四川省汶川地震灾区干线公路典型震害特征分析   总被引:9,自引:5,他引:9  
 基于地震灾区的大量调查、检测、评估与抢通保通的成果,概括介绍了汶川大地震后四川省公路总体损毁情况;归纳总结了四川省国省干线公路工程路基、路面、桥梁、隧道等结构物典型震害特征,并从地质和工程角度简要的分析了震害产生原因。桥梁毁坏程度与发震断裂的距离有很大的关系,隧道破坏程度不仅与发震断裂距离有关,而且与组成围岩的岩性有关,断裂带附近软硬相间的沉积岩隧道震害较为严重,花岗岩隧道震害轻微。边坡震害与断层带距离和组成边坡的岩性、坡度等有关,断裂带附近花岗岩、石灰岩及砂岩等组成的高陡边坡崩塌、滑坡等次生地质灾害非常严重。  相似文献

In conventional ionic salt photosensitive polyimides, large volume shrinkage during imidization would be occurred due to eliminating pendant photosensitive moieties, such as 2-methyl acrylic acid 2-dimethylamino-ethyl ester (MDAE). In this study, the volume shrinkage of photosensitive poly(4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidenediphthalic anhydride)-co-oxydianiline) (6FDA-ODA)/MDAE was largely reduced by photocrosslinking MDAE with a coupling agent and the silica domain in the hybrid materials. The used coupling agents were 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (MPTMS) or (4-vinylphenethyl)trimethoxysilane (VPTMS). The coupling agent and the silica domain are designed primarily for reducing the volume shrinkage and enhancing the thermal properties, respectively. The retention of MDAE in the prepared hybrid films is supported by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and thickness variation during curing process. The silica domain in the hybrid materials from TEM analysis was in the range of 10-50 nm, which was formed by the coupling agent and tetramethoxysilane. The silica domain significantly enhanced the thermal properties of the prepared hybrid films in comparison with parent fluorinated polyimide, including the glass transition temperature and coefficient of thermal expansion. The prepared hybrid materials also exhibited reduced refractive index and optical loss by increasing the silica. The SEM diagram suggested the prepared photosensitive hybrid materials could obtain lithographical patterns with a good resolution. These results indicate that the newly prepared photosensitive polyimide/silica hybrid materials may have potential applications for optical devices.  相似文献

A project was carried out aimed at reducing the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of photosensitive polyimide formulations (photoresists) through the incorporation of small amounts of an organoclay. The organoclay was formed by a cation exchange reaction between a NA+-montmorillonite clay and an ammonium salt of dodecylamine. Two polyimide precursors, a poly(amic ester) (PAE) and a poly(amic acid) (PAA), were used in this study. The PAE was prepared by direct polymerization of 2,2′-bis-(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane and bis(n-butyl)ester of pyromellitic acid in the presence of phenylphosphonic dichloride as an activator. The polymer had an inherent viscosity of 0.23 dL/g. The PAA copolymer was prepared by polymerization of pyromellitic dianhydride, oxydiphthalic anhydride and oxydianiline. The polymer had an inherent viscosity of 1.00 dL/g. Two photosensitive resin/clay formulations were prepared from these two PI precursors using 2,3,4-tris(1-oxo-2-diazonaphthoquinone-5-sulfonyloxy)-benzophenone as the photosensitizer and 3 wt% organoclay. The films obtained from the PAA formulation were transparent and tough, while the films prepared from the PAE formulation were opaque and brittle. Both X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope analyses showed that, although the organoclay was not dispersed well in the PAE matrix, it was dispersed in the PAA matrix on a nanometer scale. The clay particles remained well dispersed after the PAA film was thermally imidized. The CTE of the polyimide film obtained was 23% lower than that of a similar film that did not contain the organoclay. The temperature at which the polyimide underwent a 5% weight loss when subjected to TGA in nitrogen was also increased by 13%. The photosensitive PAA/clay nanocomposite showed a sensitivity of 301 mJ/cm2 and a contrast of 1.66 when a 0.2 wt% tetramethylammonium hydroxide developer was used. A line/space pattern with a resolution of 10 μm was obtained from this formulation.  相似文献

目的 研究钻削制孔表面分层损伤与拉伸载荷下开孔碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)复合材料表面应变分布的相关性。方法 通过对CF/PEEK复合材料层合板进行钻削制孔实验,分析不同进给速度对钻削温度、钻削轴向力、制孔出口表面分层和孔壁表面损伤的影响。采用数字图像相关技术(DIC)和力学实验相结合的方法,研究分层损伤程度对开孔CF/PEEK复合材料层合板拉伸性能和表面应变分布的影响。使用扫描电镜观测开孔试件的断裂形貌,分析开孔试件受拉伸载荷时的破坏模式。结果 随着进给速度的增加,钻削温度降低,钻削轴向力提高,出口表面分层和孔壁损伤程度加剧。随着分层损伤程度的增加,层合板的拉伸强度呈现出降低的趋势,试件的拉伸强度从558.4 MPa降低到525.63 MPa,降低了5.87%。在中应力和高应力状态下,试件x方向的最大负应变随着分层损伤程度的增加而增加。在高应力状态下,试件y方向的最大正应变随着分层损伤程度的增加而增加。试件的断裂方式主要是基体开裂、分层和纤维撕裂,断口有纤维脱落和纤维拔出,垂直于载荷方向的纤维破坏模式为剥离破坏,与载荷方向一致的纤维破坏模式为拉伸破坏。结论 钻削制孔表面分层损...  相似文献

针对1580 PC热板带连轧机油膜轴承在装拆与使用过程中的锥套损伤问题,建立锥套装配的边界元力学模型及边界条件。利用三维弹塑性接触问题边界元法定量分析轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈过盈装配过程中的变形和载荷特性,通过设定不同加载模型的参数,对锥套装拆过程进行数值模拟。讨论油膜轴承偏载时锥套接触应力和变形对锥套与辊颈损伤的影响,得出装拆过程中不同胀型压力和轴向推力条件下的应力和应变变化规律,找出导致锥套损伤的根本原因,给出防止锥套与辊颈装配过程损伤的具体改进措施。利用制造出的两台轧机油膜轴承样机试验验证理论分析结果的正确性,并且找到油膜轴承损伤的根本原因。  相似文献

同时采用真实主余震序列和人工构造主余震序列作为输入,开展了非线性单自由度体系在主余震序列作用下的增量损伤分析。挑选75组真实主余震序列,并基于相同的主震记录,分别采用重复法、随机法和衰减法构造不同的人工主余震序列作为输入。分别采用理想弹塑性模型、考虑屈服后刚度的双线型模型和三线型模型,开展主余震序列作用下非线性单自由度体系的反应分析。以修正的Park-Ang损伤指数作为结构损伤指标,对主余震序列作用下的结构增量损伤进行研究,并对强度折减系数、恢复力模型及主余震序列人工构造方法对增量损伤的影响进行研究。结果表明:余震造成的结构增量损伤不可忽视。基于重复法和随机法合成的人工主余震序列相比真实主余震序列的余震强度偏大,因此会高估余震对结构造成的增量损伤。基于衰减法合成的人工主余震序列的余震强度偏小,会低估余震对结构造成的增量损伤。结构特性对增量损伤的影响很小,体现为不同强度折减系数及不同恢复力模型对结构增量损伤的影响均不明显。  相似文献

Patent litigations are essential measures to maximize returns from research and development. Although major countries have promoted pro-patent policies, there are significant differences in patent infringement awards among jurisdictions. This article comparatively analyzes determinants of patent infringement awards in the US, Japan, and China using 880 court decisions between 2000 and 2014. We find that Japan's judges attach more weight to a litigated patent's technological importance, whereas judges in the US and China prioritize its private economic value. Besides, damages ruled by US juries are almost unpredictable, while judges provide the most predictable decisions. We also find that the jury system can explain both the variation in the US patent infringement awards and the difference with awards in Japan, but the treble damage system can only explain the former. These results provide novel empirical evidence for public policy debates on patent protection and practical insights for intellectual property professionals.  相似文献

Dichromated poly (vinyl alcohol) (DCPVA) has been proposed for protecting the pentacene active layer from organic solvents such as PGMEA. DCPVA is water-soluble, and the damage to the pentacene active layer can be minimized compared to other materials dissolved in organic solvents. In this study, the dielectric properties and leakage current density of DCPVA gate dielectric samples with different ammonium dichromate (ADC) concentrations and exposure times were obtained from 6.73 to 10.5 and 6.37 × 10− 5 to 4.87 × 10− 8 (A/cm2) respectively. Also the FTIR spectroscopy was used to determine the cross-linked DCPVA films based on the relative intensity of the vibration bands of chromium(VI) and the OH group. According to FTIR, the performance of double-gate OTFTs based on blending ADC:PVA ratio of 0.25:1 film as dielectric layers of double-gate OTFT devices to exclude the acute influence of large gate leakage current caused by excess hydroxyl groups and residual Cr6+ in dielectric layer on device performance.By analyzing the electrical performance, it was found that the fabricating method of the top-dielectric layer has a great effect on the performance of double-gate OTFTs. SEM images of pentacene microstructure show significant cracks on the top of the pentacene layer due to the swelling effect of the DCPVA polymer after post-baking. Therefore, we used vacuum drying to form photosensitive DCPVA as the top-dielectric layer of a double-gate OTFT circuit array. The use of top-dielectric and electrode layers on the top of pentacene significantly increased the performance of double-gate OTFTs. In summary, we eventually demonstrate that double-gate OTFTs using a low-temperature solution process exhibited an equivalent mobility of 0.53 cm2/Vs and on-off ratio of 8 × 103.  相似文献

CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics) composite materials have wide applicability because of their inherent design flexibility and improved material properties. However, impacted composite structures have 50%-75% less strength than undamaged structures. In this work, a CFRP composite material was nondestructively characterized in order to ensure product quality and structural integrity of CFRP and one-sided pitch-catch technique was developed to measure impacted-damaged area by using an automated-data acquisition system in an immersion tank. A pitch-catch signal was found to be more sensitive than normal incidence backwall echo of longitudinal wave under defect conditions in the composite.  相似文献
