水库突发事件应急预案研究现状与关键技术初探

水库突发事件应急预案是大坝风险管理中非常重要的一个环节,是降低水库大坝风险的非工程措施.本文总结了国内水库突发事件应急预案的研究现状,并结合我国实际国情,初步提出了开展应急预案的关键技术,供大坝安全管理及科研人员参考.     

Age of acquisition: Its neural and computational mechanisms.

The acquisition of new skills over a life span is a remarkable human ability. This ability, however, is constrained by age of acquisition (AoA); that is, the age at which learning occurs significantly affects the outcome. This is most clearly reflected in domains such as language, music, and athletics. This article provides a perspective on the neural and computational mechanisms underlying AoA in language acquisition. The authors show how AoA modulates both monolingual lexical processing and bilingual language acquisition. They consider the conditions under which syntactic processing and semantic processing may be differentially sensitive to AoA effects in second-language acquisition. The authors conclude that AoA effects are pervasive and that the neural and computational mechanisms underlying learning and sensorimotor integration provide a general account of these effects. 基于显微视觉的宏/微双重驱动微动台的自动标定

提出了基于压电技术的微操作系统的自动标定方法,采用混合式步进电机直接驱动的宏动平台,实现系统大行程宏动定位,安装在宏动平台上的压电陶瓷驱动的微动平台和精密光栅,实现亚微米级的分辨率和定位精度,通过以上两部分实现定位机构的全闭环反馈控制,采用显微视觉反馈获取微动台操作器在图像中的位置信息进行标定。实验结果表明:系统的动态和稳定性能良好,自动标定运算速度快,运行速度达到11 frame/s,实现了对系统的精确标定,标定精度达到0.1μm。     

关于征地制度的思考

针对当前农村土地问题的现状．认为调整农村土地关系改革土地制度是解决当前农村问题的关键之一。介绍苏格兰土地改革的经验．提出农村土地转为非农用地的交易中国家应实行限制性措施．可尝试建立“国家失地农民账户”和“国家失地农民保障基金”．从而合理分配土地交易产生的级差收益保障失地农民的合法利益。     

Analysis of an algorithm for solution of conditional optimization problems with linear-fractional objective functions over permutations

A method is considered to solve a conditional optimization problem with a linear-fractional objective function over permutations. The performance of sub algorithms to solve this problem is evaluated. Hydrogen production in solid electrolyte membrane reactors (SEMRs)

In the present work, the prospects and trends of solid electrolyte membrane reactors (SEMRs) towards hydrogen production, are discussed. Initially, an overview of the principles, the properties and the techniques related to the usage of the SEMRs, are presented. In the following, a literature survey covering earlier and recent developments of the various methods (e.g. reforming or partial oxidation or dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons, steam electrolysis) employed in the SEMRs for the production of hydrogen, is performed. Finally, the current status of this research field is analyzed and future research topics are proposed.     

选择性控制技术在TRT系统中的应用

为了解决高炉顶压生产短期内处于不正常的情况,即不使TRT系统停车而又起到对生产进行自动保护的目的,山东莱钢TRT系统对旁通阀采取了选择性控制技术。该技术的应用稳定了高炉炉顶压力,既保证了安全生产,同时增加了经济效益,在国内TRT行业极具推广意义。

Recent advances in isotropic conductive adhesives for electronics packaging applications

Isotropic conductive adhesives (ICAs) have recently received a lot of focus and attention from the researchers in electronics industry as a potential substitute to lead-bearing solders. Numerous studies have shown that ICAs possess many advantages over conventional soldering such as environmental friendliness, finer pitch printing, lower temperature processing and more flexible and simpler processing. However, complete replacement of soldering by ICAs is yet not possible owing to several limitations of ICAs which are mainly related to reliability aspects like limited impact resistance, unstable contact resistance, low adhesion and conductivity etc. Continued efforts for last 15 years have resulted in development of ICAs with improved properties. This review article is aimed at providing a better understanding of ICAs, their principles, performance and significant research and development work addressing the technological utility of ICAs.     

A simple technique to minimize heat damage to specimens during thermal polymerization of LR White in plastic and gelatin capsules

London Resin (LR) White is a commonly used resin for embedding specimens to be used for immuno- and/or cytochemical studies. In some instances, due to either the properties of the specimen or the availability of various reagents and equipment, it becomes necessary and/or more convenient to polymerize LR White using heat rather than chemical accelerators or UV light. It is known, however, that heat can reduce or even eliminate the anti genicity of the tissue being embedded. It is therefore desirable to polymerize specimens at the lowest temperature possible and to remove the specimens from the oven as soon as polymerization is complete. We have developed a technique that provides a visual marker that allows the exothermic polymerization of LR White to be monitored, thus minimizing the amount of time a specimen must stay in the oven while excluding oxygen from capsules of polymerizing LR White.
