Size- and shape-dependent property modifications of semiconductor nanocrystals have been a subject of intense interest because of their potential for future engineering devices. The bandgap and related optical-property tuning of these materials are mainly governed by the nature of their band edges. In addition, fusing one type of nanocrystal over another enables further control of material properties that are dependent on the relative alignments of their energy levels. On a molecular scale, the synthesis of supramolecular compounds has inspired advances in theories for photoinduced charge transfer. Heterostructured nanocrystals potentially provide a nanoscale analog of such systems. A method for preparing heterostructured nanocrystals of complex morphologies showing photoinduced charge separation is presented. It is shown that the energy and lifetime of the charge-transfer photoluminescence band can be tuned by changing the relative alignment of band edges in CdSe/CdTe heterostructure nanorods. The long-lived charge transfer states in these type II semiconductors may make them attractive for photovoltaic applications.  相似文献

An approach to deposit polycrystalline silicon layers on amorphous substrates is presented. It is shown that metastable amorphous silicon can be transformed into its more stable microcrystalline structure at a temperature below 330 °C via an intermediate liquid solution stage. In particular, the interaction of liquid indium nanodroplets in contact with amorphous silicon is shown to lead to the formation of circular polycrystalline domains. Crystallinity of these domains is analyzed by micro-Raman spectroscopy. The droplet size necessary for the onset of crystallization is related to the temperature of the film. Full coverage of the substrate with microcrystalline silicon has been obtained at 320 °C within less than one hour. These films might act as seeding layers for further enlargement by steady-state liquid phase epitaxy.  相似文献

紫外吸收光谱分析氨水沉淀法制备的粒度在10nm的纳米二氧化铈表明在200~480nm的范围具有较好的紫外吸收能力。用无水乙醇为溶剂,硬脂酸为改性剂,初步探讨了纳米CeO2进行表面改性机理。活化度和吸油值分析表明,当硬脂酸用量在2.5%时,已经有较好改性效果,为纳米CeO2在聚合物中的应用提供一定的参考价值。  相似文献

We report extended ethanol-induced gelation procedures of bovine serum albumin (BSA) at 37 °C and investigate the release behavior of a spin-labeled naproxen derivative (SL-NPX) from these hydrogels. The macroscopic mechanical properties of these gels during formation were studied using rheology, while a nanoscopic, more molecular view was obtained by analyzing the secondary structure of the protein during gelation via infrared (ATR-IR) spectroscopy. To evaluate the potential use of BSA hydrogels in controlled drug delivery, SL-NPX-BSA interaction was investigated in detail by continuous-wave electron paramagnetic resonance (CW EPR) spectroscopy, which provides information on the interaction of the small drug molecules and the hydrogel. In addition to CW EPR spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), which provides insight into the size and nature of released components, was applied to characterize the combined influence of incubation time, ethanol, SL-drug, and BSA concentration on release behavior. It was found that the alteration of initial drug loading percentage, hydrogel incubation time as well as BSA and alcohol concentrations affect and thus tune the release rate of SL-NPX from BSA hydrogels. These results lead to the conclusion that BSA hydrogels as controlled release systems offer a remarkable fine-tuning capability for pharmaceutical applications due to the variety of gelation parameters.  相似文献

A closed form expression for the bit error rate (BER) performance of frequency domaindifferential demodulation(FDDD) for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system in flat fadingchannel is derived.The performance is evaluated by computer simulation and compared with the timedomain differential demodulation(TDDD).The results indicate that the performance of FDDD is betterthan that of TDDD,and the lower band of BER in the former is lower than that of the latter.  相似文献

利用X—RAY光电子能谱仪对125°下,通电15kV,96h后负极一端出现白色物质的塑封电容器进行分析。对比分析性氧化铝结发现,负极一端白色物质为氧化铝富集所致。造成该现象的原因是,环氧塑封料中含有活性氧化铝,由于固化不完全或吸潮导致环氧塑封料中残留水分,残留的水分与活合,在电应力的作用下,有向电源负极迁移的趋势;同时,由于温度效应的存在,塑封树脂软化,加速了水分与活性氧化铝向电源负极迁移的速度,形成了氧化铝在负极端富聚现象,使电容器负极端呈现白色。  相似文献

Reactive ion etch processes for modern interlevel dielectrics become more and more complex, especially for further scaling of interconnect dimensions. The materials will be damaged within such processes with the result of an increase in their dielectric constants. The capability of selected additives to minimize the low-k sidewall damage during reactive ion etching (RIE) of SiCOH materials in fluorocarbon plasmas was shown in different works in the past. Most of the investigated additive gases alter the fluorine to carbon ratio as well as the dissociation of the parent gas inside the etch plasma. The result is a changed etch rate, a modified polymerization behavior and other characteristics of the process induced SiCOH damage. Heavy inert ions like argon will be accelerated to the sample surface in the cathode dark space and enhance therewith the sputter yield on the SiCOH network [1]. In this paper the additives Ar, O2, C4F8, H2, N2 and CO were added to a conventional CF4 etch plasma. We try to provoke different changes in the plasma conditions and therewith in the process results. Contact angle measurements, spectroscopic ellipsometry, Hg-probe analysis, FTIR measurements and SEM cross-sections were used to overview the additive induced modifications. To understand the influences of the additives gases more exactly, changes in the physical and chemical plasma behavior must be analyzed. Therefore quadrupole mass spectrometry (QMS) and quantum cascade laser absorption spectroscopy (QCLAS) were used.  相似文献

用红外衰减全反射技术(ATR)研究了各生长期和不同环境中冬青树叶表面的红外光谱特征.当用黑色塑料袋套在冬青枝条上48 h后,树叶表面的水分有所增加,其它成分变化甚微.当用透明塑料袋套在枝条上48 h后,树叶表面酯类物质的特征峰1 730、1 682 cm-1增加,且峰强度相当.当冬青叶片与甲苯气体接触48 h后,叶片反面酯类物质的特征峰(1 730、1 168、1 039 cm-1)有所减少.同样,叶片正面的酯类物质(1 730、1 168、1 039 cm-1)也有所减少.扫描电镜能谱也证实了叶片反面酯类物质确有减少.  相似文献
