [MeHSiCH2] n (MPCS) with [R2AlNH2]3, where R=Et, i -Bu or simply by slow pyrolysis of the precursor mixture in the case of [Et2AlNH2]3. In contrast, slow pyrolysis of mixtures of VPS or MPCS with [ i -Bu2AlNH2]3 yields a composite of 2 H -AlN and 3 C -SiC at 1600°C, which transforms into a single 2 H -SiC/AlN solid solution on heating to 2000°C. The influences of the nature of the precursor and processing conditions on the structure, composition, and purity of the SiC/AlN materials are discussed.  相似文献

A model is developed to analyse the concentration dependence of the range ξ? of the monomer pair correlation function. In semidilute solution, three concentration regimes are found for semiflexible molecules and the crossover points between the various regimes are predicted in terms of the characteristic ratio of the chains in dilute solution and in terms of the Flory interaction parameter χ. A simple physical interpretation is given which explains the concentration dependence of ξ? based on binary contacts initially and then ternary contacts at higher concentration. Temperature-concentration diagrams are developed for several common polymer-solvent systems.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem of determining a best compromise solution for the multi-objective assignment problem. Such a solution minimizes a scalarizing function, such as the weighted Tchebychev norm or reference point achievement functions. To solve this problem, we resort to a ranking (or k-best) algorithm which enumerates feasible solutions according to an appropriate weighted sum until a condition, ensuring that an optimal solution has been found, is met. The ranking algorithm is based on a branch and bound scheme. We study how to implement efficiently this procedure by considering different algorithmic variants within the procedure: choice of the weighted sum, branching and bounding schemes. We present an experimental analysis that enables us to point out the best variants, and we provide experimental results showing the remarkable efficiency of the procedure, even for large size instances.  相似文献

针对生产过程中生产作业的优化调度问题,以生产质量、效率和成本阈值为约束条件,基于集对分析建立了的生产质量—效率—成本控制的生产作业多目标优化模型;利用快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解优化模型,得到相对确定条件下质量—效率—成本控制的Pareto最优解集。决策者依据实际生产过程需要,为各项生产作业从Pareto最优解集中筛选最合理的调度方案。最后,通过算例仿真验证了结合集对分析与NSGA-Ⅱ的方法解决生产作业多目标优化问题的准确性、有效性和实用性。  相似文献

We employ self-consistent mean-field (SCMF) theory in studying the body-centered cubic (bcc) spheres of block copolymers in the presence of a neutral solvent. First we examine the accuracy of the dilution approximation then analyze the dependence of the bcc structural sizes with copolymer volume fraction ?, the interaction parameter χAB, and degree of copolymerization N. Our results reveal that both distribution of each component and the micro-structural length scales are greatly influenced by each parameter ?, χAB, and N. As expected, with decreasing ?, more solvent distributes non-uniformally in the segregated domains, therefore deviation from the dilution approximation increases. This also suggests that when the effective segregation parameter ABN is fixed, a larger deviation is expected as χABN increases (i.e. ? decreases). Although when both χABN and ? are fixed, decreasing N (i.e. increasing χAB) enlarges the deviation from the dilution approximation. Furthermore, this solvent non-uniformity behavior is so significant that it even affects the dependence of the domain spacing L* and the matrix length Λ* with respect to (χAB)effN=ABN near the ODT. When the systems are in molten state and/or in the concentrated regime, both L* and Λ* exhibit a sharp increase behavior as ODT is approached, due to many of the minority blocks being pulled from the spherical domains and swelling the matrix. With increasing solvent amount and/or χABN, we observe that the increase of the degree for the minority blocks pulled from the spheres into the matrix near the ODT is not as significant as that in the melt. As such, the sharp increase behavior in L* as well as Λ* near the ODT smoothens and even disappears.  相似文献

Cold fractionation of cottonseed oil is made difficult by the high viscosity of the oil. This study was aimed at demonstrating the effect of solvents on the viscosity of mixtures between 0°C and 25°C with a view to facilitating the fractionation of refined cottonseed oil. The solvents used were acetone, methylethylketone, methylisobutylketone, hexane and heptane. Measurements of viscosity were carried out by means of a capillary viscometer. The ratio of the viscosity of cottonseed oil to that of pure solvents is of the order of 300. The viscosities of solutions of various ratios of solvent to oil (1/3, 1/1, 3/1) are between those of cottonseed oil and the pure solvents. The effect of the solvent/oil ratio overrides that of solvent nature. The effect of solvent in reducing the viscosity of cottonseed oil is by descending order: acetone, hexane, methylethylketone, heptane, methylisobutylketone.  相似文献

The characterization and properties of ceramic composites containing the phases Al2TiO5, ZrTiO4, and ZrO2 are described. The range of compositions investigated gives very low average thermal expansions (α24–1000°C as low as −2.0 × 10−6°C−1) and excellent high-temperature stability. The low thermal expansions are apparently due to a combination of microcracking by the titanate phases and a contractive phase transformation by the ZrO2. The crystal chemistry and microstructure of the product are processing dependent. Although the composites represent a complex microcracking system, the low thermal expansions and high-temperature stability make them potential candidates for commercial applications requiring thermal shock resistance.  相似文献

A complex perovskite of Sr(Cu x Zn1- x )1/2 W1/2O3 (SCZW) is synthesized by a new combination of wet and dry processess. Mixed oxides containing Cu2+ and Zn2+ (CZ) are prepared by the wet process (coprecipitate method). SCZW is obtained by the dry process (mixed-oxide method) from a mixture of CZ, SrCO3, and WO3. SCZW has practically no compositional, unlike solid solutions prepared by the conventional dry method. The wet–dry process method is useful because the wet process is applied to only B-site cations having the same valence.  相似文献
