可活化稳定同位素^70Zn示踪研究儿童膳食中锌的生物利用率

使用中子活化分析法,以国内仅有的低深缩度^70Zn（18．3％）作为可活化稳定浓缩同位素示踪剂,对我国儿童膳食中锌的生物利用率进行了研究。建立了以阴离子树脂交换法对儿童便样中的锌元素进行富集,经反应堆中了辐照、测量和放射化学分离、测定锌的生物利率方法。提出了普适于各种^70Zn浓缩度锌作为示踪剂、以^70Zn和^68Zn和^64Zn的质量丰度进行生物利率率的计算公式。克服了以^68Zn作为唯一的天然锌指示而引入的计算误差。     

西门子6RA70全数字直流调速装置在舞钢的应用

本文论述了西门子6RA70装置在双边剪夹送辊传动系统中的应用，解决了夹送辊不同步而出现的钢板走偏问题。     

Toxicological effects and risk assessment of lanthanum ions on leaves of Vicia faba L.seedlings

Vicia faba L.seedlings were hydroponically cultivated in 0-12 mg/L of extraneous lanthanum(La) for 15 d to investigate ecotoxicological effects and risk assessment of rare earth elements(REEs).The results showed that reactive oxygen species(ROS) production suchas superoxide radical(O2.-) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) were overproduced at higher concentrations of La,resulting in oxidatively modified proteins and shoot growth retardation.While,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX) and guaiacolperoxidase(GPX) isoenzymes were elevated to some extent to eliminate excess of ROS.HSP70 production and endopeptidase isoenzymeswere also enhanced,which were involved in repairing or degradation of the oxidatively modified proteins due to La.Thus,the antioxidantisoenzymes,endoprotease isoenzymes and HSP70 worked cooperatively to alleviate the La-induced oxidative damage.The significant enhancement of CAT and APX isoenzymes and HSP70 could also be used as early bioindicators of La-polluted solution.The threshold doserange was firstly delimited as 1-2 mg/L of extraneous La,corresponding to 7.34-9.37 μg/g dry weight in the leaves.These results would behelpful to further understand the toxicological effects and possible mechanisms of REE(s) on crop seedlings.     

Distinct Tomato Cultivars Are Characterized by a Differential Pattern of Biochemical Responses to Drought Stress

Future climate scenarios suggest that crop plants will experience environmental changes capable of affecting their productivity. Among the most harmful environmental stresses is drought, defined as a total or partial lack of water availability. It is essential to study and understand both the damage caused by drought on crop plants and the mechanisms implemented to tolerate the stress. In this study, we focused on four cultivars of tomato, an economically important crop in the Mediterranean basin. We investigated the biochemical mechanisms of plant defense against drought by focusing on proteins specifically involved in this stress, such as osmotin, dehydrin, and aquaporin, and on proteins involved in the general stress response, such as HSP70 and cyclophilins. Since sugars are also known to act as osmoprotectants in plant cells, proteins involved in sugar metabolism (such as RuBisCO and sucrose synthase) were also analyzed. The results show crucial differences in biochemical behavior among the selected cultivars and highlight that the most tolerant tomato cultivars adopt quite specific biochemical strategies such as different accumulations of aquaporins and osmotins. The data set also suggests that RuBisCO isoforms and aquaporins can be used as markers of tolerance/susceptibility to drought stress and be used to select tomato cultivars within breeding programs.     

基于X70高级管线钢多道焊缝和单道焊缝组织EBSD研究

本文选用X70管线钢两种不同形式焊接接头为研究对象,使用EBSD技术对径向焊缝的横截面的Fe3C相分布、取向差角分布、晶粒有效尺寸、大角度晶界和小角度晶界的比率以及Taylor因子进行表征.结果发现,多道焊缝析出相分布很均匀、随机;各种颜色的晶粒取向均有分布且少量呈柱状存在;晶粒有效尺寸起伏较大,大小不一,但总是交替进行;大角度晶界比率较大,韧性较好;Taylor因子灰度图分布略有起伏,平均数值较大,抵抗塑形变形能力较差.单道焊缝则反之.     

GY70型机械密封基本性能试验及其分析

对GY70型机械密封的基本性能进行了试验研究,得出了弹簧比膻、介质压力以及转速对机械密封泄漏量和摩擦功耗的影响规律。试验研究发现,运行中的机械密封仔在一个最佳的密封工况点,通过对弹簧比压的调节与控制,可以实现这一工况．     

Hybrid charge control for stick-slip piezoelectric actuators

The article describes an analog electronic circuit for driving stick-slip piezoelectric linear actuators. The task for the amplifier is to provide a high-voltage asymmetric sawtooth-like signal and feed it into a capacitive load. Generation of excessive heat must be avoided while maximizing the slew rate. In order to guarantee a steady translation, the hysteretic behaviour of the piezoelectric material must be compensated. Combination of a charge control scheme with switching is proposed as an efficient solution. Laboratory experiments confirm the superiority of this tailored solution over other existing techniques based on versatile linear voltage amplifiers.     

感应加热弯管热处理前后热影响区组织和性能的变化

对X70及X80中频感应加热弯管热影响区冲击韧性的变化做了深入的探讨。首先通过生产数据统计做趋势分析;然后采用热模拟试验对各细分区域进行热模拟与力学性能试验,与趋势相验证;最后对热影响区从原始态到调质态过程中各阶段的金相组织变化做了充分的分析,从组织形态的角度阐述了性能变化机理。试验结果表明,感应加热弯管热影响区的粗晶区、细晶区和重叠区在调质过程前后,其性能与金相组织均发生了显著的变化。针对此现象,笔者也对弯管相关标准的具体条款提出了自己的建议和观点。     

深海管线用高钢级厚壁直缝埋弧焊管研制

对深海管线用钢管的研制背景及技术目标进行了详细阐述。通过采用低C高Mn-Nb-Ti合金化的成分设计和合理的TMCP工艺控制,开发出具有高强度、低屈强比和优异低温韧性良好匹配的X70级36.5 mm厚壁管线钢。采用JCOE制管工艺试制的X70级准914 mm×36.5 mm直缝埋弧焊管,其管体及焊接接头的拉伸性能、断裂韧性及硬度等指标全部满足DNV-OS-F101标准要求,主要性能指标达到了研制技术目标要求。
