A DNA-modified screen-printed carbon electrode and the [Co(phen)3]3+ complex as an electrochemical DNA marker were used for the evaluation of anti/pro-oxidative properties of -tocopherol, -carotene, quercetin, kaempferol and myricetin, as well as various tea extracts. Reactive oxygen species were generated using a model cleavage mixture composed of 5×10–7 M [Cu(phen)2]2+ as the catalyst, 1×10–3 M ascorbic acid as the chemical reductant and air oxygen as the natural oxidant. The antioxidative activity of standard chemicals increases with their concentration, reaching a maximum where prooxidative behaviour becomes of importance. Antioxidative effects of tea exctracts varied with the temperature of their preparation. Similar results were obtained by the 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl free radical method. 相似文献

Scope
The casein phosphoproteins in mother's milk supply calcium and phosphate ions and make them biologically available to the newborn. Human αS1‐casein is of particular interest being also an autoantigen and proinflammatory cytokine. Phosphorylation of αS1‐casein by casein kinase 2 completely abolishes binding to toll‐like receptor 4 and proinflammatory effects. It is, however, not known, which amino acids are affected. Therefore, breast milk samples were analyzed in an effort to detect the phosphorylation sites of αS1‐casein.Methods and results
Breast milk samples were tryptically digested. Target tandem MS analysis confirmed the known phosphorylation sites S33 and S41; evidence for pS89 was found in some samples. Experimental support for the presence of pS31 and pS34 was weak. Phosphorylation of a new site in αS1‐casein, S71, was reproducibly measured in all samples, albeit at much lower intensity than pS33 and pS41.Conclusion
Phospho‐occupancy rates varied greatly and could not be confidently correlated to other parameters within the cohort of 20 donors. The new phosphosite S71 is located in the neighborhood of the serine‐rich region and may contribute to the cluster of high charge density at normal milk pH, likely exerting an influence on protein tertiary structure and thus function.245.
在大庆葡Ⅰ组非均质砂岩油藏的葡71-75井区进行了稀油(地下粘度4.9 mPa.s)蒸汽驱试验。试验区水驱采出程度22.62%,综合含水82.87%,包含1口注入井和分属不同井网的7口采油井。取3口典型采油井,测定注汽前、注汽78天和120天时采出原油组成、性质的变化。结果表明,在汽驱过程中采出原油的密度、凝固点、含蜡、含胶质沥青质及运动粘度下降;初馏点显著降低(120℃→84℃→75℃),总馏量和300℃前各馏分量增多;50~90℃动力粘度在汽驱120天时最低,汽驱78天时略高于汽驱前;气油比增大;全烃分析表明汽驱后采出油轻质馏分增多,成熟度提高。基于前人关于蒸汽驱中产生热水蒸馏混合带的见解,利用所得分析测试数据,讨论了稀油蒸汽驱油机理:初期以热膨胀为主,中期为热膨胀、蒸汽蒸馏和降粘,后期为蒸汽蒸馏。图5表3参6。 相似文献

垦71区块低序级断层组合关系不明、剩余油分布不清、油水关系复杂、储层较薄且多,纵、横向变化大。利用井间地震技术研究了该地区的低序级断层及储层特征。首先根据实施井间地震工区的地质模型建立速度模型,依据设计的观测系统进行正演模拟,模拟的波场反映了井间地震的主要波场特征,反射波成像剖面反映了地质模型的地质特征。基于正演模拟结果对观测系统进行优化,并进行野外采集,获得的实际资料的反射波成像剖面分辨率较高,落实了井间的低序级断层及薄储层。 相似文献

Medical implants are widely used in clinical practice, such as cardiovascular stenting, maxillofacial surgery, and orthopedics. However, most of the traditional implant operations are open and invasive, resulting in massive dissection of soft tissue and interruption of blood supply. The accurate navigation for the implant operations is considered as one of the most effective ways to reduce the damage, which is urgently desired in clinic. Herein, a biocompatible NIR-II J-aggregates labelled mesoporous implant for imaging-guided osteosynthesis with minimal invasion is reported. Mesoporous silica layer with vertical channels is grown on the surface of titanium plate, which can provide the confining space for the formation of the FD-1080 J-aggregates. Both the absorption and fluorescence peaks of the FD-1080 J-aggregates are located in NIR-II window (beyond 1300 nm), which are ideal for high resolution and real time surgical navigation in deep tissue. NIR-II imaging can clearly display the location and outline of the implant both in vitro and in vivo. This NIR-II imaging-guided osteosynthesis can effectively reduce the surgical wound and operational duration, which is crucial for the implant surgeries. 相似文献
