关闭矿山可能造成日本铟产量降低

2005年4月中旬铟价基本维持稳定，为980-1050美元／kg，但是由于2006年日本将关闭其Toyoha铅锌铟银矿估计会造成价格波动。关闭该矿山将使30mt的铟供应消失。Toyoha矿是日本最后的一座锌矿，因矿石已采光，即将关闭。有人估计，明年因此项产量损失会使铟价升至1500美元他。ITO市场依然强劲，总的是原料短缺。

Preparation ＆ Properties Research of Two Indium Phthalocyanine Materials

Two iodo（phthalocyainato） indium complexes were synthesized and mixed with polymer solution（PMMA/chloroform）to prepare iodo（phthalocyainato）indium/PMMA compound film materials on a glass slice by the method of dipping film.Two materials have typical B-band and Q-band absorption of Phthalocyanine compounds in the UV-Vis spectrum.The reverse saturable absorption experiments show that two materials have better reverse saturable absorption properties while they have higher linear transmissivity.In addition,the highest transmittance of visible light is over 70%（tetrakis（cumylphenoxy）phthalocyainate indium/OMMA compound film material）.The initial threshold is 127.1mJ/cm^2.The dynamic range is 1.43.It can be concluded that introduction of the substituted groups having bigger steric hindrance and conjugative effect in the Phthalocyanine ring may increase the reverse saturable absorption effect of the Phthalocyanine indium material.

Recovery of indium and lead from lead bullion

Lead and indium were recovered by electrolysis and nonequilibrium solvent extraction process from lead bullion.The effects of current density,electrolytic period and circle amnant of electrolyte on the electrochemical dissolution of lead and indium were investigated.The effects of extraction phase ratio and mixing time on solvent extraction of indium and striping phase ratio and stripping stage on the loaded organic phase stripping were also investigated.The experimental results indicate that under optimum conditions,the purity of lead deposited on cathode is 98.5% and the deposit rate of lead is 99.9%,the dissolution rate of indium is 94.28%,the extraction rate of indium is 98.69%,the stripping rate of indium is almost 100%,and the impurity elements,such as Zn,Fe and Sn can be removed.

固相合成In2O3纳米晶及动力学的研究

以InCl3·4H2 O和NaOH为原料 ,利用固相反应合成前驱体 ,再经焙烧合成In2 O3纳米晶。用X射线衍射 (XRD)分析了不同焙烧温度对合成In2 O3晶粒尺寸的影响。研究结果表明 :按Scherrer公式估算合成In2 O3纳米晶的晶粒尺寸在 2 0～ 3 0nm ,焙烧温度越高 ,晶粒尺寸越大 ;根据前驱体不同升温速率下的差热 (DTA)曲线 ,用Kissinger和Ozawa法计算了合成In2 O3纳米晶的活化能分别为 167.0 3和 176.0 6kJ·mol- 1 ,差别不大 ;根据晶粒生长动力学理论计算In2 O3晶粒长大的活化能为 2 .82kJ·mol- 1 ,表明热处理过程In2 O3纳米晶粒的长大主要以界面扩散为主。     

EDTA滴定法测定铟镁合金中的铟含量实验研究

本文采用酒石酸等掩蔽剂消除滴定干扰后,用EDTA直接滴定法来测定铟镁合金中铟的含量,方法简单、快捷,相对标准偏差小于0.2％,回收率在99.72％～100.5％之间.
