The thermal stratification phenomena, frequently occurring in the component of nuclear power plant system such as pressurizer
surge line, steam generator inlet nozzle, safety injection system (SIS), and chemical and volume control system (CVCS), can
cause through-wall cracks, thermal fatigue, unexpected piping displacement and dislocation, and pipe support damage. The phenomenon
is one of the unaccounted load in the design stage. However, the load have been found to be serious as nuclear power plant
operation experience accumulates. In particular, the thermal stratification by the turbulent penetration or valve leak in
the SIS and SCS pipe line can lead these safety systems to failure by the thermal fatigue. Therefore in this study an l/lO
scaledowned experimental rig had been designed and installed. And a series of experimental works had been executed to measure
the temperature distribution (thermal stratification) in these systems by the turbulent penetration, valve leak, and heat
transfer through valve. The results provide very valuable informations such as turbulent penetration depth, the possibility
of thermal stratification by the heat transfer through valve, etc. Also the results are expected to be useful to understand
the thermal stratification in these systems, establish the thermal stratification criteria and validate the calculation results

Fe-doped Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 (BST) thin films have been fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate using the sol–gel method. The structural and surface morphology, dielectric, and leakage current properties of undoped and 1 mol% and 2 mol% Fe-doped BST thin films have been studied in detail. The results demonstrate that the Fe-doped BST films exhibit improved dielectric loss, tunability, and leakage current characteristics as compared to the undoped BST thin films. 为了进一步提高水力喷砂射孔技术的射流压力,摆脱传统的地面增压方式因压力传输困难、能耗高等原因对深层地层岩石压裂难的困境,基于实际射孔工艺要求,设计了井下水力增压器。根据井下水力增压器的结构和工作原理,考虑活塞与活塞筒之间的泄漏层对增压效果的影响,建立了增压缸流体域模型,利用动网格技术对增压缸的增压特性进行数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:增压过程中,增压腔压力和流体出射速度均随时间先增大后逐渐呈现出高频周期性波动的规律;增压腔压力和流体出射速度随输入压力和低压腔与增压腔流体的有效作用面积比的增大而增大,且增压腔压力近似等于输入压力和有效作用面积比的乘积;泄漏层厚度对增压腔压力和流体出射速度的波动性影响很大。该研究结果为后期增压器结构设计和参数优选提供了参考。 相似文献

Two-interconnected fluidized bed systems are widely used in various processes such as Fisher-Tropsch, hot gas desulfurization,
CO2 capture-regeneration with dry sorbent, chemical-looping combustion, sorption-enhanced steam methane reforming, chemical-looping
hydrogen generation system, and so on. However, conventional two-interconnected fluidized bed systems are very complex, large,
and difficult to operate because most of these systems require a riser and/or pneumatic transport line for solid conveying
and loopseals or seal-pots for gas sealing, recirculation of solids to the riser, and maintaining of pressure balance. To
solve these problems, a novel two-interconnected fluidized bed system has been developed. This system has two bubbling beds,
solid injection nozzles, solid conveying lines, and downcomers. In this study, the effects of operating variables on solid
circulation rate and gas leakage between two beds have been investigated in a cold mode two-interconnected fluidized bed system.
The solid circulation rate increased as the hole diameter on the injection nozzle, the diameter of the injection nozzle, the
solid height above the holes, and the number of holes on the injection nozzle increased. The gas leakage between the beds
was negligible. Moreover, long-term operation of continuous solid circulation up to 60 hours was performed to check the feasibility
of stable operation. The pressure drop profiles in the system loop were maintained steadily and solid circulation was smooth
