A numerical investigation of a catalytically stabilized thermal (CST) combustor was conducted for a multichannel catalyst bed, and both the catalyst bed and thermal combustor were simultaneously modeled. The numerical model handled the coupling of the surface and gas reaction in the catalyst bed as well as the gas reaction in the thermal combustor. The behavior of the catalyst bed was investigated at a variety of operating conditions, and location of the flame in the CST combustor was investigated via an analysis of the distribution of CO concentration. Through parametric analyses of the flame position, it was possible to derive a criterion to determine whether the flame is present in the catalyst bed or the thermal combustor for a given inlet condition. The results showed that the maximum inlet temperature at which the flame is located in the thermal combustor increased with increasing inlet velocity.  相似文献

研究采用蛇怪蜥甥踏水机理设计的轮-叶复合式仿生推进装置,针对实现推进性能最大化的仿生叶轮装置设计的难点,从减少叶片能量损失的角度设计了一种压水防溅型仿生叶轮结构,如何有效获取新型叶轮结构的水上推进性能,应用计算流体力学数值方法,通过构建不可压缩非稳态的N-S主控制方程,采用欧拉网格有限体积法的离散化处理方式,综合应用VOF模型和动网格技术,实现对新型仿生叶轮水上推进性能的数值模拟,着重讨论了不同转速ω和负载P下的仿生叶轮水平速度v1和水平位移s1的变化规律,研究仿生叶轮运动中压力场、速度场和气液相的分布特点,获得了转速ω和负载P对仿生叶轮水上推进性能的影响规律.仿真分析结果表明转速ω和负载P均存在一合理区间范围,使得新型仿生叶轮推进性能最优,仿真结果可为实现仿生叶轮模型水上推进性能最优提供了理论基础.  相似文献

研究运载火箭六自由度仿真系统设计问题,在传统火箭六自由度仿真平台设计中常以特定任务为导向,造成仿真系统碎片化严重,扩展重用性不足.同时,数值仿真与视景仿真的交互中存在实时驱动的问题.针对上述问题,采用面向对象的模块化设计方法,建立了运载火箭六自由度仿真模型,给出了三层结构的通用仿真框架.设计了仿真消息管理器,较好地解决了数值仿真与视景仿真的集成并保证了系统的实时性.仿真结果验证了模型建立的准确性以及仿真平台的可靠性和稳定性.仿真结果对于运载火箭设计和性能评估系统的建立有着良好的借鉴意义.  相似文献

It is believed that the microseismicity induced by mining effect and gas gradient disturbance stress is a precursor to the essential characteristics of roadway unstability. In order to effectively identify and evaluate the stability of coal roadways in the process of mine development and extraction, a microseismic monitoring system was deployed for the study of the stress evolution process, damage degree and distribution characteristics in the tailgate and headgate. The mine under study is the 62113 outburst working face of Xin Zhuangzi coalmine in Huainan mining area. The whole process of microfractures initiation,extension, interaction and coalescence mechanisms during the progressive failure processes of the coal rock within the delineated and typical event clusters were investigated by means of a two dimensional realistic failure process analysis code(RFPA2D-Flow). The results show that the microseismic events gradually create different-sized event clusters. The microseismicity of the tailgate is significantly higher than that of the headgate. The study indicates that the greater anomalous stress region matches the area where microfractures continuously develop and finally connect to each other and form a fissure zone.Due to the mine layout and stress concentration, the ruptured area is mainly located on the left shoulder of the tailgate roof. The potential anomalous stress region of the coal roadway obtained by numerical simulation is relatively in good agreement with the trend of spatial macro evolution of coal rock microfractures captured by the microseismic monitoring system. The research results can provide important basis for understanding instability failure mechanism of deep roadway and microseismic activity law in complex geologic conditions, and it ultimately can be used to guide the selection and optimization of reinforcement and protection scheme.  相似文献

Based upon characteristic movement features of the overlying strata in solid backfill mining and in-situ observations,an associated model representing a roadway support system has been developed.Based on the Winkler foundation and beam model,the current study presents a static analysis of the model,thus permitting acquisition of a theoretical formula pertaining to roof convergence.Through use of working face 6304-1(Jisan Colliery) as the research setting,the association between roof convergence magnitude and both packwall strength and width have been elucidated.Based upon observed conditions at the working face,realistic packwall parameters have been formulated,with numerical simulation results and field application results indicating that design parameters garnered from the developed formula successfully adapted to local geological movement and deformation.Accordingly,roadway deformation was shown to be within the permissible range,thus satisfying mine production requirements.The proposed method in the current study may give a design basis for pack design in the context of SBM under similar conditions.  相似文献

The water abundance of mine floor limestone needs to be solved urgently as the average depth of coal mining in China has increased gradually. A method is presented to discuss water abundance with the numerical and physical layered geoelectrical model being established in the half-space, full-space and full-space with tunnel, respectively. The parameters of water abundance are changed in this study, which includes water quantity, water content and volume of abnormity of water-containing abnormity. Results indicate that the different work fields have different macroscopic influences on the apparent resistivity,and the water abundance parameters of water-containing abnormity have quantitative relationship with the apparent resistivity mean in abnormal regions(three-dimensional space region). The quantitative relationships are shown as following: firstly, the amount of water injection has negative linear correlation with the apparent resistivity mean; secondly, when abnormity is unsaturated, there is a negative power function relationship between water content and apparent resistivity mean; thirdly, the volume of abnormity and apparent resistivity mean behave as a decreasing power function law.  相似文献

根据计算流体力学建立海底海泥区域与海水区域的流固耦合传热多相流模型,海泥区域视为饱和含水多孔介质。运用软件模拟了裸置在海底的热油管道在输送过程中泄漏后原油在海泥和海水中的分布情况和温度场的变化情况,并对不同的泄漏点进行了分析。模拟时考虑了裸置海底管道的自沉降和海水中压强的影响。模拟结果表明,泄漏点对泄漏原油的扩散分布有很大影响;当泄漏点在土壤区域开始泄漏时,原油在土壤中呈弧形分布,过一段时间后沿土壤与管道外保温层流入海水中,顶端呈现喷射形,两侧呈螺旋状,并逐渐向海面流动;当泄漏点在海水区域时,泄漏的原油呈现喷射形,在浮力的作用下逐渐向海面流动;泄漏位置不同,海水和海泥温度场的分布有很大差异。海水区域和海泥区域的交界面对原油分布和温度场分布有很大影响。  相似文献

为了对比纳米流体在内置扭带管中的强化传热效果,建立了以Cu-水纳米流体和水为传热介质的内置扭带强化换热管的管式换热器物理模型,采用RNG k-ε进行数值模拟研究,并与实验结果对比,得到了内置扭带换热管流体流动的速度、温度、湍流强度场的分布规律及特性。比较了两种质量分数的纳米流体与水在六种不同扭转比的扭带换热管中和两种不同材质的内置扭带分别对强化传热的影响。结果表明,以Cu-水纳米流体为工质的内置扭带管的换热效果明显优于纯水;质量分数为0.8%的Cu-水纳米流体换热效果优于0.5%的Cu-水纳米流体,扭转比越小,则换热效果越好,质量分数为0.5%的Cu-水纳米流体在扭转比为2.5的内置扭带管中相对于水在光管的强化幅度为0.51;铜制扭带的换热效果优于铝制扭带。  相似文献
