The enantioselective hydrogenation of ethyl pyruvate to (S)-ethyl lactate over cinchonine- and -isocinchonine-modified Pt/Al2O3 catalysts was studied as a function of modifier concentration and reaction temperature. The maximum enantioselectivities obtained under the applied mild conditions were 89% ee using cinchonine (0.014 mmoldm–3, 1 bar H2, 23°C, 6% AcOH in toluene), and 76% ee in the case of -isocinchonine (0.14 mmoldm–3, 1 bar H2, –10°C, 6% AcOH in toluene). Since -isocinchonine of rigid structure exists only in anti-open conformation these data provide additional experimental evidence to support the former suggestion concerning the dominating role of anti-open conformation in these cinchona-modified enantioselective hydrogenations.  相似文献

应用自制的聚乳酸/SiO2材料为药物载体通过溶剂挥发法制备了阿司匹林微球,并对该微球的粒径、包封率、载药量以及体外缓释性能进行了研究。微球电镜图片显示粒径大小分布在15μm左右,符合缓释制剂要求。体外缓释研究所得Higuchi方程为Q=0.3598+0.03t^1/2,相关系数P=0.9961,该结果显示所得微球具有明显缓释作用。  相似文献

Tetrabutyl titanate was used as sol–gel precursor of a nanosized TiO2 coating to improve the photo‐stability of aramid fibers. The nanosized TiO2 coating was characterized by XRD and XPS. The influence of the TiO2 coating on photo‐stability of aramid fibers was investigated by an accelerated photo‐ageing method. The photo‐stability of aramid fiber showed obvious improvement after coating. After 156 h of UV exposure, the coated fibers showed less deterioration in mechanical properties with the retained tensile strength and elongation at break greater than 36 and 50% of the original values, respectively, whereas the uncoated fibers degraded completely and became powdery. SEM analysis showed no significant surface morphological change on the coated fiber after the exposure, while some latitudinal crack fractures appeared on the uncoated aramid fiber. The effect of the nanosized TiO2 coating was also well demonstrated by examining the difference of distributions of C1s in XPS deconvolution analysis on the surface of uncoated/coated fibers with increasing UV exposure time. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Matsunone, (2E,4E)-4.6,10,12-tetramethyl-2,4-tridecadien-7-one, is the primary sex pheromone ofMatsucoccus resinosae, M. thunbergianae, andM. matsumurae. The synthetic compound was tested in the laboratory and in field tests with all three species, and significantly more males responded to synthetic matsuone than to controls. The attraction of synthetic matsuone to males in field tests was not significantly different from that of virgin females at the same matsuone release rate. An analog of matsuone previously shown to be biologically active was also tested in the laboratory withM. resinosae andM. thunbergianae, and field tested withM. resinosae. The active analog required a dose approximately 100 times greater than matsuone to yield maximum laboratory bioassay response, and in field tests, attraction was not significantly different from controls at doses at which matsuone was significantly attractive.Homoptera: Coccoidea: Margarodidae.Deceased.  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,水和乙醇为溶剂,盐酸和氨水为催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SiO2气凝胶.研究了水和乙醇及催化剂对制备SiO2气凝胶反应速度、凝胶时间的影响.结果表明HCl和NH3·H2O作为催化剂大大加速了溶胶和凝胶反应速度,使凝胶时间减少至几分钟甚至更短,所制备的SiO2气凝胶具有纳米多孔结构(骨架颗粒为15~20nm,孔洞尺寸为10~30 nm).  相似文献

纳米SiO2粉体的制备是以硅酸钠和盐酸为原料,添加适宜的稳定剂(非离子表面活性剂)和分散剂,在适宜的pH值和温度下,采用化学沉淀法合成。研究表明,要得到性能优良纳米的SiO2粉体,最佳工艺条件为:温度20~40℃,pH=6,反应液质量浓度P1=20g/L,P2=1.20g/L,反应时间15min。结果表明:制备的纳米SiO2粒径30~50nm,比表面积大,分散性好,质量优良,可达到产业化的生产。  相似文献

Degradation of 4-chloro-2-methylphenol (PCOC), a refractory toxic chemical emitted to the environment from the industrial production of phenoxy herbicides was studied in aqueous solution. Electro-Fenton and photoelectro-Fenton processes were used as the degradation methods. H2O2, produced by the reduction of oxygen at carbon cathode reacted with dissolved metal ions to form hydroxyl radicals, which in turn reacted with PCOC sequentially to degrade the aromatic ring. The effects of using different [Fe2+]/[PCOC]0 and the effect of replacing Fe2+ by Mn2+ ion have been examined. It was found that degradation rate was increased with increasing [Fe2+]/[PCOC]0 ratio from 2 to 4. However, the total charge utilized during the treatment was also increased. The efficiency of PCOC degradation was observed to be higher when Mn2+ was used as the catalyst. The mineralization of aqueous solutions of PCOC, withdrawn from the reactor at certain time interval, has been followed by total organic carbon (TOC) decay and dechlorination. A fast and complete degradation of the aromatic ring was achieved in photoelectro-Fenton system. 41.7% TOC decay and complete dechlorination were observed by consuming only 141.4 C electrical charge during a 300 min photoelectron-Fenton treatment. In the case of electro-Fenton system, 280.7 C electrical charge was consumed during 450 min of electrolysis to attain a similar degradation of PCOC. 14.9% TOC removal and 89.3% dechlorination have been obtained in this system under the applied conditions.  相似文献

The porosity of -alumina-based materials is an important parameter affecting the extent of fluorination (aerogels > commercial -Al2O3 > xerogels) and, consequently, also the textural, acidic and catalytic properties of the final fluorinated materials. Only the highly fiuorinated aluminas having strong Lewis acidic sites catalyse the isomerisation of CHF2CHF2 to CF3CH2F.  相似文献

Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) was used as a polymeric plasticizer in poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) for the partial replacement of di(2‐ethyl hexyl)phthalate (DEHP). The effect of this partial replacement on DEHP leaching from the PVC was evaluated at 10, 25, and 40°C. The study shows that the incorporation of NBR reduces the rate of DEHP leaching, the reduction being prominent at lower temperatures. Gas permeability of the NBR‐modified samples was also evaluated at the above temperatures using oxygen and carbon dioxide. A reduction in gas permeability is observed in NBR‐modified samples compared to the PVC plasticized with DEHP alone particularly in the case of carbon dioxide. Water vapor transmission rates of the NBR‐modified samples are higher than that of the control sample. The NBR‐modified PVC sample was found to be noncytotoxic in the in vitro cytotoxic evaluation both by direct contact and test on extract methods. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
