Tilted cathode was adopted to prepare porous anodic alumina membrane (PAAM) during the second aluminum anodic oxidation (AAO). A heterostructured AAO/CeO2 nanosystem was fabricated by filling CeO2 into the PAAM by electrochemical deposition. The larger the intersection angle of the cathode, the more the charge storage of the fabricated system. A lower potential scan rate is beneficial to the electrochemical charge storage of the system. With the cathode intersection angle increasing, the hydrophobicity of the AAO/CeO2 system is greatly improved. As the 40° is the optimum angle, the charge storage and hydrophobicity of the system increase with the increasing cathode intersection angle up to 40°. The AAO/CeO2 system could be utilized in both charge storage and self-cleaning. 相似文献

A fabrication method for one-step anodization of an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template with nanopore arrays using pretreated high purity aluminum foil is reported in this article. Morphology of the AAO was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Results showed that porous AAO with ideal nanopore arrays can be fabricated by one-step anodization fabrication technology on high purity aluminum foil which had been anodized at 45?V direct current (DC), in 0°C, 0.5?M H2C2O4 solution for 48 hours. The average pore diameter and the interpore distance were 80?nm and 120?nm, respectively. Nanopores in porous AAO had very narrow size distribution and were arranged into hexagonal array. The formation mechanism of nanopore arrays in porous AAO is discussed. Porous AAO with ideal nanopore arrays provide an ideal template for preparation of many one-dimensional nanomaterials. One-step anodization of AAO is a simpler procedure and more applicable in industrial application than the previous two-step anodization technology. 相似文献

以AAO/Si为模板,采用化学气相沉积(CVD)的方法在不同温度下,通过煅烧Zn粉和C粉的混合物制备ZnO/AAO/Si组装体系,并对其结构和性质进行了研究。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,AAO表面的孔洞逐渐被封堵,当温度达到900℃时,在AAO的表面出现了一层ZnO薄膜。X射线衍射(XRD)结果显示,700℃时在XRD图谱上观看到六角纤锌矿的ZnO的衍射峰,并且随着温度的升高,ZnO的衍射峰逐渐增强,当温度升至800和900℃时出现了ZnAl2O4的衍射峰。因此,化学气相沉积制备组装体系时的最适温为700℃。在700℃时煅烧不同恒温时间制备的ZnO/AAO/Si组装体系SEM图显示,随着恒温时间的延长,孔的封闭效应逐渐明显。 相似文献

采用溶液浸润AAO模板法,将自制的荧光稀土配合物Eu(aspirin)3 Phen掺杂到聚氯乙烯(PVC)溶液中,制备了有荧光特性的一维复合纳米线阵列。并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及透射电镜(TEM)进行了结构分析,结果表明:掺杂稀土铕配合物的聚氯乙烯制备了规整的纳米线阵列,铕配合物存在于纳米线阵列中。此外,荧光发射光谱研究表明,复合纳米线阵列具有优并的发光性能,归因于稀土配合物在纳米阵列中能更好地分散。 相似文献

In this report, we describe a fabrication process of low-cost and highly sensitive SERS substrates by using a simple anodizing setup and a low-energy magnetron sputtering method. The structure of the SERS substrates consists of silver nanoparticles deposited on a layer of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. The fabricated SERS substrates are investigated by a scanning electron microscope (SEM), a transmission electron microscope (TEM), and a confocal Raman spectroscope. We have verified from the surface morphology that the fabricated SERS substrates consist of high-density round-shape silver nanoparticles where their size distribution ranges from 10 to 30 nm on the top and the bottom of nanopores. The surface-enhanced Raman scattering activities of these nanostructures are demonstrated using methylene blue (MB) as probing molecules. The detection limit of 10−8 M can be achieved from this SERS substrate. 相似文献

An innovate constant volume flow meter (ICVFM) using AAO leak element was developed, and then applied to measure the pumping speed of dry vacuum pumps. The AAO leak element was calibrated with dynamic differential pressure decay method. The results imply that the conductance of AAO leak is inversely proportional to the square root of the molecular mass, and remains unchanged with pressure varying from vacuum to atmosphere. Then the pumping speed was measured by a simple test system. In the end, the uncertainties of calibrating AAO leak element and measuring pumping speed were considered to confirm the measurement capability. The newly developed flow meter enables flow measurements at pressures ranging from vacuum through atmospheric pressure, which has potential application in the semiconductor industry. 相似文献
