Hypothermia Alleviates Reductive Stress,a Root Cause of Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

Ischemia reperfusion injury is common in transplantation. Previous studies have shown that cooling can protect against hypoxic injury. To date, the protective effects of hypothermia have been largely associated with metabolic suppression. Since kidney transplantation is one of the most common organ transplant surgeries, we used human-derived renal proximal tubular cells (HKC8 cell line) as a model of normal renal cells. We performed a temperature titration curve from 37 °C to 22 °C and evaluated cellular respiration and molecular mechanisms that can counteract the build-up of reducing equivalents in hypoxic conditions. We show that the protective effects of hypothermia are likely to stem both from metabolic suppression (inhibitory component) and augmentation of stress tolerance (activating component), with the highest overlap between activating and suppressing mechanisms emerging in the window of mild hypothermia (32 °C). Hypothermia decreased hypoxia-induced rise in the extracellular lactate:pyruvate ratio, increased ATP/ADP ratio and mitochondrial content, normalized lipid content, and improved the recovery of respiration after anoxia. Importantly, it was observed that in contrast to mild hypothermia, moderate and deep hypothermia interfere with HIF1 (hypoxia inducible factor 1)-dependent HRE (hypoxia response element) induction in hypoxia. This work also demonstrates that hypothermia alleviates reductive stress, a conceptually novel and largely overlooked phenomenon at the root of ischemia reperfusion injury.     

基于ARM的嵌入式视频监控系统设计

针对传统视频监控系统多采用成本相对高的DSP实现,设计了一种便宜的基于ARM的嵌入式视频监控系统.该系统以S3C2440为硬件平台,以Linux操作系统为软件平台.在内核中添加了各种所需的驱动程序,移植了X264视频编码模型和jrtplib,并设计了一个基于jrtplib的视频发送程序,经过网卡发送数据.在主机端,接收程序接收数据后,调用ffmpeg解码,并设计了一个基于SDL库的显示程序.另外,在扩展方案中还设计了基于TCP的可靠视频发送和接收程序.实验结果表明,对捕获的视频帧编码效果良好,满足监控系统需求.     

Mast Cell Involvement in Fibrosis in Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is most commonly a treatment for inborn defects of hematopoiesis or acute leukemias. Widespread use of HSCT, a potentially curative therapy, is hampered by onset of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), classified as either acute or chronic GVHD. While the pathology of acute GVHD is better understood, factors driving GVHD at the cellular and molecular level are less clear. Mast cells are an arm of the immune system that are known for atopic disease. However, studies have demonstrated that they can play important roles in tissue homeostasis and wound healing, and mast cell dysregulation can lead to fibrotic disease. Interestingly, in chronic GVHD, aberrant wound healing mechanisms lead to pathological fibrosis, but the cellular etiology driving this is not well-understood, although some studies have implicated mast cells. Given this novel role, we here review the literature for studies of mast cell involvement in the context of chronic GVHD. While there are few publications on this topic, the papers excellently characterized a niche for mast cells in chronic GVHD. These findings may be extended to other fibrosing diseases in order to better target mast cells or their mediators for treatment of fibrotic disease.     

The signaling pathway in modulating bone metabolism after dental implant in diabetes

Diabetes Mellitus is a systematic disease with complications in multi-organs, including decreased implant osseointegration and a high failure rate of dental transplants. Accumulating evidence indicates that the signaling pathway directly impacts the process of bone metabolism and inflammatory response implicated with dental implants in diabetic patients. This review summarizes the recent advance in signaling pathways regulate osseointegration and inflammatory response in dental transplantation, aiming to identify the potential therapeutic target to reduce the dental transplant failure in diabetes patients, with emphasis on the surface characteristics of the implant, inflammatory signaling, AMPK, PPARγ, WNT, ROS, and adiponectin signaling.     

水稻抛秧高产的田间小气候研究

本课题通过1995～1996年水稻生长季抛秧和手插秧两种不同栽培形式的田间小气候平行对比观测试验，结合气象台站同期常规气象观测资料，研究了水稻抛秧田间光、温、湿、风等气象要素时空变化规律及其生态效应，揭示出抛秧稻高产除与其自身高产因索有关外，主要与较好的田间小气候有关。     

在PR100打印机上实现多种字体汉字的输出

汉字输出是中文字处理的主要内容之一,根据中文用户对汉字打印输出的需要,在编制VAX机SWP中文字处理软件时,我们通过移植微机的软字模库,重新编写了PR100打印机的驱动程序,使其具有较丰富的汉字输出功能.本文主要叙述其中多种字体打印功能的实现原理及过程.     

SurfaceFlinger在X Window系统环境下的运行方案

本文给出一种将Android图形系统SurfaceFlinger移植到桌面Linux发行版的X Window系统环境下运行的方案.在X Window系统环境下运行的SurfaceFlinger可使Android运行环境中以本地进程形式的Android应用进程的UI界面显示到X Window的窗口中.使用Mesa作为OpenGL ES实现并使Mesa EGL兼容Android的本地窗口ANativeWindow,同时借助Androidx86的gralloc.drm.so模块,实现了Android应用程序的UI渲染过程SurfaceFlinger的图像合成过程能够使用GPU进行硬件加速.另外,用X11的DRI2扩展协调SurfaceFlinger的窗口和X Server的DDX驱动,使合成后的图像能高效地更新到窗口中,避免了SurfaceFlinger的图像缓存由独立显存到系统内存的拷贝过程.经实验,在本移植方案下,第三方3D基准测试软件San-Angeles能达到60FPS的帧率.相比于已有方案,本方案的架构更加简洁高效,且支持硬件加速.     

基于Linux的图像处理系统的设计

提出一种基于Linux操作系统的图像采集系统方案。描述了系统硬件原理,介绍了软件设计过程:U-Boot移植、内核移植、根文件系统的构造及移植、应用程序编写。本设计可满足多种视频采集场合的需求。     

基于C8051F040的实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植

实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ可以在绝大多数8位、16位、32位及64位微处理器、微控制器上运行。阐述了μC/OS-Ⅱ移植到微控制器C8051F040上的方法,并通过编写简单测试程序来检验移植的正确性及运行的稳定性。     

嵌入式Linux系统的开发环境搭建与移植

选用TQ2440实验板,在嵌入式Linux操作系统下实现了开发环境的搭建与移植。详细介绍了Linux内核的Fedora系统、搭建开发环境步骤、Bootloader程序的使用、U-Boot编译与移植、Linux内核的编译与移植根文件系统编译与移植的具体操作方法。
