高铬锰白口铸铁的软化处理

研究了 4种退火工艺对高铬锰白口铸铁组织和硬度的影响规律。结果表明 ,采用 85 0℃保温 4h ,随后于 72 0℃保温 6h退火工艺 ,硬度最低为 36～ 38HRC ,机加工性能最好。     

Poly(butylene terephthalate)–clay nanocomposites prepared by melt intercalation: morphology and thermomechanical properties

Nanocomposites based on poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) and an organoclay (Cloisite 30B) were prepared by melt blending using a twin‐screw extruder. Two kinds of PBTs, ie PBT‐A and PBT‐B, with different inherent viscosities (η_inh), were used for this study (η_inh of PBT‐A and PBT‐B were 0.74 and 1.48, respectively). Dispersion of the clay layers in the PBT nanocomposites was characterized by using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Tensile and dynamic mechanical properties and non‐isothermal crystallization temperatures of the nanocomposites were also examined. Nanocomposites based on the higher‐viscosity PBT (PBT‐B) showed a higher degree of exfoliation of the clay and a higher reinforcing effect when compared to the composites based on the lower‐viscosity PBT (PBT‐A). The clay nanolayers dispersed in PBT matrices lead to increases in the non‐isothermal crystallization temperatures of the PBTs, with such increases being more significant for the PBT‐B nanocomposites than for the PBT‐A nanoocomposites. Structural and electronic properties of CuInSe2

Structural investigation on monocrystalline CuInSe₂ samples has been made. From the single crystal results, the space group of CuInSe₂ was confirmed to be Iˉ42d and the crystal solidification direction was investigated. Compositional uniformity of the ingots was established by EPMA and it was found that the indium concentration was greater than that for copper. Systematic annealing experiments were carried out in vacuum at different temperatures (as low as 160° C) and for different times. Large variation in resistivity was observed after the annealing treatment. P-type samples were found to convert to n-type after the heat-treatments.     

一种抗NLOS的TDOA定位算法

本文提出了一种抗非视线传播(Non-Line-of-Sight)干扰的TDOA定位算法。该算法采用退火与遗传算法相结合的方式，在满足给定条件的空间内搜索源点坐标值。数值仿真表明，该算法具备抗NLOS干扰的能力，与传统TDOA算法相比，该算法无需知道各基站的非视线传播干扰分布，是一种实用有效的定位算法。     

退火对GaAs窗口晶体断裂模数的影响

LEC GaAs晶片经高温退火后，残余应力得以部分释放；从而减小残余应力诱生断裂的可能性，提高了GaAs晶体的断裂模数。原生GaAs晶片加工的样品的断裂模数平均值约为135MPa，经退火的GaAs晶片加工样品的断裂模数平均值更高，约为150MPa，断裂模数最高值达163MPa。     

肝癌碘油栓塞后肝区平片所见碘油沉积量与疗效关系

本文分析了90例肝癌肝动脉灌注化疗碘油栓塞后,肝区平片所见碘油沉积量和疗效的关系。碘油沉积分为多,中,少三组,从ATP下降,肿瘤缩小率及一年生存率三方面比较。结果沉积多的与中等组三项都有显著差别;沉积中等的与少的组差别不明显。说明碘油沉积要达到一定的量后,疗效才会显著提高。同时分析了影响碘油沉积的几个因素。     

一类Boltzmann & Darwin混合寻优策略的收敛特性研究

基于文［１］提出的求解组合最优化问题的Ｂｏｌｔｚｍａｎｎ＆Ｄａｒｗｉｎ混合寻优策略，本文进一步分析研究了Ｂｏｌｔｚｍａｎｎ＆Ｄａｒｗｉｎ混合寻优策略非时齐情形下的收敛特性，包括全局收敛性和收敛速度。结果表明，Ｂｏｌｔｚｍａｎｎ＆Ｄａｒｗｉｎ混合寻优策略的收敛特性优于模拟退火（ｓｉｍ－ｕｌａｔｅｄ ａｎｎｅａｌｉｎｇ）方法的收敛特性。     

聚醚酰亚胺热焓松弛的分子量依赖关系

采用ＤＳＣ对不同分子量的聚醚酰亚胺的等温及动态热焓松弛行为进行了研究，并以ＫＷＷ方程对实验数据进行了非线性拟合。结果表明，分子量对热焓松弛的影响是由高分子端基引起自由体积的差异所致。不同分子量的聚醚酰亚胺分子具有不同数量的端基，淬冷时端基数目的差异将产生不同数量的过剩自由体积，从而影响松弛热焓及松弛速率、低分子量的聚醚酰亚胺松弛相对较快，且起始热焓高，松弛的表观活化能亦较小。     

Effect of Bi and Sr concentrations on the formation of the 2223 phase in Bi-Pb-Sb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O materials, obtained under different conditions of thermal treatment

The superconducting properties and the phase and chemical composition of Bi _x Pb_0.3Sb_0.1Sr _y Ca₂Cu₃O_z (x=1.5, 1.6, and 1.7;y=1.9, 2.0, and 2.1) materials synthesized by one-step and multistep thermal treatments have been investigated. The multistep annealing between 825–875°C promotes the 2223 phase. The change of Bi concentration has little effect on the 2223 phase formation, regardless of the kind of thermal treatment used, but increasing the Sr concentration (y> 2) strongly inhibits this phase. It has also been established that the loss of Pb after synthesis depends on the initial Bi concentration. The loss of Pb decreases when the initial Bi content is lower.     

热处理WO3电变色膜稳定性研究

采用电子束蒸发淀积ＷＯ３薄膜。根据已有的ＷＯ３薄膜脱水过程结论而选择适当温度对薄膜进行退火处理。在大量含水的和不含水的两类Ｌｉ＾＋电解质中进行比较性着色和消色循环实验，表明在２９０℃以下热退火处理能明显增加ＷＯ３薄膜在含水 电解质中的循环寿命。
