采用变极性等离子弧焊接实现了AZ31B变形镁合金板材的优质连接,焊后利用光学显微镜、电子探针 (EPMA)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪对焊接接头的微观组织、元素分布以及相组成进行了分析。结果表明,镁合金变极性等离子弧焊接头中没有明显的热影响区存在,接头成形好,焊缝组织均匀,晶粒细小;接头中主要的合金元素 Al、Zn在焊缝中分布均匀,没有发现区域偏析;接头中没有发现明显的Mg17Al12或其他杂质相的存在;由于焊接过程中存在着镁的蒸发、烧损,导致接头硬度值在沿焊缝的横向和纵向两个方向上都稍有变化。变极性等离子弧焊方法能够改善镁合金焊接接头组织并提高接头的性能,是一种理想的提高镁合金焊接质量的方法。  相似文献

Thermal plasma technology provides a stable and long term treatment of mixed wastes through vitrification processes. In this work, a transferred plasma system was realized to vitrify mixed wastes, taking advantage of its high power density, enthalpy and chemical reactivity as well as its rapid quenching and high operation temperatures.
To characterize the plasma discharge, a temperature diagnostic is realized by means of optical emission spectroscopy (OES). To typify the morphological structure of the wastes samples~ scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques were applied before and after the plasma treatment.  相似文献

Three spectroscopic systems have been developed for the study of light impurity particle transport in the HT-7 tokamak. A visible multi-channel spectroscopic system (VIS) is used to obtain the brightness distribution of the line emission from ionized light impurities. The profile of Zeff(r) has been obtained from the visible multi-channel bremsstrahlung measurement (VB). The system with a rotating hexahedral mirror for space-time resolved spectroscopy measurement from ultraviolet to visible (UV) can provide the brightness distribution of two different emission lines of the light impurities simultaneously. The emissivities by these multi-channel measurements can be obtained by Abel inversion. The measurement was performed in typical OH discharges in the HT-7 tokamak. The carbon particle transport was analyzed. The feasibility of these diagnostic systems for the impurity particle transport study is clearly demonstrated.  相似文献

The plasma density and electron temperature of a multi-source plasma system composed of several collisional inductively coupled plasma (ICP) cells were measured by a doubleprobe. The discharges of the ICP cells were shown to be independent of each other. Furthermore, the total plasma density at simultaneous multi-cell discharge was observed to be approximately equal to the summation of the plasma density when the cells discharge separately. Based on the linear summation phenomenon, it was shown that a larger area plasma with a uniform density and temperature profile could be constructed with multi-collisional ICP cells.  相似文献

Daily meat consumption produces a lot of bone waste, and dumped bone waste without treatment would result in environmental hazards. Conventional treatment methods of waste bones have some disadvantages. Herein, an investigation of bone waste treated using thermal plasma technology is presented. A high-temperature plasma torch operated at 25.2 kW was used to treat bone waste for seven minutes. The bone waste was finally changed into vitric matter and lost 2/3 of its weight after the treatment. The process was highly efficient, economical, convenient, and fuel-free. This method could be used as an alternative for disposal of bone waste, small infectious animals, hazardous hospital waste, etc.  相似文献

The transition from a spark discharge to a constricted glow discharge in atmospheric air was studied with a capacitor coupled pin-to-water plasma reactor. The reason of the transition is considered to be of various factors, namely the change of the air gap due to the polarization of water molecules by the electric field, the feedback effect of the capacitors, and the ion trapping mechanism. The effects of the frequency of the power supply, inter-electrode gap, and coupled capacitance on the discharge transition were also investigated.  相似文献

The formation of SiC through the interface reaction between C60 and Si in a plasmaassisted chemical vapour deposition system (PACVD) is investigated with a C60 film previously deposited on Si wafers. The composition and structure of the deposited samples were characterized by micro-Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that SiC film was formed successfully in hydrogen plasma at a substrate temperature of 800℃ . The hydrogen atoms in plasma were found to enhance the production of SiC. Furthermore, the effects of the added CH4 on the formation of film were studied. Introduction of CH4 simultaneously with H2 at the beginning would suppress the formation of the initial layer of SiC due to a carbon-rich environment on the substrate, which would be disadvantageous to the further growth of the SiC film.  相似文献

A multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying system was developed according to aerodynamics and plasma spray theory. The soft switch IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) invert technique, micro-computer control technique, convergent-divergent nozzle structure and axial powder feeding techniques have been adopted in the design of the micro-arc plasma spraying system. It is not only characterized by a small volume, a light weight, highly accurate control, high deposition efficiency and high reliability, but also has multi-functions in plasma spraying, welding and quenching. The experimental results showed that the system can produce a supersonic flame at a low power, spray Al2O3 particles at an average speed up to 430 m/s, and make nanostructured AT13 coatings with an average bonding strength of 42.7 MPa. Compared to conventional 9M plasma spraying with a higher power, the coatings with almost the same properties as those by conventional plasma spray can be deposited by multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying with a lower power plasma arc due to an improved power supply design, spray gun structure and powder feeding method. Moreover, this system is suitable for working with thin parts and undertaking on site repairs, and as a result, the application of plasma spraying will be greatly extended.  相似文献

Optical emission from TiO2 plasma, generated by a nanosecond laser is spectroscopically analysed. The main chemical species are identified and the spatio-temporal distribution of the plasma parameters such as electron temperature and density are characterized based on the study of spectral distribution of the line intensities and their broadening characteristics. The parameters of laser induced plasma vary quickly owing to its expansion at low background pressure and the possible deviations from local thermodynamic equilibrium conditions are tested to show its validity.  相似文献

Ti-doped WO3 films were prepared by the mid-frequency dual-target magnetron sputtering method. The structure and electrochromic properties of the Ti-doped WO3 films were analysed by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, spectrophotometer, cyclic chronoam- perometry and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results indicate that the erystallinity decrease after the doping of titanium, the channels for ion injection and extraction increase, the responding speed with 5.1% titanium doped becomes faster, and its circle life increases more than four times compared with the undoped WO3 film. In the coloured state, the W-O-W bonds decrease, but the W = O bonds increase. Since the W-O-W bonds break down for Li+ ions' injection and more W = O bonds form, it is more convenient to inject Li+ ions into the Ti-doped film than undoped film because more W-O-W bonds break down in the coloured state.  相似文献
