A novel target configuration for equation of state measurements using intense ion beams is proposed. It is based on a stack consisting of several thin foils which expand quasi-statically when heated with the ion beam. The merging of the single foils causes a sharp increase of the expansion velocity. Together with the known energy deposition of the ion beam this allows direct determination of equation of state data. The parameters of the stack target were optimized with hydrodynamic calculations. Finally, a simple analytical model to predict the expansion velocity was developed. 相似文献

Peanut allergy is a major cause of food‐induced severe anaphylactic reactions. To date, no medical care is available to prevent and treat peanut allergy and therefore hypoallergenic peanut varieties are of considerable health political and economic interest. Major allergens that induce IgE‐responses in peanut‐sensitive patients are Ara h 1, Ara h 2 and Ara h 3/4. In order to identify hypoallergenic peanuts, commercially locally available peanut varieties were screened for their allergen content. Ara h 1‐deficient peanuts from Southeast Asia were identified by SDS‐PAGE, immunoblotting, inhibition assays and ELISA. 2‐D PAGE analyses demonstrated the different compositions of the tested extracts and revealed a number of variations of the allergen patterns of peanuts from different varieties. Mediator release experiments of these peanut extracts demonstrated similar allergenicities as compared with standard peanut extract. These results indicate that the allergenicity of peanuts with reduced Ara h 1 content might be compensated by the other allergens, and thus do not necessarily cause a reduction of allergenicity. 相似文献

针对克拉玛依油田五区八道湾组J1b5储层油水分布复杂、测井资料解释难度较大、测井解释符合率偏低等问题.研究了该区储层的岩性、物性、电性及舍油性两两之间的关系;采用岩心刻度测井的方法,建立了该区泥质质量分数计算模型、孔隙度和渗透率解释模型,根据储层特点建立了含水饱和度计算模型,模型经验证均具有较高精度;结合试油层段孔隙度-电阻率交会关系,建立了五区八道湾组储层的解释标准。该方法能有效提高储层测井精细解释的准确度。对储层综合解释及剩余油挖潜研究具有指导意义。 相似文献

通过对传统缝隙微带天线的分析,提出了一种h形缝隙微带天线.该天线具有多频带、小型化等特点,通过加载短路探针和在接地板挖槽的方法降低了天线的谐振频率,提高了带宽.利用基于有限元法的电磁仿真软件HFSS11.0对天线的特性进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,该天线在回波损耗S11<-10 dB时,其工作频段为2.38~2.79 GHz,4.59~4.75 GHz和5.12~5.90 GHz,尺寸比普通微带天线降低了62.43%,从而验证了这种设计方案的有效性.该天线结构简单易于实现,能够满足无线局域网802.11a/b/g/n移动终端内置天线的多频带和小型化的要求. 相似文献

In this paper, we address the problem of comparing and classifying protein surfaces with graph-based methods. Comparison relies on matching surface graphs, extracted from the surfaces by considering concave and convex patches, through a kernelized version of the Softassign graph-matching algorithm. On the other hand, classification is performed by clustering the surface graphs with an EM-like algorithm, also relying on kernelized Softassign, and then calculating the distance of an input surface graph to the closest prototype. Symbolic model checking, which enables the automatic verification of large systems, proceeds by calculating expressions that represent state sets. Traditionally, symbolic model-checking tools are based on backward state traversal; their basic operation is the function pre, which, given a set of states, returns the set of all predecessor states. This is because specifiers usually employ formalisms with future-time modalities, which are naturally evaluated by iterating applications of pre. It has been shown experimentally that symbolic model checking can perform significantly better if it is based, instead, on forward state traversal; in this case, the basic operation is the function post, which, given a set of states, returns the set of all successor states. This is because forward state traversal can ensure that only parts of the state space that are reachable from an initial state and relevant for the satisfaction or violation of the specification are explored; that is, errors can be detected as soon as possible.In this paper, we investigate which specifications can be checked by symbolic forward state traversal. We formulate the problems of symbolic backward and forward model checking by means of two h2856/xxlarge956.gif" alt="mgr" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-calculi. The pre-h2856/xxlarge956.gif" alt="mgr" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0"> calculus is based on the pre operation, and the post-h2856/xxlarge956.gif" alt="mgr" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0"> calculus is based on the post operation. These two h2856/xxlarge956.gif" alt="mgr" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-calculi induce query logics, which augment fixpoint expressions with a boolean emptiness query. Using query logics, we are able to relate and compare the symbolic backward and forward approaches. In particular, we prove that all h2856/xxlarge969.gif" alt="ohgr" align="BASELINE" BORDER="0">-regular (linear-time) specifications can be expressed as post-h2856/xxlarge956.gif" alt="mgr" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0"> queries, and therefore checked using symbolic forward state traversal.
