Herein a useful methodology to synthesize the lead zirconate titanate (PZT) nanotubes via a dip-coating deposition process with anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template is proposed. The nano-porous AAO templates were produced using a controlled two-step electrochemical anodization technique. The PZT/AAO composite was formed using the dip-coating wetting technique. The prepared PZT precursor solution was driven into the nanopore channels of AAO template under the driving force of capillary action, subsequently the sintering process of the as-filled templates was carefully tuned to obtain Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 nanotubes of crystalline tetragonal phase with uniform pore size and ordered arrange. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) results show that in the 1200–1900 cm−1 band, the composite structure of PZT/AAO has obvious absorption peaks at 1471.56 cm−1 and 1556.09 cm−1, the absorption intensity of the composite structure is about six times of pure AAO template. The unusual optical properties found in PZT/AAO composite will stimulate further theoretical and experimental interests in ferroelectric nanostructures. 相似文献

Abstract— In an attempt to reduce materials and processing costs of ACPDPs, aluminum fence electrodes were prepared on soda‐lime glass substrates by chemically etching aluminum foil bonded directly onto the substrate via an anodic‐bonding process. Several different fence‐electrode patterns were designed and coated either with a glass dielectric layer or with an anodic aluminum oxide layer. Firing voltages, operation margin, luminance, and luminous efficiency of such test panels were evaluated. The results indicated that the performance of test panels with aluminum fence electrodes is comparable with conventional test panels with ITO/Ag electrodes, demonstrating the possibility of a dramatic reduction in the costs of ACPDPs. 相似文献

在磷酸溶液中,采用二次铝阳极氧化法得到了多孔铝阳极氧化膜(AAO).以AAO为模板,选用直流电沉积方法在孔内组装CdS半导体纳米线,溶去模板后,获得粗细均一、直径约为100nm、长度约为1.5μm的纳米线,与AAO模板的孔径一致.该方法在制备过程中,无需对AAO模板进行去除阻挡层、喷金或预镀金属等处理过程,而是直接在纳米孔内电沉积CdS,形成CdS半导体纳米线阵列.该方法工艺简单,操作方便,容易获得半导体CdS的一维纳米材料.TEM和XRD测试结果表明,CdS纳米线为六方晶型结构.对CdS纳米线的生长机理还进行了初步的分析和探讨. 相似文献

Anodization techniques by alternating current (ac) are introduced in this review. By using ac anodization, laminated alumina films are fabricated. Different types of alumina films consisting of 50–200 nm layers were obtained by varying both the ac power supply and the electrolyte. The total film thickness increased with an increase in the total charge transferred. The thickness of the individual layers increased with the ac voltage; however, the anodization time had little effect on the film thickness. The laminated alumina films resembled the nacre structure of shells, and the different morphologies exhibited by bivalves and spiral shells could be replicated by controlling the rate of increase of the applied potentials. 相似文献

城市污水处理厂增加脱氮除磷功能的改造实践 总被引:9,自引:4,他引:5
为了满足国家对城市污水厂出水氮磷的排放要求,采用倒置AAO工艺对常州市某污水处理厂的三期工程原有普通活性污泥法工艺进行了改造.在没有新建生化反应池和增加回流系统的前提下,通过提高活性污泥浓度,在原生化反应池内进行了缺氧/厌氧/好氧功能区的分配,取得了良好的脱氮除磷效果.新工艺对NH3-N和TP的去除率均达到90%以上,对TN的去除率为45.4%.通过对生化反应池内污染物浓度沿程变化情况的监测,初步分析了工艺运行机理,为今后其它城市污水厂的改造积累了经验. 相似文献

An innovate constant volume flow meter (ICVFM) using AAO leak element was developed, and then applied to measure the pumping speed of dry vacuum pumps. The AAO leak element was calibrated with dynamic differential pressure decay method. The results imply that the conductance of AAO leak is inversely proportional to the square root of the molecular mass, and remains unchanged with pressure varying from vacuum to atmosphere. Then the pumping speed was measured by a simple test system. In the end, the uncertainties of calibrating AAO leak element and measuring pumping speed were considered to confirm the measurement capability. The newly developed flow meter enables flow measurements at pressures ranging from vacuum through atmospheric pressure, which has potential application in the semiconductor industry. 相似文献

In this study, β-In2S3 nanowires were first synthesized by sulfurizing the pure Indium (In) nanowires in an AAO membrane. As FE-SEM results, β-In2S3 nanowires are highly ordered, arranged tightly corresponding to the high porosity of the AAO membrane used. The diameter
of the β-In2S3 nanowires is about 60 nm with the length of about 6–8 μm. Moreover, the aspect ratio of β-In2S3 nanowires is up to 117. An EDS analysis revealed the β-In2S3 nanowires with an atomic ratio of nearly S/In = 1.5. X-ray diffraction and corresponding selected area electron diffraction
patterns demonstrated that the β-In2S3 nanowire is tetragonal polycrystalline. The direct band gap energy (Eg) is 2.40 eV from the optical measurement, and it is reasonable with literature. 相似文献
