In this paper is presented an algorithm for constructing natural deduction proofs in the propositional intuitionistic and classical logics according to the analogy relating intuitionistic propositional formulas and natural deduction proofs, respectively, to types and terms of simple type theory. 3D GIS最重要的特征之一就是虚拟现实表现,其本质是可视化技术与GIS数据库的整合,以满足各种应用如生态农业、灾害预测等方面的需求。以GIS数据库的环境数据和气象数据为基础,通过对雨雪的效果模拟,将GIS气象数据以实时的可视化形式逼真地表现出来。实验方法采用粒子系统,对单个点元赋予利用Photoshop制作的大面积纹理,这样采用的粒子数减少到普通粒子系统的十分之一,渲染速度为普通粒子系统的十倍以上,以较小的系统资源消耗达到了更加实时逼真的效果,对雪的动态堆积和雨水地面效果采用GPU加速3维渲染,原型系统同时能接受用户对实验环境如粒子纹理、雨雪量的设置。提出根据气象数据进行天气模拟的自适应策略,从而更加适应实际应用需要。 相似文献

Glycine N-methyltransferase (GNMT) regulates S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), a methyl donor in methylation. Over-expressed SAMe may cause neurogenic capacity reduction and memory impairment. GNMT knockout mice (GNMT-KO) was applied as an experimental model to evaluate its effect on neurons. In this study, proteins from brain tissues were studied using proteomic approaches, Haemotoxylin and Eosin staining, immunohistochemistry, Western blotting, and ingenuity pathway analysis. The expression of Receptor-interacting protein 1(RIPK1) and Caspase 3 were up-regulated and activity-dependent neuroprotective protein (ADNP) was down-regulated in GNMT-KO mice regardless of the age. Besides, proteins related to neuropathology, such as excitatory amino acid transporter 2, calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II subunit alpha, and Cu-Zn superoxide dismutase were found only in the group of aged wild-type mice; 4-aminobutyrate amino transferase, limbic system-associated membrane protein, sodium- and chloride-dependent GABA transporter 3 and ProSAAS were found only in the group of young GNMT-KO mice and are related to function of neurons; serum albumin and Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor 1 were found only in the group of aged GNMT-KO mice and are connected to neurodegenerative disorders. With proteomic analyses, a pathway involving Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) signal was found to be associated with aging. The GnRH pathway could provide additional information on the mechanism of aging and non-aging related neurodegeneration, and these protein markers may be served in developing future therapeutic treatments to ameliorate aging and prevent diseases. 相似文献

山区交通工程弃渣力学参数的准确测定,一直是弃渣场边坡稳定性评价面临的基础科学问题。在山区交通工程弃渣场运行特点和弃渣固体废弃物特征认知的基础上,探讨弃渣取样和试验代表性问题的物理根源,依托实际工程累计数据尝试提出简单实用的弃渣工程特性评价和分类方法。结果表明:①常规交通工程弃渣的密度、颗粒分析和强度试验,由于弃渣的粒径范围差异大、颗粒空间分布不均、弃渣来源复杂等固体废弃物特征造成取样和试验代表性难题; 用多阶段坡角测量和颗粒分析试验代替传统的弃渣边坡试验,解决了试验和取样代表性难题。②利用弃渣粗细比可将弃渣分为细粒弃渣、混合型弃渣和粗粒弃渣。③根据弃渣粗细比、天然休止角和整形坡率,将西南山区交通工程弃渣分为细粒弃渣、混合型弃渣和粗粒弃渣等3类。细粒弃渣,弃渣粗细比小于0.3,天然休止角小于31.5°,整形坡率为1.00:2.00; 混合型弃渣,弃渣粗细比为0.3~1.0,天然休止角为31.5°~39.5°,整形坡率为1.00:2.00~1.00:1.50; 粗粒弃渣,弃渣粗细比大于1.0,天然休止角大于39.5°,整形坡率为1.00:1.50。④用多阶段坡角测量、颗粒分析试验和无黏性土边坡稳定性系数计算公式代替传统的弃渣边坡试验和稳定性系数计算方法,方法简单,结果保守,可以作为弃渣边坡稳定性评价和安全控制技术的有益补充。 相似文献

本文参照德国一实例,即利用多种类型PE衬层,在一定温差及有气体扩散阻挡层和无气体扩散阻挡层的条件下,详细地叙述了高压酸性气体对其进行长期渗透作用的试验。结果显示:水蒸气和腐蚀性气体(如H2S)的渗透作用是不能忽视的,甚至当PE层为5mm时亦有一定渗透性;此外,在衬层底部尚产生了化学腐蚀作用,从而促使人们必须考虑须正确选择PE下边的防腐底层。 相似文献

Chronic inflammation represents a long-term reaction of the body's immune system to noxious stimuli. Such a sustained inflammatory response sometimes results in lasting damage to healthy tissues and organs. In fact, chronic inflammation is implicated in the development and progression of various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and even cancers. Targeting nonresolving inflammation thus provides new opportunities for treating relevant diseases. In this review, we will go over several chronic inflammation-associated diseases first with emphasis on the role of inflammation in their pathogenesis. Then, we will summarize a number of natural products that exhibit therapeutic effects against those diseases by acting on different markers in the inflammatory response. We envision that natural products will remain a rich resource for the discovery of new drugs treating diseases associated with chronic inflammation. 相似文献

Heat shock protein 47 (HSP47), a collagen-specific molecular chaperone, is causally related to fibrotic diseases, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The identification of Compounds that interfere with the HSP47-collagen interaction is essential for the development of relevant therapeutics. Herein, we prepared human HSP47 as a soluble fusion protein expressed in E. coli and established an assay system for HSP47 inhibitor screening. We screened a natural and synthetic Compound library established at Nagasaki University. Among 1023 Compounds, 13 exhibited inhibitory activity against human HSP47, of which three inhibited its function in a dose-dependent manner. Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate, one of these three Compounds, is a typical polyphenol Compound derived from tea leaves. Structurally related Compounds were synthesized and examined for their activity, revealing a hydroxyl group at A-ring position 5 as important for its activity. The present findings provide valuable insight for the development of natural product-derived therapeutics for fibrotic diseases, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. 相似文献

CH_4 storage associated with adsorbed natural gas(ANG) technology is an issue attracting great concern.Following the Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy(ARPA-E) targeted deliverable capacity of 315 cm~3·cm~(-3)(STP), hundreds of thousands of materials have been experimentally or theoretically evaluated,while the best results still show a 35% gap from the target. Moreover, recent theoretical research reveals that the target is beyond the possibility that real materials can be designed. To get rid of the awkward situation, we make attempts on investigating the CH_4 delivery performance under other operation conditions. Methods of raising the discharge temperature(to infinite high) or elevating the storage pressure(to 25 MPa) have been proved to show limited effectiveness. In this work, it is found that the ARPA-E target can be achieved by using a decreasing storage temperature strategy. By taking 280 Co RE(computation-ready, experimental) COFs(covalent organic frameworks) as ANG materials, when reduce the storage temperature to 190.6 K, the highest deliverable capacity can reach 392 cm~3·cm~(-3)(STP), and16.1% Co RE COFs can surpass the target. The target is also achievable when storage at 220 K. Structure performance relationships study shows strong correlation between deliverable capacity and void fraction. Hence, 120 hypothetical COFs are generated to ascertain the optimum void fraction. In addition,the performance of 2 D-COFs can be greatly enhanced by increasing the interlayer spacings, e.g. CH_4 deliverable capacity(storage at 190.6 K) of ATFG-COF can be improved from 239 to 411 cm~3·cm~(-3)(STP) when interlayer spacing is enlarged to 1.65 nm. 相似文献
