The conversion of enzymatic/mild acidolysis lignin (EMAL) isolated from moso bamboo to aromatic chemicals by fast pyrolysis were investigated under nitrogen atmosphere and atmospheric pressure. The experiment of EMAL pyrolyzing was set on a tubular reactor furnace at the temperature levels of 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 °C, and the products derived from EMAL pyrolyzing were classified into three-phase of gas, condensed liquid (tar), and solid (char). The chemical structure and surface morphology of solid product were characterized by fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the ingredients of gas product and liquid (tar) were analyzed with gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS). The analysis results indicated that the yield of char decreased rapidly from 43% to 28% with an increase of temperature, and the yield of gas product increased gradually from 6% to 26%, and the yield of tar attained a maximum at 700 °C. SEM showed that char took on lots of vesicles that resulted from the gas release from EMAL pyrolyzing. The ingredients of gas product were comprised of H2, CO, CO2 and light hydrocarbons (CH4, C2H4 and C2H6), and the amount of H2, CO were high. Besides a huge amount of phenols, the tar contained aromatic hydrocarbons, chain hydrocarbons, monoaromatic aromatic hydrocarbons and some ketones, and the carbon number of chemical compounds were C6–C10. 相似文献

建立用超高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定辣椒及其制品中罗丹明B残留量的方法。样品中残留的罗丹明B用甲醇/水溶液提取,高速离心后,用超高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定,外标峰面积法定量。罗丹明B在5~500μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,3个水平(5.0、20.0、60.0μg/kg)添加罗丹明B的回收率为80.0%~119.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.08%~2.64%,检出限为5μg/kg。此方法具有简单、快速、准确等优点,适用于辣椒及其制品中残留罗丹明B的检测。 相似文献

为测定水产品中喹乙醇的残留量,建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用(HPLC-MS/MS)的测定方法。均质后的试样经水提取、液-液分配净化后,采用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱,并以0·1%乙酸 乙腈(70 30,体积分数)为流动相,色谱分离后直接进入串联质谱检测器。采用电喷雾正离子,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。方法的检出限为10μg/kg,浓度在0·5~500μg/L范围内,线性良好(r=0·9989),添加浓度在10~500μg/kg时,不同水产品基质的回收率在74·3%~93·5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5·6%。本方法检出限低,回收率高,定性可靠,定量准确,适合于水产品中喹乙醇残留的检测。 相似文献

Wild boar is a species that is utilised for food and sport hunting throughout the world. Recent increases in natural populations and the potential of farming wild boars have stimulated interest in this species as a meat producer. Compared to domestic pigs, wild boars present a higher degree of carcass fatness and larger loin areas, more slow-twitch oxidative (I) and fast-twitch oxidative glycolytic (IIA) and less fast-twitch glycolytic (IIB) muscle fibres, and darker, less tender and leaner meat. Differences in diets might contribute to differences in cooked meat flavour and fatty acid composition between wild boars and domestic pigs. Higher α-tocopherol concentrations in wild boar might extend its meat shelf-life. Mechanical massaging of muscles, vacuum package ageing and addition of marinates have been attempted to tenderise wild boar meat. Further research on hunting protocols for wild boar, and value-added products from its meat, are needed. 相似文献

In order to face new regulation directives regarding the environment and also for improving their customer relationship, enterprises
have to increasingly be more able to manage their product information during the entire lifecycle. One of the objectives among
others in this paper is to deal with product traceability along the product lifecycle. To meet this objective, the information
system has to be designed and, further built in such a way all information regarding products is recorded. The IEC 62264 standards
define generic logical models for exchanging product and process information between business and manufacturing levels of
enterprise applications. Thus, it can be a base for product information traceability. However, its complexity comes from the
fact it mixes conceptual and implementation details while no methodology exists that defines how to instantiate it. Product
traceability is then needed to increase its abstraction level in order to concentrate on its concepts and managing its application
by providing a methodology for its instantiation. In this paper, we propose to map the IEC 62264 standard models to a particular
view of Zachman framework in order to make the framework concrete as a guideline for applying the standard and for providing
