校园网建设的实用策略

校园网是一种应用在学校的局域网,其建设策略要考虑到网络拓扑结构、布线系统和设备选型策略、网络维护管理策略、资源建设策略、人员培训策略、校园网应用策略等方面,以便更好地为学校服务。     

Dimensional reduction of 3D building models using graph theory and its application in building energy simulation

Since the various people involved in the design process for a building project tend to hold conflicting views, this inevitably leads to a range of disparate models for planning and calculation purposes. In order to interpret the relevant geometrical, topological and semantical data for any given building model, we identify a structural component graph, a graph of room faces, a room graph and a relational object graph as aids and explain algorithms to derive these relations. We start with a building model by transferring its geometrical, topological and semantical data into a volume model, decomposing the latter into a so-called connection model and then extracting all air volume bodies and hulls of the model by means of further decomposition into elementary cyclic connection components. The technique is demonstrated within the scope of building energy simulation by deriving both a dimensionally reduced object model required for setting up a thermal multizone model and a geometrical model for defining single or multiple computational fluid dynamic domains in a building together with incidence matrices correlating these models. The algorithm is basically applicable to any building energy simulation tool.

绿色建筑将成为未来建筑的发展趋势。针对本省经济社会发展水平,江西省现阶段应以＂因地制宜＂、＂经济适用＂、＂本土科技＂为原则,大力推广以低成本和软技术为核心的绿色建筑,从而推进绿色建筑的全面发展,实现节能减排的战略目标。     

开展党员双重管理的探索与实践

开展党员双重管理是油田加强社区党建的新尝试、新举措。进一步推动党员双重管理,一是要完善教育引导机制,增强党员参与的自觉性和主动性;二是要完善协调联动机制,增强党员参与工作的推动力和执行力;三是要完善组织运行机制,增强党员双重管理工作的规范性和有效性;四是要完善考核激励机制,增强党员双重管理工作的严肃性和持续性。     

对改制企业党建思想政治工作的思考

调研认为,江汉油田供应处托管的改制企业党建思想政治工作存在着组织结构不合理、部分党员党性意识不强、基层党组织工作能力较弱、员工思想不稳定等问题,这也是油田改制企业普遍存在的问题。要解决好这些问题,一应提高认识,加强职工思想政治工作;二应加强指导,健全组织机构;三应改进和加强服务,提高服务水平和服务质量,切实为各改制企业解决好各类具体问题。     

A study of some Egyptian carbonate rocks for the building construction industry

A number of geotechnical analyses were carried out on selected carbonate rock samples from eight sites located in Egypt. This analysis was to assess the suitability of these rocks for building construction aggregate. The analyses included properties of uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, porosity, water absorption, and dynamic fragmentation. The success of building construction depends to a large extent on the availability of raw materials at affordable prices. Raw materials commonly used in the building industry include sands, gravels, clays and clay-derived products. Despite the widespread occurrence of carbonate rocks throughout Egypt, the low premium placed on their direct application in the building sector may be explained in two ways: firstly, the lack of awareness of the potential uses of carbonate rocks in the building construction industry (beyond the production of asbestos, ceiling boards, roof sheets and Portland cement); and secondly, the aesthetic application of carbonate rocks in the building construction depends mainly on their physical attributes, a knowledge of which is generally restricted to within the confines of research laboratories and industries. Thus this paper addresses the physical and mechanical characteristics of some Egyptian carbonate rocks, evaluating them for their suitability as building construction aggregates.     

公共建筑采暖节能温度智能控制系统的设计

以冬季人们的供暖需求为背景,以节能为目的,设计了以微处理器为核心的温度智能控制系统。该系统利用嵌入式系统具有的安装方便、操作便利、可靠性高的特点,使楼宇内温度能够得到实时监督和控制。与传统方法相比,系统更加经济化和智能化。试验表明,系统节能效果明显,达到了预期的设计目标。     

LonWorks技术在楼宇自动化系统中的应用

针对BAS中存在的系统集成难题，结合某工程的技术改造，构建了基于LonWorks总线的BAS控制网络结构。文中分析了集成系统通信的实时性，探讨了相关技术难点，特别是各子系统之间的通信问题。工程实践表明基于LonWorks的现场总线技术在楼宇自动化系统中有极好的应用前景。     

Seismic response of building structures with dampers in shear walls

When buildings are subjected to earthquakes, it is imperative to dissipate some of the input energy through pre-determined and well designed mechanisms. This study investigates the influence of mechanical control on structural systems through the application of strategically located component elements with reliable damping and stiffness properties that can modulate the response. The effects of installing such damping elements at two particular locations have been investigated. These positions are between the shear walls near the coupling beams and within cut out sections of the wall elements in multi-storey structures. Finite element time history analysis is used in the study and results indicate that the proposed procedure is able to achieve reasonable improvements in seismic response.
