Effects of growth conditions on the domain structure and dielectric properties of (1 − x)Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3–xPbTiO3 single crystals

The studies of the (1 − x)Pb(Sc_1/2Nb_1/2)O₃–xPbTiO₃ (PSN–PT) single crystals reveal that the chemical and physical properties of the materials are affected by the growth conditions. By the measurements of the dielectric constant as a function of temperature upon cooling, it is found that crystals grown from the same charged stoichiometric composition (x = 0.425), but under different flux environments (i.e. the composition of flux and the flux to PSN–PT ratios are varied), show anomalies (i.e. phase transitions) at different temperatures. This phenomenon is attributed to the complex local chemical structure of the PSN–PT solid solution single crystals with B-site random occupancy of three different cations (Sc³⁺, Nb⁵⁺ and Ti⁴⁺). The dielectric and domain structure of the PSN–PT crystals with composition near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) are investigated, showing much more complex situations compared with Pb(Sc_1/2Nb_1/2)O₃.     

TMS320C28x模数转换器的精度校正

802.1x标准和Radius协议的扩展应用研究

首先介绍了802．1x标准和RADIUS协议的基本概念和原理，并对802．1x标准和RADIUS协议在宽带网络和无线网络中的应用做了分析，结合实际应用的需求，指出了802．1x标准和RADIUS协议在实际应用中的不足与缺陷，分析其难以推广的原因，提出了实现扩展应用的设计方案和具体实现方法，以符合宽带环境下认证和计费的实际应用需求。     

使用802.1x实现校园网认证

在分析传统的PPPOE和Web/Portal认证方式存在问题的基础上，介绍了使用802．1x协议实现校园网认证这种新的认证方法。     

基于Windows 9x的实时控制的方法研究与实现

本文讨论了在Windows 9x平台上的实时控制，重点论述了基于硬件中断的方法，比较了基于硬件中断的两种方法的不同：结合六自由度运动平台控制的课题，充分利用PCL－818多功能模板的时钟优势，实现了基于VxD的Windows 9x下的实时中断控制。     

H.26L视频编码算法性能分析

H.2 6 L 是新一代的视频编码标准 .同现有的视频编码标准相比 ,新标准具有更高的编码效率和图象质量 ,在容错能力和网络适应性方面也有新的特点 .采用 Bjntegaard提出的性能评估方法比较了 H.2 6 L 和 H.2 6 3的编码性能差异 ;在此基础上 ,用标准图象序列对 H.2 6 L 独有的几种编码技术进行了仿真 ,定量分析了它们对提高编码性能的贡献 ,这对算法的进一步改进和优化具有很高的参考价值 .     

嵌入式网络开发平台的设计与实现

以嵌入式系统的基本组件为基础，分析了嵌入式网络开发平台的设计方法，并给出了一个基于x86 CPU及Linux的设计实例。     

H.26L视频编码标准的特点及分析

继制定了H．261、H263、H．263 等视频编码标准以后，ITU—T又正在制定新的视频编码标准H．26L，目的是为了取得更好的图像压缩效果和更多的实用功能。该文介绍了H．26L视频编码标准的产生背景、技术特点，并对其进行了分析。
