分子筛吸附器自动再生系统在DCS中实现

介绍了空分装置的分子筛吸附器再生系统的自动控制原理，选用集散控制(DCS)系统实现控制过程，解决了原仪表控制系统的设计、操作和运行上存在问题。新系统更合理、更安全可靠、操作更方便、直观，同时提高了净化工艺的自动化水平。     

单片机自控系统在NS0631型轨道起重机上的应用

单片机自控系统在大型工程机械中得到了越来越广泛的使用，从而使设备的安全性、可靠性大为提高。文章着重分析了NS0631型轨道起重机中自控系统的结构、使用中存在的问题，提出了解决的方法及今后的改进设想。     

Facile synthesis of nanocrystalline zinc ferrite via a self-propagating combustion method

Macroporous nanocrystalline zinc ferrite with single spinel-phase was prepared by a facile self-propagating combustion method using zinc nitrate, iron nitrate and glycine. The as-prepared ZnFe₂O₄ were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, N₂ adsorption, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS). The magnetic properties of the prepared ZnFe₂O₄ were also studied.

道路与立交匝道平面中线的计算机自动绘制是道路路线CAD软件的核心功能之一,在道路工程计算机动态交互式设计、计算机辅助成图方面具有基础性作用.依据道路中线线形的曲率变化特点,推导了道路中线坐标计算的通用数学模型,并根据一个工程实例在通用图形系统AutoCAD环境下实现了道路与匝道中线的自动绘制.     

铅锌选矿厂废水回用研究

简述了铅锌选厂废水回用小型试验及工业试验情况，在基本上不改变工艺结构基础上改变药剂制度达到废水回用的目的，使选矿废水回用率达到80％，实现尾矿库废水零排放。     

Individual differences in self-assessed health: An information-processing investigation of health and illness cognition.

In 2 studies, the relation between measures of self-assessed health (SAH) and automatic processing of health-relevant information was investigated. In Study 1, 84 male and 86 female undergraduate students completed a modified Stroop task. Results indicated that participants with poorer SAH showed enhanced interference effects for illness versus non-illness words. In Study 2, 27 male and 30 female undergraduate students completed a self-referent encoding task. Results offered a conceptual replication and extension of Study 1 by confirming the specificity of the relation between SAH measures and automatic processing of health (vs negative or positive general trait) information. These studies provide evidence that individual differences in SAH are reflected in schematic processing of health-relevant information. 自动检测系统广泛应用于各类产品的设计、生产、使用、维护等各个阶段,对提高产品性能及生产率、降低生产成本及整个生产周期成本起着重要作用。首先介绍了检测、检验以及自动检测系统的概念,其次通过自动检测系统的各个组成部分,详述了系统的工作原理,介绍了自动检测系统组建的概念、结构以及在组建中所使用的关键技术。对早期的自动检测系统和新一代自动检测系统进行了介绍,并详述自动检测系统的3个发展阶段。     

锌(Ⅱ)-氨基酸配合物分子内配体间疏水作用

应用 p H电位滴定法研究了配合物 Zn( Aa) 2 [Aa-=L- val(缬氨酸根 ) ,L- phe(苯丙氨酸根 ) ,L- trp(色氨酸根 ) ,L- tyr(酪氨酸根 ) ]在水和 2 0 %、40 %及 60 %二氧六环 /水溶液中的稳定性 [t=2 5℃ ,c=0 .1 mol/L Na Cl O4]。配合物 Zn( Aa) 2 相对于母体配合物 Zn( Aa) + 稳定性用Δlog K=log KZn( Aa)Zn( Aa) 2 - log KZn Zn( Aa) 表示。结果表明 :与 L-丙氨酸 ( L- ala)配合物 Zn( L- ala) 2 相比 ,所有这些氨基酸配合物 Zn( Aa) 2 均具有相对较大的 Δlog K值 ,表明这些配合物分子内存在着额外的稳定化作用。这种稳定性化作用可能主要归因于配合物分子内氨基酸侧链之间的疏水作用 ,并且这种作用随着氨基酸侧链结构及溶剂极性变化而变化     

第三代高频自动链路建立协议分析及仿真

随着现代军用通信网络的发展与进步，第三代高频自动链路建立协议(Third-generation HF Automatic Link Establishment)将逐渐取代现有的第二代协议。首先从CSMA机制、Dwell—Groups技术、Multi—Slot技术等方面概略地介绍了3G-ALE技术。然后在同步工作模式下，将Dwell—Groups技术、Multi—Slot技术应用在协议当中进行了对比仿真，并分析了Dwell—Groups技术、Multi—Slot技术对3G-ALE系统性能的影响。     

Research and application of automatic control system of argon blowing at ladle shroud

Argon blowing at the ladle shroud requires the best flow control strategy to effectively avoid the secondary oxidation of molten steel, slag entrapment and heat loss during the casting of the tundish, and at the same time, give full play to the role of bubbles to remove inclusions. Therefore, an automatic control system for argon blowing at the ladle shroud was proposed. The data collected by S7-300PLC and software programming were used to adjust the argon blowing flow online in real time according to factors such as pouring and continuous pouring. On this basis, PID control algorithm and closed loop control mechanism were used for real time adjustment. The flow control valve ensures theminimum deviation between the actual value of the flow and the set value. The production data of this system in the first quarter of 2021 in a special steel plant show that the proportion of furnaces with an acid soluble aluminum (Als) loss percentage of less than 10% of each steel grade has increased by 5.52%, and the proportion of furnaces with an Als loss percentage of more than 60% has increased from 1% decrease to 0. The actual application results show that the use of the system improves the surface quality of the continuous casting slab and the performance of the final product.
