测定了NTMP(次氮三亚甲基膦酸),HEDTMP(N-(羟乙基)乙二胺基三亚甲基膦酸),DCTMP(1,2-环己二胺四亚甲基膦酸),EDTMP(乙基二胺基四亚甲基膦酸),DTPMP(二乙基三胺基五亚甲基膦酸)的^153Sm配合物以及HEDTMP,EDTMP,DTPMP的^113,117Sn^m配合物在正辛醇-水中的表观脂水分配系数和在0.5%牛血清白蛋白(BSA)水溶液中与BSA的结合率。结果表明,这些配合物在正辛醇一水中的相对表观脂水分配系数和在BSA水溶液中与BSA的相对结合率呈线性正相关。两者之间的线性关系为这类配合物脂水分配系数的预测提供了一种新方法,同时也表明,在金属配合物与BSA的结合过程中,疏水作用力起着重要作用。 相似文献

In this work,TTHMP was synthesized and labelled with 117m Sn.The preparation conditions,stability and lipophilicity of 117m Sn(IV)-TTHMP were investigated.Biodistribution of the complex in rabbits and mice was studied.It was found that the quantity of TTHMP and pH value of the prepararion solution had vital effects on the labeling yield of 117m Sn(IV)-TTHMP.It was also found that 117m Sn(IV)-TTHMP was hydrophilic and stable at room temperature and 37℃ in open air 117m Sn(IV)-TTHMP showed unexpectedly high bone uptake and bone-to-blood ratio in the animals.This made it potentially useful as an reagent for skeletal scintigraphy and radiotherapy of bone tumors. 相似文献

Novel poly(benzimidazole/fluoro/ether/siloxane/amide) (PBFESA) was developed for the formation of hybrid proton exchange membrane. Afterward, phosphoric acid doped PBFESA/PS-S/SiNPs was prepared with PBFESA, sulfonated polystyrene (PS-S), and 0.1–2 wt% silica nanoparticles (SiNPs). Tensile strength of acid doped PBFESA/PS-S/SiNPs nanocomposites increased from 63.9 to 68.1 MPa with increasing SiNPs loading. They had higher ion exchange capacity (IEC) of 2.3–3.3 mmol/g and proton conductivity of 1.9–2.7 S/cm at 80°C (higher than perfluorinated Nafion 117 membrane 1.1 × 10?1 S/cm). A H2/O2 fuel cell using PBFESA/PS-S/SiNPs 2 (IEC 3.3 mmol/g) showed better performance than Nafion 117 at 40°C (30% RH). 相似文献

The goal of the present work is to introduce a new aromatic bulky six-membered sulfo-napthalimide pendant groups, specifically 2-(2,5-dicarb-oxyphenyl-1,3-dioxo- 2,3-didihydro-1Hbenzo[de]isoquinoline-6-sulfonate (PDDDBIS), into the poly(oxybenzimidazole) (POBI) main chain. As no sulfo-napthalimide-bearing POBI has been reported yet, this could be a potential strategy to improve the solubility, processability, and proton conductivity of sulfonated POBIs in addition to boosting fuel cell performance. Out of six membranes synthesized, one sulfonated POBI membrane with pendant PDDDBIS groups (SPOBI-100) exhibited a fairly high proton conductivity of 0.172 S/cm, which is higher than Nafion-117 (0.161 S/cm) at 90 °C. Notably, an H2/O2 PEM fuel cell fabricated with the SPOBI-100 membrane displayed good performance with the maximum peak power density of 547 mW/cm2 and output current density of 1259 mA/cm2 in 0.99 V at 90 °C with100% RH, which is higher than the Nafion 117 power density (519 mW/cm2) and current density (1215 mA/cm2) under the same testing conditions. 相似文献

目的:进一步探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的组织起源及病理诊断问题。方法:18例手术切除标本常规石蜡切片、电镜制片及免疫组化EnVision法标记,光镜及电镜观察。结果:本组18例光镜下组织学形态均表现为梭形细胞。电镜观察:无明显平滑肌及神经分化者14例,伴有平滑肌分化的3例,伴有神经分化的1例。免疫组化染色:18/18例CD117阳性和15/18例CD34阳性,SMA同时阳性者1例,S-100同时少量阳性者2例,Desmin和NSE均为阴性。18例GISTs被诊断和恶性13例,良性5例。结论:GISTs是一类具有特征性的独立的肿瘤,CD117是GISTs较具特异性的标记物。目前GISTs的良恶性诊断仍需通过包括光镜、电镜观察在内的多种综合指数判断并结合临床随访。 相似文献
