用于放射性核素测量的固相萃取片技术

用于放射性核素测量的固相萃取片技术是最近几年开发的新技术,它的原理是在聚四氟乙烯纤维制成的薄片中嵌入特效的萃取剂,在片上完成对核素的浓集、纯化及测量源的制备。它比传统的放射化学分析法更简便快速。片子有良好的动力学特性,溶液能够在较高流速(50 ml/min)下通过片子,这使得此技术更适用于大体积水样品的分析。介绍了用一个1 L水样,应用固相萃取片可以在0 5 h内完成活度测量源的制备过程。经过仔细地检验,表明这个技术可以取代传统的放化分析方法,应用于环境监测之中。这个技术的普遍应用会节省大量的分析样品费用。     

Investigation of the interaction between Tc85-11 protein and antibody anti-T. cruzi by AFM and amperometric measurements

This present work reports on development of an amperometric immunosensor for the diagnosis of Chagas’ disease using a specific glycoprotein of the trypomastigote surface, which belongs to the Tc85-11 protein family of Trypanosoma cruzi (T. cruzi). An atomically flat gold surface on a silicon substrate and gold screen-printed electrodes were functionalized with cystamine and later activated with glutaraldehyde (GA), which was used to form covalent bonds with the purified recombinant antigen (Tc85-11). The antigen reacts with the antibody from the serum, and the affinity reaction was monitored directly using atomic force microscopy or amperometry through a secondary antibody tagged to peroxidase (HRP). Surface imaging allowed to us to differentiate the modification steps and antigen-antibody interaction allowed to distinguish the affinity reactions. In the amperometric immunosensor, peroxidase catalyses the L₂ formation in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide, and the reduction current intensity was measured at a given potential with screen-printed electrodes. The immunosensor was applied to sera of chagasic patients and patients having different systemic diseases.     

压水堆中嬗变99Tc和129I的计算研究

选取大亚湾压水堆作为嬗变参考堆,研究在压水堆中嬗变长寿命裂变产物⁹⁹Tc和¹²⁹I的可行性。计算结果表明：在1个换料周期（18个月）内,⁹⁹Tc的最大嬗变率为15.69%,¹²⁹I的最大嬗变率为9.18%。通过对不同堆芯方案进行安全性分析发现：添加⁹⁹Tc和¹²⁹I后,堆芯有效增殖因数k_eff降低且随燃耗变化的幅度变小;堆芯径向中子通量密度分布无明显变化但径向功率峰因子降低;考虑燃料温度系数、慢化剂温度系数、硼微分价值以及控制棒价值等,得出在反应性温度系数及反应性控制方面不会导致安全问题,相反有优化作用。因此,从安全角度分析,在压水堆中嬗变⁹⁹Tc和¹²⁹I是可行的。     

高温无铅PTC的研制

利用NBT作为居里温度移动剂制备了高温无铅PTC。研究了NBT掺杂比例对无铅高温PTC阻温性质的影响。结果表明NBT有效提高了PTC的居里温度,NBT比铅的移动效果大大提高,样品性能较好,但是掺杂比例超过0.5%后,PTC半导化困难。无氧环境以及较低的烧成温度有助于改善其半导化程度。     

二膦酸类骨显像剂的研究

研究了１，２－二羟基－１，２－二膦酸乙烷（ＤＨＰＥ）、２，３－二羟基－２，３－二膦酸丁烷（ＤＨＰＢ）及２，４－二羟基－２，４－二膦酸戊烷（ＤＨＰＰ）三种络合物的合成并用＾９９ｍＴｃ标记，研究了影响记率的因素和标记的电佳方法。对这三种络合物进行了小鼠体内生物分布的对比研究，结果表明３种化合物与＾９９ｍＴｃ均能很好地络合，并具有亲骨性。     

ICP-MS测定低放废水中的~(99)Tc

针对中国原子能科学研究院的低放废水处理过程中99Tc的分析 ,研究建立了甲乙酮萃取 /ICP MS测量99Tc的方法。应用建立的方法首次测量了低放废水处理过程中原水、絮凝水、排放水中99Tc的含量 ,并计算出絮凝工段、蒸发工段对99Tc的净化系数。作为比较 ,还用反康普顿Ge(Li)γ谱仪测量了其它放射性核素和用切连科夫液闪直接计数法测量了90 Sr 90 Y的含量     

双坩埚法生长YBCO（123相）超导单晶

本文采用自助熔剂法和对扣双坩埚、高温翻转工艺获得了供超导基础研究用的３×５×８（ｍｍ）３高质量ＹＢＣＯ（１２３相）单晶样品，测得其超导转变温度Ｔｃ在退火前为８４Ｋ，在５００℃氧气氛中退火后达到９１Ｋ．     

The Nature of the Cooper Pair Electrons on High Tc Copper Oxides

Sanderson electronegativity equalization principle is used to research into the effect of chemical bonding on the feature ot elements properties change and its results change on copper oxide superconductivity. The origin of Cooper pair electrons in copper oxides is studied with the superconducting properties. The conclusion is that the Cooper pair electrons of high Tc. copper oxides originate the non-bonded electrons of the bearing superconducting elements.     

基于SMS短信报警的化工厂三废排放监控系统研制

针对现有的对环保局对各单位三废排放量采用抽检不便于管理的现状，提出了利用传感器实时采样三废排放数据并判定是否超标，如果超标则通过数据采集系统上的TC35MODEM以手机短信的方式通过无线通讯网将超标数据发送到环境监测部门以及单位相关管理人员以便处理的系统。该系统具有报警和查询功能。
