卫星遥感测控的系统融合技术

卫星遥感测控系统包括运载火箭飞行测控，卫星运行测控，有效载荷设备测控以及它本身应完成的遥感测量，高效完备的系统融合技术采用包括视频综合技术，统一载波宽带传输技术，地面站多功能统一测控技术，软件化技术，载波综合利用技术等，大大简化了卫星遥感的测控设备。     

压水堆堆芯换料设计优化的研究

讨论压水堆堆芯换料设计优化问题，并研制一套实用的换料优化软件包，可用于低泄漏、外－内和改进的外－内装料方案的优化。在低泄漏方案优化时，利用哈林原理将燃料组件布置与可燃毒物配置的优化问题脱耦成两步优化问题。先用线性规划方法进行无可燃毒物时燃料组件布置的优化，然后再用可变容差法寻找可燃毒物的优化布置。应用该软件对秦山核电厂首次难芯换料方案进行了优化，提出了可供参考的一些优化布置方案。     

TOPSwitch集成电路在DC/DC电源设计中的应用

文章介绍了PWM／MOSFET二合一的TOPSwitch系列集成电路及其在DC／DC电源设计中的应用，还介绍了基本反馈方式的DC／DC拓扑结构及其改进措施，并对由TOPSwitch集成电路构成的DC／DC电源进行了抗中子实验。     

一种高并行度的H.264帧内预测器的VLSI设计

分析了帧内预测的17种模式,对于每个4×4大小块的16个像素点的不同模式的预测公式之间的相同运算,采用数字强度缩减的方法去除计算的冗余,提出了一种高并行度的帧内预测器,可以每个时钟周期处理16个像素点的预测值。基于SMIC0.18μm工艺,用verilog对该设计进行了VLSI实现,综合后的电路的关键路径最大时延为10ns,电路规模不超过1.4万门,数据吞吐率可以达到1600Msamples/s。从实现结果来看,与采用可重构方法的设计相比,该设计在相同的并行度下减小了电路面积,简化了控制逻辑。

集成电路是信息社会经济发展的基石。通过对集成电路发展规律的分析,从集成电路的设计、制造、新产品研发和市场动态等方面,描述了集成电路的最新动态;探讨了集成电路的发展趋势;指出集成电路与其它学科、技术的结合,不断形成新的研究方向;新材料、新结构、新器件不断涌现,特征尺寸继续缩小,摩尔定律仍然起作用。     

FEM model of the ohmic resistance of IP-SOFCs

In the present work, the ohmic resistance of an integrated planar-SOFC (IP-SOFC) has been evaluated by developing a model whose equations have been solved numerically through an FEM method. The model allows to estimate the distribution of voltage and current density in the cell. A comparison between simulated and experimental data of area specific resistance is reported, which shows satisfactory agreement. The mathematical model has also been used to carry out some parametric studies for optimisation purposes. Indeed, a reduction in cell pitch length and an increase in electrode thickness are predicted to lead to a reduction in ohmic losses in IP-SOFCs.     

Analysis of low load transients for the Vandellòs-II NPP: Application to operation and control support

The Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) has been jointly working with the Asociación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellòs (ANAV) for a number of years in order to establish, qualify and use best estimate (BE) models for the reactors under the control of ANAV. ANAV is the consortium that is responsible for operation of the Ascó and Vandellòs-II reactors. The reactors are Westinghouse-design three-loop PWRs with an approximate electrical power of 1000 MW. The existing integral plant models for each plant are currently used for many different purposes among which are support of plant operation and control. Quite a number of studies have been done in order to improve both safety and plant competitiveness. Most of these dynamic analyses were carried out in relation to transients starting at nominal full power or at least, very close to full power. This paper develops a specific use of the Vandellòs-II plant model for operation and control support at low power involving new ranges of system actuation parameters. It also examines scenarios that are somewhat different from those typically analysed. The study starts showing the results of an assessment case, which is a start-up test and provides some additional qualification, and subsequently attempts to establish calculations to support both an improvement in feed water controls and to set up operating recommendations for low-load manual operation of feed water turbo-pump. Both results hopefully, will produce an outcome, which leads to an improvement in safety and reduces reactor trip probability.     

堆底熔穿事故的场外后果及其对策

在压水堆核电站应急计划和应急响应中，堆底熔穿事故占有重要位置。本文用法国核电厂事故源项Ｓ３（对应于堆底熔穿事故）计算了在典型气象条件下的场外放射学的后果，根据一般防护决策原则和我国颁布的干预水平，提出了保护公众的应急防护措施的建议。     

The Tenet experience and the design of protocols for integrated-services internetworks

The research done by the Tenet Group in multimedia networking has reached a point where it may be useful to reflect on the significance of its results for the current debate on how integrated-services internetworks should be designed. Such reflections constitute the main subject of this paper. The principles of the work and the conclusions reached so far by the Tenet researchers are discussed in the light of the conflict between the two major technologies being proposed to build future information infrastructures: namely, the Internet and the ATM technologies. The Tenet approach suggests one feasible way for resolving the conflict to the advantage of all the users of those infrastructures. This paper discusses various fundamental aspects of integrated-services network design: the choice of the service model, the type of charging policy to be adopted, and the selection of a suitable architecture.
