Polymer networks based on α,ω-methacrylate-terminated poly(1,3-dioxolane)

α,ω-Methacrylate-terminated poly(1,3-dioxolane)s (polyDXL) were synthesized by cationic ring-opening polymerization of DXL in the presence of methylene-bis(oxyethylmethacrylate) as transfer agent. If the initiator concentration is small compared with the transfer agent concentration, the molecular weights of the polymers are governed by the ratio of the reacted monomer to the reacted transfer agent. The α,ω-methacrylate-terminated polyDXLs obtained undergo free radical polymerization with formation of polyacetal networks. The properties of the networks as function of the molecular weight of the corresponding prepolymers are reported.     

A novel way to treat refractory waste: Sonication followed by wet oxidation (SONIWO)

The effectiveness of the hybrid system sonication followed by wet oxidation (SONIWO) to treat otherwise refractory waste has been demonstrated. In such a hybrid system homogeneous CuSO₄ catalyst was found to be very efficient.     

核电材料在模拟反应堆环境中应力腐蚀破裂测试技术与性能评价

简要介绍了采用慢应变速率试验，Ｕ型弯曲和Ｃ形环试验等技术，分别对８００合金，３０４和３１６及３１６Ｔｉ不锈钢Ａ５３３Ｂ压力容器用多在模拟核反应堆环境中的应力腐蚀破裂敏感性性进行的试验研究的一些主要结果；并结合电化学测试和表面膜俄歇电子能谱分析结果进行了讨论。     

面向表面微加工工艺的微器件设计框架的研究

本文以微器件设计为对象，对微硅表面制造驱动的微器件并行设计方法学及相应的计算机辅助设计工具的开发逻辑进行了研究，提出了采用基于三层Web-ASP集成框架实现e-CAD原型工具的编程方案，其中，并行任务流管理与控制，微器件实例及设计资源库，微加工工艺规划及仿真，微器件设计评价等是该系统实现的关键要素，在此基础上将建立网上微器件设计中心，并通过应用服务机制，实现对微器件设计工具使用的商务化，以达到降低设计成本，加快MEMS产业化之目的。     

具有细小组织的高强度和高延性钢管的开发

介绍了日本川崎制铁公司技术研究所开发出的电焊钢管采用热张力减径工艺的特性 ,及这种钢管的高强度、高延性等基本特性。用这种钢管制造的汽车零部件 ,经弯曲、冲击和疲劳特性等实验 ,证明具有良好的机械加工性能 ,是制造汽车用零部件的优良材料。     

纳米级BaAl_2O_4微粉的制备和性质

分别用溶胶 -凝胶法、低温固相反应法 ,制得了纳米级BaAl2 O4微粉 ,用电镜观察了其形貌和粒径的大小 ,用X-射线衍射仪进行了物相分析 ,测定了其纯度与晶型 ,讨论了制备方法与粒度大小的相互影响     

Ionic transport in amorphous anodic titania stabilised by incorporation of silicon species

Incorporation of silicon species from an alloy substrate into anodic titania is shown to stabilise the structure of the film, facilitating investigation of the ionic transport processes in amorphous titania grown at high efficiency. Thus, an amorphous anodic film developed on a sputtering-deposited Ti-6 at.%Si alloy formed to 100 V in phosphoric acid electrolyte in contrast to a partially crystalline film developed on relatively pure titanium at <20 V. Silicon species, which are immobile and act as marker species in the growing film, are present in the inner 58% of the film thickness. Evidently, the film material forms simultaneously at the film/electrolyte and alloy/film interfaces by co-operative transport of cations and anions, as is usual in amorphous anodic oxides. The phosphate anions incorporated from the electrolyte migrate inward at 0.34 times the rate of O²⁻ ions and hence are present in the outer 62% of the film thickness.

Energy use in controlled temperature marine aquaculture

Temperature control offers benefits in land‐based marine aquaculture: stock growth rates may be enhanced by heating in winter; mortality rates in summer may be reduced by cooling. However, if the plant is not well designed, temperature control may create very large energy demands. This paper describes the application of temperature control in abalone aquaculture in New Zealand, with a focus on energy considerations in plant design. An abalone farm using a semi‐closed water conditioning system is used as a case study for which an energy model, based on a heat pump system, is developed. 分析了扇形和偏心圆两种平衡轴设计的要求以及平衡重低质量的设计原则。扇形平衡重半径及宽度应尽量大、夹角应尽量小。偏心圆平衡重的偏心圆半径应尽可能大 ,轴承半径应尽可能小。同样质量的扇形平衡重产生的平衡力比偏心圆平衡重要大。
