A vertically aligned Pd nanowire array was successfully fabricated on an Au/Ti substrate using an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template by a direct voltage electrodeposition method at room temperature using diluted neutral electrolyte. The fabrication of Pd nanowires was controlled by analyzing the current–time transient during electrodeposition using potentiostat. The AAO template and the Pd nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) methods and X-Ray diffraction (XRD). It was observed that the Pd nanowire array was standing freely on an Au-coated Ti substrate after removing the AAO template in a relatively large area of about 5 cm2, approximately 50 nm in diameter and 2.5 μm in length with a high aspect ratio. The nucleation rate and the number of atoms in the critical nucleus were determined from the analysis of current transients. Pd nuclei density was calculated as 3.55 × 108 cm−2. Usage of diluted neutral electrolyte enables slower growing of Pd nanowires owing to increase in the electrodeposition potential and thus obtained Pd nanowires have higher crystallinity with lower dislocations. Anodization of aluminum with restricted surface areas is reported in this study. Particularly, the side wall of aluminum thin film is anodized for the purpose of obtaining the confined number of pores with high aspect ratio. It has been observed that side wall anodization does not occur uniformly since the anodization speed is not uniform at the both interfaces and in the middle of the film. For this reason, the resultant pore front profile shows a parabolic shape, which resembles the parabolic velocity profile of fluid flow through two slabs. During the anodization process, the pores tend to break apart and the structure becomes more complex. Side wall anodization is investigated at various applied voltages and the resultant pore structures are shown.  相似文献

研究了溶胶-凝胶浸渍阳极氧化三氧化二铝(AAO)模板法制备Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)一维纳米结构的工艺方法。试验结果表明,以硝酸氧锆、醋酸铅、钛酸丁酯(按0.52:1:0.48的摩尔配比)为原料,以乙二醇为溶剂,可获得稳定的PZT溶胶,通过反复滴加浸渍氧化铝模板,最终经650 ℃晶化处理和腐蚀AAO后得到PZT纳米管。样品表征结果说明,制得的PZT纳米管为钙钛矿相,表面结构完整、孔径均一、排列均匀整齐,长50 μm、管径300 nm、壁厚40 nm。  相似文献

Silicon has been widely researched as next-generation lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) anodes on account of its high energy density. To solve the large volume expansion and low electroconductivity, carbon coating Si strategies have been developed and shown some progress. In this study, Si nanoparticles were injected into the inner of the double-deck carbon nanotubes for the formation of a sandwich-like structure to enhance the electrochemical properties of Si electrodes. Thereinto, carbon nanotube arrays (CNTs) were fabricated by liquid paraffin as the carbon resource instead of unsaturated hydrocarbon for the first time by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. Due to the advantage of the specific structure designed, the as-prepared material shows superior rate performance and excellent cycling stability with high capacity retention (1310 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1 after 100 cycles and 1050 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 after 500 cycles with 98% of Coulombic efficiency). Furthermore, the full cell was also assembled with LiFePO4 as the cathode and manifested a high energy density of 374 Whkg−1 with stable cycling performances (92% capacity retention ratio after 200 cycles).  相似文献

为有效解决传统AAO法中存在的硝化菌、反硝化菌及聚磷菌三种细菌在污泥龄、碳源需求及回流污泥中携带的硝酸盐影响聚磷菌厌氧释放磷这三方面的矛盾,减少大量污泥回流、降低动力消耗、充分利用池容、切实提高污水处理效率,提出“三污泥”理念,对AAO进行关键性改进,改进后的缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧池等生化反应池均自带独立的泥水自动分离的装置,形成独特的三污泥系统(即纯粹的厌氧污泥、纯粹的缺氧污泥和纯粹的好氧污泥),各池可根据运营需要各自控制污泥浓度,使各池中的活性污泥在各自最佳的环境中生长,互不干扰、相互独立,更高效发挥生物降解作用,创新性设计“改进型AAO法+生物滤池+絮凝沉淀耦合工艺”处理抗生素类制药废水,并与传统型组合技术进行比较。结果表明,进水主要污染物化学需氧量CODcr 253?581 mg/L、氨氮29.6?58.5 mg/L、全磷10.77?23.1 mg/L、设计流量30.0 L/h条件下,改进型技术取得了很好的处理效果,其CODcr、氨氮、全磷的平均去除率分别达80.2%, 73.1%, 96.1%,比改进前分别提高了6.9%, 6.1%, 3.4%,尾水CODcr、氨氮、全磷等三项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。  相似文献

Atomic layer deposition (ALD) on anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) is shown to be a facile, flexible route to the synthesis of catalytic membranes with precise control of pore wall composition and diameters. The oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexane was shown to depend strongly on pore diameter and to be more specific than similarly active alumina powder catalysts.  相似文献

It has been recently demonstrated [J. Choi, K. Nielsch, M. Reiche, R.B. Wehrspohn, U. Gösele, J. Vac. Sci. Technol. B 21 (2003) 763] that quasi-monodomain porous alumina with 300 nm interpore distance can be obtained by means of a 500 nm periodic master stamp applying the guided self-organization process. In this article, a theory based on suppression of the field-enhanced oxide dissolution at a wedge is suggested to explain the preparation of highly-ordered porous alumina with an interpore distance having 0.6 times the lattice constant of the master stamp. In addition, the occurrence of triangular pores, which is observed during the growth of pores by guided self-organization, can be explained and will be discussed in detail.  相似文献

Efficient and safe nanopesticides play an important role in pest control due to enhancing target efficiency and reducing undesirable side effects, which has become a hot spot in pesticide formulation research. However, the preparation methods of nanopesticides are facing critical challenges including low productivity, uneven particle size and batch differences. Here, we successfully developed a novel, versatile and tunable strategy for preparing buprofezin nanoparticles with tunable size via anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template-assisted method, which exhibited better reproducibility and homogeneity comparing with the traditional method. The storage stability of nanoparticles at different temperatures was evaluated, and the release properties were also determined to evaluate the performance of nanoparticles. Moreover, the present method is further demonstrated to be easily applicable for insoluble drugs and be extended for the study of the physicochemical properties of drug particles with different sizes.  相似文献
