基于ATMEGA64单片机的便携式示波器设计

介绍了一款基于ATMEGA64单片机的便携式(数字)示波器的设计方案。本示波器采用ATMEL公司的ATMEGA64单片机为主控制器,以CPLD芯片EPM3064A为辅助控制器,完成对系统采样频率的控制;并采用分辨率为240×320的TFT触摸液晶显示屏,以达到减小体积的目的,便于携带和使用。电源的供应采用9~12V的直流供电电源,相比传统示波器220V交流供电的方式,大大降低了示波器的功耗,提高了供电的灵活性。测试表明,本示波器具有可靠性高、结构简单、成本低廉和功耗小等特点,具有良好的市场前景。     

In Vivo Albumin-Binding of a C-Functionalized Cyclam Platform for 64Cu-PET/CT Imaging in Breast Cancer Model

An improved glucose-chelator-albumin bioconjugate (GluCAB) derivative, GluCAB-2^Mal, has been synthesized and studied for in vivo ⁶⁴Cu-PET/CT imaging in breast cancer mice models together with its first-generation analogue GluCAB-1^Mal. The radioligand works on the principle of tumor targeting through the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect with a supportive role played by glucose metabolism. [⁶⁴Cu]Cu-GluCAB-2^Mal (99 % RCP) exhibited high serum stability with immediate binding to serum proteins. In vivo experiments for comparison between tumor targeting of [⁶⁴Cu]Cu-GluCAB-2^Mal and previous-generation [⁶⁴Cu]Cu-GluCAB-1^Mal encompassed microPET/CT imaging and biodistribution analysis in an allograft E0771 breast cancer mouse model. Tumor uptake of [⁶⁴Cu]Cu-GluCAB-2^Mal was clearly evident with twice as much accumulation as compared to its predecessor and a tumor/muscle ratio of up to 5 after 24 h. Further comparison indicated a decrease in liver accumulation for [⁶⁴Cu]Cu-Glu-CAB-2^Mal.     

基于单片机模糊控制器的AMD主动控制试验研究

模糊控制是结构主动控制的一种很有前途的控制算法。本文针对顶层设置AMD控制装置的5层钢框架模型结构,首先由已有主动控制训练样本提取了模糊规则;其次,将模糊逻辑推理与单片机技术结合起来,开发了单片机模糊控制器。在此基础上,完成了1∶4缩尺的5层钢框架模型结构的AMD模糊控制模拟地震振动台试验研究。试验结果表明:模糊AMD控制可以有效地减小地震作用下模型结构的反应,对顶层位移反应峰值的控制效果达到50%。本文研究成果可为AMD模糊控制走向工程应用提供参考。     

64排VCT脑灌注成像对烟雾病的血流动力学研究

目的通过对烟雾病患者进行64排VCT脑灌注成像,了解其脑血流动力学变化情况,包括脑血流量、脑血容量、平均通过时间及达峰时间,为临床干预治疗提供影像学依据。方法 30例烟雾病患者,男性14例,女性16例,年龄最大为49岁,最小为13岁,平均年龄为33.8岁。利用GE公司生产的LightSpeed VCT螺旋扫描机对烟雾病患者进行灌注扫描,速率5mL·s-1、剂量50mL、扫描延迟5s、扫描时间45s,然后用该公司配备的Perfusion4专门软件对所得图像进行后处理,分析责任区域的脑血流量、脑血容量、平均通过时间及达峰时间,从而了解其血流动力学变化情况。结果 30例烟雾病患者当中,缺血型患者9例,出血型患者21例。3例显示局部脑血流量增加,5例显示局部脑血流量减少,3例显示局部脑血容量增加,27例显示脑血容量正常,3例显示平均通过时间及达峰时间缩短,8例显示平均通过时间及达峰时间延长。结论缺血型烟雾病患者大部分表现为局部低灌注,出血型烟雾病患者表现为正常或局部高灌注,平均通过时间和达峰时间是反映脑血流动力学变化较敏感的指标。     

支持HTTP代理的分布式监测终端的设计与实现

提出了一种低成本、高可靠性的分布式信息远程传输解决方案。在低速处理器上通过对TCP/IP协议的裁减开发了简化的HTTP协议,并采用BASE64编码设计了用于代理服务器基本验证的加密算法。在此基础上,研制出支持HTTP代理的分布式监测终端,实现了本地的嵌入式设备与远程监测服务器的网络通讯。     

An Improved Differential Fault Analysis on Block Cipher KLEIN-64

KLEIN-64 is a lightweight block cipher designed for resource-constrained environment, and it has advantages in software performance and hardware implementation. Recent investigation shows that KLEIN-64 is vulnerable to differential fault attack (DFA). In this paper, an improved DFA is performed to KLEIN-64. It is found that the differential propagation path and the distribution of the S-box can be fully utilized to distinguish the correct and wrong keys when a half-byte fault is injected in the 10^th round. By analyzing the difference matrix before the last round of S-box, the location of fault injection can be limited to a small range. Thus, this improved analysis can greatly improve the attack efficiency. For the best case, the scale of brute-force attack is only 256. While for the worst case, the scale of brute-force attack is far less than 2³² with another half byte fault injection, and the probability for this case is 1/64. Furthermore, the measures for KLEIN-64 in resisting the improved DFA are proposed.     

Effect of hardness on acute toxicity of metal mixtures using Daphnia magna: prediction of acid mine drainage toxicity
