近年来,微晶石作为新型的装饰材料在我国获得了广泛的应用。针对微晶石的难加工与锯切,从在金刚石刀头胎体中添加钨粉、采用制粒工艺以及设计多层结构刀头三方面探讨提高微晶石锯片的综合应用性能。结果表明:钨粉的添加能改善金刚石刀头的性能并提高锯片的寿命;制粒技术的应用可改善金刚石在胎体中的均匀分布和提高对金刚石的把持力;多层结构刀头有效提高了锯片的锋利度和切削质量。 相似文献

To improve wear resistance of surface will increase the service life of gray cast iron directly.This paper presents that gray cast iron surface coated with alloy powder is locally remelted by TIG arc of increase the wear resistance.The influences of arc current and scanning rate etc on surface properties are found.Under different conditions.the microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of remelted layer are analyzed and measured.The results indicate that the gray cast iron surface can be strengthened by TIG arc local remelting treathent.Especially,surface alloying hardening effect is best and surface properties are improved remarkably. 相似文献

The melting, evaporation and oxidation behaviors as well as the solidification phenomena of tungsten and molybdenum in induction plasma were studied. Scanning electron microscopy was used to examine the morphology and the cross section of plasma-processed powders. X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the oxides formed on the particle surface of these two metals. The influence of spray chamber pressure on the spheroidization and oxidation phenomena was discussed. The results show that fewer Mo particles than W particles are spheroidized at the same powder feed rate under the same plasma spray condition although molybdenum has a lower melting point. A small fraction of tungsten is evaporized and condensed either on the surface of tungsten particles nearby or on the wall of spray chamber. Tungsten oxides were found in tungsten powder processed under soft vacuum condition. Extremely large grains form inside some spheroidized particles of tungsten powder. 相似文献

为了使钨板轧制过程中的各项轧制参数得到有效控制,对钨板轧制数学模型进行了研究。首先在Gleeble热模拟机上进行热压缩试验,研究了变形抗力与各种变形条件的关系,确定了变形抗力模型:通过550mm轧机轧制钨板时采集到的有关数据,建立了应力状态影响系数数学模型、变形区长度等模型:最终建立了550mm钨板轧机轧制力模型。利用模型计算值与实际测量参数进行了对比,结果比较满意。 相似文献

Magnesium alloy AZ91 was prepared by powder metallurgy method, and the effect of sintering temperature on the densities and microstructures of the alloys was investigated. The results show that tight control of the sintering temperature within a narrow range around the liquidus level generates structures with high integrity and reduces some of the disadvantages caused by the higher temperatures. Low-pressure plasma spraying under an argon atmosphere was employed to deposit molybdenum and tungsten coatings on different
metallic, ceramic, and composite substrates. Molybdenum coatings ob-tained through this technique presented a homogeneous
structure with an average porosity of about 17 %. These coatings exhibited adhesion greater than 40 MPa on molybdenum and
grey cast iron (FT25) substrates. No adhesion was observed on an A1N surface regardless of the preheating temperature and/or
surface preparation. Adhesion on AIN-Mo (AM25) composite substrate, containing 25 % dispersed metal-lic phase by volume, showed
intermediate results. Tungsten coatings exhibited porosity between 10 to 12% and a typical lamellar structure. The adhesion

More than 73% of the tungsten resources in China are scheelite and 41% are high molybdenum content ores, and their dressing becomes increasingly difficult. Such situation calls for new and advanced processes that can treat complex ores and still attain high overall recovery of tungsten. The novel NaOH digestion process and selective precipitation process was developed. The former is universal for leaching tungsten from various tungsten materials,including scheelite concentrate and keeps most of the impurity elements P, As and Si in residue; while the latter is effective for removing impurities such as Mo and Sn. Combined with the traditional ion exchange process, the new process can be used to produce APT that confirms with the Chinese National Standard GB10116-88APT-0 with crystallization ratio of 95%. When treating high molybdenum scheelite concentrate from Shizhuyuan Deposit with WO3 content of 50%-55%, recovery of the new process may reach up to about 95% which is grossly the same as that from the traditional way for treating standard wolframite concentrates. 相似文献
