大幅面超精密图形发生器X－Y工作台位置补偿校正

在超精密控制中，一般采用双频激光多卜勒测量系统作为位置测量元件．因存在机架、材料膨胀及材料、激光死区和环境空气变化，控制软件必须对此进行补偿校正．文中分析并推导出了有关的Ｘ－Ｙ工作台位置补偿校正公式，并给出了进行实际应用的例子．     

Effect of deteriorated microstructures on stress corrosion cracking of X70 pipeline steel in acidic soil environment

In order to investigate stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of X70 pipeline steel and its weld joint area in acidic soil environ-ment in China, two simulating methods were used: one was to obtain bad microstructures in heat affected zone by annealing at 1300°C for 10 min and then, quenching in water; the other was to get different simulating solutions of acidic soil in Yingtan in south-east China. The SCC susceptibilities of X70 pipeline steel before and after quenching in the simulating solutions were analyzed...     

采用OHTP工艺生产西气东输二线用22mm厚X80钢板

针对西气东输二线项目用厚规格X80钢板技术要求和沙钢炼钢、轧钢技术装备条件,采用低碳、高铌的HTP成分和OHTP(Optimized High Temperature Processing)控轧控冷工艺,进行了22 mm厚X80钢板批量生产和JCOE直缝焊管制管试验。结果表明,OHTP X80钢板无论力学性能、-15℃落锤性能,还是JCOE制管后管体屈强比均比HTP钢有明显改善。OHTP X80钢板-80℃下夏比冲击吸收能仍处于上平台,CVN值大于270 J,50%FATT低于-100℃,-30℃下DWTT落锤试验断口剪切面积的比例大于90%,85%DWTT为-34℃。     

高级别管线钢X80～X120的研发与应用

通过管线长距离运输天然气、石油是能源运输的主要方式之一。出于降低成本的需要，天然气输送管线的工作压力不断提高，这就要求应用X80-X120更高级别管线钢。根据有关的文献资料，系统整理并介绍了高级别管线钢的性能指标、成分设计以及生产应用中的热点问题，并讨论了未来中国天然气管线所采用高级别钢的可能选择。     

多种金属氧化物混合物的固溶体的穆斯堡尔效应及XRD分析研究

在αFe_2O_3中依次累积加入K_2O、Cr_2O_3、CuO、MGO和SiO_2形成不同混合物,在空气中800℃活化焙烧5h后,发现αFe_2O_3和所加氧化物之间发生了不同的反应,生成不同的化合物。该结果有助于进一步理解这些氧化物作为助剂和载体的作用。     

双能X线吸收法与近红外法测定脂肪含量的评价

用美国Ｌｕｎａｒ ＤＰＸ－Ｌ骨密度仪和日本ＦＶＴＲＥＸ－１０００型近红外仪对９２例人群进行脂肪含量评价。其中７８例为健康人，男性４３例，女性３５例。测定结果女性平均脂肪含量高于男性，两种方法对全部人群的体脂肪测定结果相关系数ｒ＝０．９２１，本文介绍测定原理并对两种方法的优缺点作了评价。     

Design and experimental results of feedback control of Ohmic-heating transformer magnetic flux by LHCD power in HT-7 Tokamak

In order to make a research on long pulse or even steady state operation with non-inductive drive in plasma discharge, a new feedback control scheme instead of the previous one has been designed and operated in HT-7 [HT-7 team presented by J. Li, et al., Plasma Phys. Control. Fusion 42 (2) (2000) 135-146] Tokamak experiment, 2004. Consumption of iron-core transformer magnetic flux (MFT) is feedback controlled for the first time by power of lower hybrid current drive (LHCD) P_LH, when the Ohmic-heating circuit current can maintain the plasma current I_P constant with another feedback control loop, which make MFT evolve at alternating-change state to avoid flux saturation. Plasma current I_P can be maintained steadily up to 120 s in this operation mode at reduced plasma parameters (I_P ≈ 50-100 KA, average density , P_LH = 100-200 KW). Design and experimental results are presented in the paper, which including control model analysis, configurations of control system and MFT feedback control experiments in HT-7. The high voltage power supply (HVPS) of LHCD is the main controller that regulates the LHCD power into the plasma to control the MFT.     

X射线成像光斑检测装置研制

设计了一种低成本,快速响应的X射线光斑检测装置,可用于解决系统结构偏差所引起的透视探测器接收位置处的光斑偏离。该装置通过检测关键点处的X光斑强度及分布情况以判断实际X光斑位置与理论设计的偏差,以此为依据进行多次调整可使系统光斑调节到一合理位置。     

一种新的应用于DDC控制器软件的测试模型
