有源电力滤波器的故障诊断与监测系统设计

针对有源电力滤波器(APF)主电路中的IGBT及其驱动器容易引发开路故障,以及如何利用虚拟仪器技术取代传统的电能质量分析装置对APF进行实时监测等问题,通过对APF中IGBT的开路故障进行分析,设计了其相应的故障诊断硬件电路,同时设计了监控系统中的电网电流信号、APF运行温度采样信号的硬件电路,并分析说明了电路工作原理。设计了一种基于Lab VIEW软件的实时监测系统,通过将采样数据发送到该监测系统,实现了利用上位机对APF运行的实时监测功能。最后进行了对电网电压、谐波电流等信号的实时采样,以及对IGBT开路故障的模拟测试。实验及研究结果表明,该系统能够实现对APF的运行状态进行实时监测,同时能够实现IGBT及其驱动器的故障诊断功能,系统故障诊断精确性高、响应迅速。     

基于DSP的有源电力滤波器设计

随着非线性负载的大量接入和电力系统自身的发展,电力系统中的谐波污染日益严重,谐波影响着电力系统的可靠、安全、经济运行,同时对电力用户也造成潜在的威胁。该文设计了以TMS320F2812型DSP为核心的有源电力滤波器对电力系统的谐波进行了补偿。完成硬件电路的搭建和软件程序编制,对性能、参数进行了测试,测试结果表明设计的滤波器具有电路结构简单、补偿效果好等优点。     

A fault analysis of DC electric arc furnaces with SVC harmonic filters in a mini-mill plant

This paper proposes the most feasible solution to overcome the failure of the 2nd harmonic filter in the static VAR compensator (SVC) which operates with the DC electric arc furnace (EAF) at Gwangyang Steel Mill in Korea. In order to investigate the causes of this failure, various measurements were carried out on the DC EAF and the main transformer at the PCC (point of common connection). It was concluded that the two causes for the failure are; the inrush current in the main transformer, and the parallel resonance between the system impedance and the harmonic filter. Three solutions to suppress the transformer inrush current and another three solutions to avoid the parallel resonance are suggested. The feasibility of these solutions was verified through the computer simulation with PSCAD/EMTDC. The most feasible solution to avoid further failures of the 2nd harmonic filter was selected, based on the estimated result for the six optional solutions in the point of performance and cost.     

并联型有源滤波器空间矢量预测电流控制

为了提高有源滤波器(APF)的电流跟踪性能,本文采用电压空间矢量预测电流控制方法。该方法在当前采样时刻预测下一采样时刻的指令电流,计算出APF在下一采样时刻的输出端参考电压,再利用电压空间矢量调制得出控制开关信号,以达到电流跟踪控制目的。仿真实验表明,该方法具有更好的电流控制效果。     

基于无差拍控制的三电平有源滤波器研究

文章以二极管箝位型三电平有源滤波器为研究对象,详细推导了该三电平有源滤波系统在abc坐标系下与dq坐标系下的数学模型：阐述了无差拍控制原理,并构建重复预测型观测器,对指令电流进行预测,改善了系统的控制效果;采用改进型主动平衡因子法,预测直流侧中点电荷的变化趋势,控制直流侧中点电位平衡。仿真验证了该有源滤波系统性能良好。

In her research, teaching, and clinical work, she showed the rich knowledge, wisdom, and joy that come from understanding one's own culture and from opening one's perspectives to the depth and the expanse of human diversity. Fred S. Keller: Distinguished Contributions to Education in Psychology Award.
