分别采用紫外法和皮粉法对5种不同含量的塔拉单宁进行对比研究,并利用SPSS软件对单宁含量测定结果进行显著性检验,结果表明:高纯度塔拉单宁(93%)分别用紫外法和皮粉法测定单宁含量时实验结果并未显著差异(P>0.05),而4种纯度为60%左右塔拉单宁的实验结果均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),皮粉法测得的单宁含量均比用紫外法测得的结果高,差值约为1.5%~2.0%,并由此计算出紫外法测定塔拉单宁含量计算公式中的矫正常数p为1.03。紫外-可见吸收光谱与HPLC分析结果表明:塔拉单宁与五倍子单宁的最大吸收峰均为276 nm,同质量浓度下塔拉单宁的吸收峰强度高于五倍子单宁,塔拉单宁成分出峰时间主要在20~40 min,五倍子单宁主要在30~45 min。 相似文献

In the present work, Pt/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with high metal dispersion were prepared and characterized using chloroplatinic acid and platinum acetylacetonate as metal precursors. The activity and selectivity of the catalysts were evaluated in the hydrogenation of sunflower oil. A comprehensive analysis of the effects of key operational parameters on catalytic performance was carried out. The experimental variables were hydrogen pressure (275.8–551.6 kPa), temperature (160–200°C), and catalyst loading (0.005–0.015 kg Ptexp/m3oil). Platinum catalysts were active, with a double bond conversion of 28% at 2 h. The metal precursor affected catalyst selectivity. The catalyst prepared with chloroplatinic acid exhibited a lower formation of trans-isomers compared with Pt acetylacetonate. The γ-Al2O3 supported platinum catalyst with a metal loading of 0.51 wt.% and a metal dispersion of 98% maintained its initial catalyst activity and selectivity after 10 consecutive uses (1200 min accumulate operation time), without changes in its catalytic properties. The obtained results suggested that Pt catalysts are an attractive alternative to conventional nickel catalysts for the hydrogenation of vegetable oil. 相似文献

农林业中果蔬的自动化采摘需求日趋强烈,末端抓手是实现无损采摘的关键。传统的末端抓手以刚性结构居多,现有的各种柔性抓手也存在抓取力不足、包覆性不佳等缺点。本文以草莓的无损采摘为研究对象,提出将草莓外部轮廓曲线作为设计曲线,设计了一种新型气动四叶片软体抓手。首先,对软体抓手的结构做仿真优化,提出一种安全地附着在目标物表面的设想。然后,在进行草莓表面的最小破坏应力试验的基础上,测试了软体抓手的末端力,验证了其实现无损抓取的可行性。再次,利用动态捕捉技术,研究了软体抓手叶面的弯曲变形规律。最后,选择使用弧线型气体通道的软体抓手进行了草莓抓取测试,结果证明了气动四叶片软体抓手可以实现草莓的无损抓取,抓取成功率达90%,破损率为2%,表明所研制的四叶片软体抓手用于草莓抓取时具有良好的稳定性和实用性,可用于草莓采摘的末端执行器。本研究也可为其他易损果蔬的采摘技术提供理论基础和技术支撑。 相似文献

在芡实栲胶提取中初步研究结果表明:在使用65%的乙醇的水溶液,粒度为0.3cm方块,浸提温度选择在55℃,浸出时间选择在2h,乙醇水溶液中的水应使用蒸馏水,加入适量的表面活性剂。浸提液的酸碱性为中性等条件下可得到栲胶9%~13%。 相似文献

A free radical thermoset resin consisting of a copolymer of conjugated linseed oil (CLO) or conjugated soybean oil (CSO), n‐butyl methacrylate (BMA), divinylbenzene (DVB), and maleic anhydride (MA) has been reinforced with rice hulls. Composites containing 70 wt % of the filler were compression molded, the conjugated oil content in the resin was kept constant at 50 wt %, and the relative amounts of BMA, DVB, and MA were varied to afford composites with different resin compositions. Tensile tests, DMA, thermogravimetric analysis, and Soxhlet extraction of the different composites prepared have been used to establish the relationship between resin composition and the properties of the composites. Overall, the mechanical properties tend to improve when MA is introduced into the resin. Scanning electron microscopy of selected samples showed a better filler–resin interaction for MA‐containing composites and samples prepared from CLO exhibit better properties than those prepared from CSO. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 13C NMR spectra of oil fractions obtained chromatographically from 109 vegetable oils were obtained and analyzed to evaluate
the potential use of those fractions in the classification of vegetable oils and to compare the results with the NMR analysis
of complete oils. The oils included the following: virgin olive oils from different cultivars and regions of Europe and north
Africa; “lampante” olive, refined olive, refined olive pomace, hazelnut, rapeseed, high-oleic sunflower, corn, grapeseed,
soybean, and sunflower oils; and mixtures of virgin olive oils from different geographical origins. Oils were divided into
two sets of samples. The training set (98 samples) was employed to select the variables that resulted in significant discrimination
among the different oil classes. By using stepwise discriminant analysis, more than 98% of correct validated assignments were
obtained; these results were confirmed when applied to the test set (11 blind samples). Results suggest that the use of oil
fractions considerably increases the discriminating power of NMR in the analysis of vegetable oils. 相似文献
